Note when wiring they DO have polarity!

Nice clean mounting, easy to wire (NOTE that there is polarity on these lights- the black wire is positive), and they're bright! Great deal on these lights, I'm very happy. Trailer looks great with them.

Very Small But Bright

When I first received these, I was immediately concerned with how small they were. The grommet that holds them in place is 3/4", so the lights themselves are more like 1/2" diameter, and so they're pretty tiny. Based on the reviews of how bright they are, I installed them at each corner of my trailer, and are they ever bright. Nobody will have a hard time seeing this trailer at night. They're so bright that the red ones are about the same brightness as my brake lights which are also LED and about 5 inches long. They're much brighter than the old school incandescent brake lights on my pickup truck too. This makes it really nice for visibility when I'm backing the trailer up at night. They even help illuminate the ground beside the trailer a little so I can see obstructions that my truck's reverse lights don't help with. I did have one light go out right away, but when I looked at the wiring, I found a rodent of some kind had chewed it, so it had nothing to do with the light itself. When I spliced the wires back together, it lit right back up. I've had them on for a few weeks now and they're trouble free so far. I will update if I end up having any issues with them, but so far so good.

Very Bright, economical light, easy to install

Ok, I've seen these at local big box stores for $8 a piece. These were GREAT! Very bright and easy to install. I purchased them for utility vehicle that I recently purchased that didn't have any running lights. These installed easily by drilling a 3/4" hole, then push the grommet into the hole followed by the light. Installed in minutes. Since they are made out of a completely molded piece they are water-proof. There is a 6" pig-tail that you make your connection to.

Small but VERY bright

i was surprised by the brightness of these lights. My initial reaction when I got them was - "boy these aren't very big". I ws worried they wouldn't do the job. I bought them to replace the rectangle lights on my old boat trailer. They are terrific!!! Very good value!!! The only complaint about the lights is the description. It reads that the lights are designed for a 3/4 inch hole. Yes, they fit in a 3/4 inch hole but they fall out with only slight pressure. Since I had drilled all my holes prior to receiving the lights, I had to purchase thicker rubber grommets to make them work in the 3/4 inch hole. I suggest using a step drill and testing the fit on holes smaller than 3/4". Very easy to install once I resolved the grommet issue.

These lights are bright, I put then in the running boards of my truck and they literally light up both sides of the road. Great product for the money

Brighter than the turn signals

I bought these to pace turn and brake signals for a motorcycle so I wouldn't have to do roadside repairs. I never in a thousand years that they would outshine the factory signals for brightness, but they do. This is great, I now have backups of all running lights, so if while I am off road and break off the factory signals, I will still be legal, and safer after dark. I am really glad this is what I bought. I initially bought some stick on lights, but they were terrible, they had what at best was 28 gauge wire, and were unable to be soldered in line, these have about 18 gauge wire leads and that works well. I am really excited to have them.

4th Gen 4Runner

Use: raptor lights on a 4th gen 4runner Ease of install: great. The lights themselves were easy to install. I rate because there were no instructions of which wire was positive vs. Negative, but it was easily seen by touching the wires to the positive and negative terminals of the vehicle battery. Brightness: these are bright, surprisingly! Long-Term Use: Silicone them to help with longevity. I installed mine with silicone to waterproof, and assist with securing them to my 4runner grill. I have had them for a couple of months, and for what they are, i really like them. Worth the price, so far. I have 3 of them daisy-chained, with the wires leading to a button inside my 4runner cab, then they lead back out to my external fuse block in my engine bay. Overall, they are small and bright, and seem to be decent quality for what they are. If there are a couple duds, you have extras.

Awesome LEDs Jeep JK

I used these as a small third brake light on my JK to help catch people’s attention since I removed my spare and high mount stop light. I purchased a tailgate plug kit and drilled a 3/4” hole in the plug to mount the light and wired it to my existing third brake light wires. Also, if you are like me and want that smoked look, get you a can of rust oleum spray tint to get that smoked look. VERY BRIGHT CLEARANCE LIGHT

These are small clearance lights but very bright. The price was an extremely good deal and they are very easy to install. You make a 3/4 inch hole, push the grommet in place and push the LED light into the grommet. Of course you also have to hook up the two wire leads too. I saw on some older reviews that even though they were supposed to be water proof, water got in. The ones I received have a clear sealant poured into the back cavity which totally seals them up. You may be surprised by the brightness of these lights but you won't be disappointed. When I see what being in the sun for 6 months does to the lens color I will readdress this review.

Simple and easy marker light.

My boat trailer's old marker lights were a pain and needed to be replaced often. These lights are sealed and waterproof, and are LED. I used solder and shrink wrap at the connection, and I expect these to work for many years to come. They popped right into the 3/4" access holes behind the existing marker lights. Perfect fit, no screws needed. A step-bit might be needed if your holes aren't already 3/4", along with some galvanized spray or paint to keep from rusting. Along with the sealed tail lights, it's nice to finally not have to worry about my trailer lights!
