We have a 4 year old and he broke his tablet. I called to file a claim. We had a new tablet the next day. Customer service was awesome! A must add on if you have a child using your tablet. We have two more replacements in and one more year on our protection plan. No worries for a few extra dollars.

Look I get these fires for my daughter. She is 9. She is rough of them and mainly in the ports. The charging ports are by far the worst and they always go out right after 3 months. Amazon doesn't want to fix the problem so this does. Read the terms know what you are getting but for 2 yrs I don't have to replace them up to 3 devices. Money well spent in my book because honestly I was buying 3 a yr and it was a pain.

I hope I dont ever have to use this but the piece of mind is nice. Make sure you get your device covered. The second you don't. That's when something happens. Our fired fire awhile before getting this one. Got dropped in the bathtub. Believe it or not. It was in ther for a split second.. I dried it off and let it set to dry for weeks by the heat vents and sun. One day we plugged it in to charge it up... IT WORKED! I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED AND BLOWN AWAY !! Mind you I had already bought a new one. With this protection plan.. So we began using the old one... had it setting on table by patio door... patio door came swinging open... tablet went crashing to ground.. SHATTERED SCREEN!! UGH!! No warranty.. So make sure you get you devices covered, you never know what's going to happen.

This Protection Plan has been wonderful! I dropped my Fire less then 6 weeks after getting it. The drop cracked my screen. It was So easy to get a new one. ONE phone call and I had a new Fire in 2 days. The shipping for return was great.
