Our old dish rack had seen better days. It was a plastic one we got at some discount retailer quite a while ago. It still "worked" but it was getting harder and harder to get clean, and the flatware bucket had broken off on one side. I decided it was time to replace it. We are so glad that I did. Dishes dry faster and it holds more of the items we wash by hand. I love the catch tray to drain the drips away (it is saving my counter top) . It went together quickly and is just the right size for the spot we like to use.

I gave this 5 stars because it does look like the photo. However, it is a bit smaller than what it seems. My boyfriend said the set up was no more than 2 mins. I mean, then again his job consists of him putting things together so this is a cinch for him. You can't see it much in the photo but the sides have holders for mugs. The only thing that sucks is that it slips off easily. But it's good for space. I was looking for something that can hold cutlery and plates. The black pan under the rack holds in all the dripping water. I've had it for a few months and can say that I am very happy with my purchase. Almost forgot! this comes in an Amazon box and then the rack is actually in a white box. You have to piece it together yourself. All the pieces come separate. Just FYI!

I bought this Deluxe Chrome-plated Steel 2-Tier Dish Rack with Drainboard/Cutlery Cup in November 2016 to replace a relatively flimsy single level plastic dish-rack that somehow (not sure how) a piece of plastic had gotten broken off one of the corners/edges, leaving a sharp jagged end. So I got this dish rack which looks (and so far, seems to be) a lot sturdier, and quite frankly a lot better looking, without a lot of unnecessary grooves & grids (like the plastic dishrack) that makes it hard to clean I have had/used this dishrack since last November, and so far, so good. It was fairly easy to assemble, and has held up really well. I usually use the upper level for plates, bowls, glass jars & plastic containers, and tall(er) cups & glasses and the lower level for short(er) cups & glasses and stray lids. There isn't that much else to say about this item. Its a dish-rack and its purpose is pretty much self-explanatory. This dish-rack does what its supposed to and seems to work pretty well. I also like that its Chrome-plated steel. The shiny silvery appearance looks a lot nicer than the plastic dish-rack I'd had before. ★☆★☆★ 5 STARS!!!!

I read a bunch of reviews for this dish drainer and was both encouraged and thoroughly confused. But still the good outweighed the dazed and confused. First the drainer came on the day it was supposed to arrive. I immediately took it out and put it together. Pleasantly surprised by what it can hold based on the tightness of the parts going together; it was initially deceiving when I first looked at. Update: I've had this dish strainer over a month. I have overloaded it and it takes it like a champ. It clears up counter space, is solid and works great. So immediately put it to the test. I had a big batch of lasagna to make that day so i got to it. As you can tell from the pictures I placed pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, and plates on it. I purposefully placed heavy items on the top to see if it would lose balance, it didn't. I'm not sure I would suggest it all the time but I have high hopes it would work and I'm sure I'll test that too. It is true that the height on the black water catch tray could of been higher for my sink but there is no way a company can make a general purpose product for everything we have in our kitchen. I am going to buy something that will lift the tray a little for my apartment sink. I don't consider this a negative it is what I expect. Also, if you cannot look at a two tier system (where one level is directly over the top of another level) and not know that the water from the top level will, due to the laws of gravity, drip onto the bottom level there is something wrong in your deductive reasoning and your junior high science understanding. Additionally, the picture clearly showed that the top level was directly above the bottom level. Come on, it is clean water. (Sorry, I digress.) Overall, after 4 days I am thoroughly happy with this purchase. I would suggest it to anyone. I know the price may seem daunting but this is not some cheap plastic drainer. Have a great day.

Got this for my mother-in-law. She love it so much. She said it give her countertop more space compare to her old plastic dish rack...

I live in a tiny apartment with no dishwasher. This thing has saved my life, let me tell you. I've been using it for several months now. No fuss. Only happiness that I can stack my dishes to dry, put them away and start the process all over again. *Eye twitch* There has been no rusting or breaking of this rack. I would like to make a small note that every once in a while you need to remove the bottom pad, wash it and the rack, let them both dry and then resume usage as soon as needed. Having said that, worth the money and I am happy that I have made this purchase. Yay!

We love this dish rack. It has provided so much more organization in our kitchen after we wash dishes and it has also become an interesting focal point in our kitchen when we have visitors and we always get compliments on it. Although our original thought was that this may look and feel cheap, we went ahead and took a risk and made the purchase and are glad we did as we feel it is made up of good quality and it was very simple to put together and the tray does allow decent draining of any excess water. If you do not have very large counter space, this may be too bulky to have up as we did feel when we first set it up that it was rather large compared to our previous one-story dish rack, but once we moved some things around and dedicated a pot on the counter for it, we feel it fits appropriately now.

This dish rack may not have saved my life yet, but over the past 3 days it has become my best friend. I've been in the market for a good friend to hold up my washed dishes while they dry. I bought a dish rack from Ikea several months back and it did not live up to my high standards, I smashed it under my boot-heel, the fragile welds were dashed asunder. RIP Ikea dish rack, you were not a good friend. This rack has lived up to my standards and then some. I find myself thinking about this rack as I sleep, so I wake up, dirty up a dish or silverwares, and wash them just to see this rack do its thing. It's even holding some dishes as I type this! AMAZING rack. 10/10 would buy again.

Before buying this product my girlfriend and I did a research on stores such as Target to see what was the better deal. For its price, we are happy with our dish rack. It holds a good amount of dishes and we never had problem with anything breaking while drying. The only negative thing about it is that it does accumulate slime underneath the rubber if not cleaned regularly. But I guess this is expected of a dish rack. We have had this product for over 6 months now and recommend anyone thinking about it to buy it. Note: if you have a small kitchen and don't cook that often (or cook only for one) you might think this product is a little too big. See dimensions for a better purchase.

Sturdier than expected. Actually works very well. Holds a full rack of heavy glass and copperware without issue. I was really expecting this to be a disappointment and cheaply made. It is actually nicer looking in person than in the photo. Not too big. Not too small. And strong enough to hold a full rack of my heaviest dishes. I am well pleased.
