I love this set it made making my daughters cake easy

I love this set it made making my daughters cake easy. I only have one gripe and that is that the case it comes in sucks. There is no room to store the bags and there isn't enough room to store all the tips without trying to shove them in it. I got a different case but the tips and bags work great!

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased this set and was very excited when it arrived! The only issue I had with the kit is that the tips were not numbered so they could not be readily identified. I contacted Kootek Customer Service and to my surprise they immediately offered me a full refund or replacement kit that was numbered. My initial thought was to get a refund. But, since I was otherwise happy with the purchase, other than the tips not being numbered, I decided to go with a replacement kit instead of a refund! The replacement kit arrived within days, but in the interim I was contacted by Kootek Customer Service with shipping information so I could track the shipment progress. I did not expect this high level of service and interest, but it is good to know from firsthand experience that there are still some companies who care about their customer's satisfaction post purchase. My new replacement set (58 piece numbered kit) arrived in days, and out of the box I was very satisfied with my decision to accept the replacement kit instead of a refund. I have also been contacted on two occasions by Customer Service to make sure the replacement kit arrived and if I was satisfied. I have been very impressed with the follow-up and count myself as one "happy and satisfied customer"! Great job Kootek and WAY TO GO! Not too many companies out there that I know of that have this level of customer service focus like Kootek did. By the way, I have already used the replacement kit and the piping tips were great on my cupcakes!

A Must Have for Moms!

I purchased this decorating kit because I try to make my kid's birthday cakes/cupcakes myself. I really needed some nice tips and piping bags that worked better than cutting corners off Ziploc bags. I am so happy with this kit. It comes with so many more tips than I will ever use and 2 decorating bags. It is super easy to figure out how to screw the heads on. To clean the bags I simply turn them inside out then wash with soap and water then air dry overnight... works like a charm. My only regret is that I waited this long to buy a "real" decorating kit. We made a cow cake and used 3 different tips and without this kit the cake wouldn't have turned out nearly as cute!

Nice high quality cake decorating kit. Easy to store and easy to access , no mess no fuss. Great gift to a baker , baking enthusiasts or any one who loves to cook in the kitchen. Pastry bags can be reused so its economical. The quality of the tips are also great which are 100% food grade stainless steel (304). Fun to Use

I only tried it once so far and I'll have to practice more because I think I made my icing too thick. Otherwise, it's super easy to put together and use. It's also easy to clean afterward. I just turn the bag inside out and wash in my sink. There are a LOT of tips to pick from. I don't think I'll ever use all of them. I had purchased a different one and ended up sending it back and getting this one. The reason is that this one numbers the tips and you can look at the picture to see which one it is. Granted, the pic is a bit small but it's better than nothing. The one I purchased previously, there was no way to tell which tip went with which picture. Not fun! The seller was also great to deal with. I had an issue with the first one but they sent me a new one right away. Really great business.

i love this kit as a starter kit

So, i love this kit as a starter kit. It included everything that was pictured. everything was described. Just be aware that some of your Wilton tips may not work with the coupler that is provided in the kit. I tried this weekend and it wouldn't fit. highlight they had a tip that was a close match to the tip i had wanted to use so i just swapped them out. i would definitely buy again.

What's more to love?!

I'm a professional pastry chef and I was looking for a replacement set for my current piping tips. Let me just say this the ones I use to have lasted about 5 years of constant abuse in a professional setting. I saw this set while scrolling amazon and thought $10 was a steal! It does suck they are not numbered but mine came with an insert that had a diagram of what tip does what. I ended up tapping it to the top of the box. Folding the pastry bags helped them fit a little better in the box but fair warning they like to pop out lol. Over all I like them. Time will tell if they stand up to my daily use in a kitchen.

Full Set with Good Quality

I've bought smaller sets of tips in the past, but finally decided to just get a more complete set. I decided to go with this one since the tips are organized in a container and come with the 2 x silicone bags and the coupler sets. I used a couple of the star tips last week to decorate my niece's birthday cake. Obviously by the photo attached, I'm not a professional cake decorator. :) But for a 4-year old's birthday cake, I was pretty excited that the tips helped dress up her cake a bit without a lot of effort on my part. A little red food coloring gel and these tips went a long way to adding some special details. The tips are of high quality. They feel substantial and not flimsy super thin metal, of some others I have feel. The silicone bags were super easy to clean by turning inside out and washing. They washed clean more easily than the typical rubbery plastic material bags I have used in the past. I'd highly recommend the set - it's thorough, well made, and is offered a reasonable price. Mine were delivered in 2 days with Amazon Prime.

Great price for the amount of product

Great price for the amount of product, but the tips are not numbered, so as a novice I do not know which tip does what. Now I have to research and find a guide for what all these 36 tips are so I can see what they do. Tutorials give the # tip you should be using to get the look in the video tutorial. Contacted the company to no avail. Next time I will buy quality over quantity. It's two weeks later, Kootek contacted me, after reading my review, with a diagram to help me understand their product better,issued a full refund, and told me to keep the decorating tips. They are also looking into adding numbers to their product. If you're like me, customer service is so important. I will definitely order from this company again!

Great buy

this is amazing, having lots of fun with designing & learning how to decorate cup cakes & cakes I always wanted to do this, love the washable bag and the pieces fit well with the bag. I have no problems of seeping out from the bag all pieces fits well, I would definitely recommend it.
