I like this product but I usually start off with my own carrots and potatoes, onions, celery etc what ever I'm going to add and I will cook that down till almost cooked then I add the can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew to that and let the vegetables I started with finish as I heat the soup thoroughly all together.

Taste is very subjective, but I've said this for years and will continue to say it, Dinty Moore Beef Stew is the best tasting food that comes from a can. I love this stuff. Was diagnosed with celiac disease, and am grateful that it's also gluten free, so I can keep eating it!

almost as good as home made

I loved this as a five year old in 1955 and it is still just as good as I remembered...real hunks of meat and larger pieces of potatoes and carrots still have good texture.

My favorite stew when I don't feel like making it! Dinty Moore has just the right amount of beef, vegetables and potatoes in it.. Have been buying 'off-brand' in a local store but will not do that again as long as Prime Pantry carries it. Nothing like delivery to my door as I live 40 minutes from a store. Most highly recommended.

Dinty Stew is the Best!

I really enjoy Dinty Stew. I honestly can say I could eat ONLY this for the rest of my life and not enjoy it. I ordered (15) 20 oz cans two weeks ago and I have (4) remaining. The stew consists of plenty of meat chunks; real beef chunks not pressed. About the same amount of potatoes and a good amount of carrots. The gravy or stew is flavorful and delicious. There are 2.5 servings in the 20 oz. can for a total of 500 calories. There's 10 grams of Protein and 17 grams of carbohydrates. Label states to microwave for 3 minutes, but I found 2 minutes is satisfactory to heat it so its not too hot. If i'm really ravenous ill eat it right from the can un-heated. Its that good.

DINTY MOORE Beef Stew with Fresh Potatoes & Carrots 20 Ounce

the sauce is delicious. but theres hardly any meat.and the potatoes and carrots r broken up. or cut into small pieces. almost not even able to see them.i been eating this all my life as far back as i can remember .im 49 now. and i remember yrs back the veggies were bigger,DINTY MOORE im not the only one complaining.u need to step up on ur meat and veggie game. otherwise it is so delicious. its very good over rice or with or over biscuits,no over pancakes ,plz.gross.

Good tasting easy lunch or dinner

Sometimes I just want Dinty Moore beef stew. People love my homemade beef stew, but sometimes I just want the flavors of Dinty Moore's. I keep a can on hand and indulge in a bowl of it for lunch or dinner. There's something satisfying about it. It's good old comfort food. Try it. Yum.

Hormal a great company and always high quality food

I have loved this product for about 50 years and now have passed my love down to my 2 year old grandson who LOVES it too! My Dad worked for them for 40 years and they are a company which still cares for him at 91!

Not tefundable

Amazon denied my first review. The stew was tremendous. Arrived already open in the box. You will love it. It’s great. Best stew ever.
