The Nerf Disruptor is basically a newer version of the Nerf Strongarm. The only difference that I can tell is that the Disrupter is easier/faster to load because you don't have to flip out the barrel like the Strongarm. Same great Nerf quality. Easy enough for a five year old and loved by all the teens and adults!

The cat's meow!

Stopped my cat from crying to get to the patio while sleeping, took two days of random shooting, another four days of just grabbing the gun, now no more crying and I can sleep. AWESOME!!!

Great all around sidearm for kids or adults

Works as intended. Hits its targets well. easy to arm with ammo. easy to pull back hammer....some younger kids may have to place it in between their legs but mostly its easy for them and will use it as intended. springs sound like they are covered correctly so that they don't wear out the gun. everything about this gun screams good internals and well design. This by far will replace my others and seems like it will last.

Surprisingly pretty great!

We've had some nerf guns in the past that really didn't shoot well and I kind of gave up on nerf products for a few years. I decided to get two of these for the boys this year as a bonus gift and they were very easy to take out and immediately play with. They fire VERY well. Only issue is the loss of bullets but I just ordered 300 extra ones. :)

So this is a really good nerf gun shoots the darts well doesn’t jam. And hold just enough ammo. I purchased this for a family nerf war we were planning. I already had 2 so I knew I would like it. It worked better than the bigger guns and people were wanting to use this gun cause it was fun. However you should know it is a little harder for little kids to pump it. My nephew had trouble he’s a toddler.

So....it was supposed to be for the kids. Needless to say, its all downhill from there. We noticed a few issues with the nerf bullet chamber(s) which impacted my ability to load 6 Nerf Darts. But, in the scheme of things for 10 bucks you really can’t go wrong. We did purchase the 200 dart add-a-pack, finding them everywhere in the house. Shoot only at targets, they can sting a bit if your hit. As always wear eye protection and dress appropriately should adults get involved.

Great Christmas gift

Great Christmas gift! Bought these for my husband and two boys (6 and 2 1/2) they all three love them and have a blast. They definitely need eye protection as the darts shoot out pretty hard and fast. I didn’t realize you had to pull it back each time your shoot a dart. My 6 year old has learned to do it but my younger son needs help each time. Other than that they are perfect! Such fun!!

Can hit a small target from 25+ feet!

My kids really wanted to try nerf guns. Being sixv shooters and one of the least expensive models we figured we'd try these. I had low expectations but this product is fantastic! It's easy to load, the six shots is great for target practice or a fun shoot out. Best of all they are durable and highly accurate. We made some target boxes with 5" holes to shoot through. Using the sight actually works! My kids are practicing marksmanship from 15-25ft and able to hit a 5" target! Great product!

This is the best gun

I think this is the best nerf gun. It is fairly easy to pump and doesn't jam. I've had several nerf guns. Too often they jam or don't work. Or I have to pump the gun because the kids can't do it. They have so much fun with these guns.
