Super easy to build
This is a great way to store your fire wood. It is super sturdy and easy to work with. After reading someone else's review, I took their advice and bought an extra set and used them for top support. Between the top pieces and a few nailers for support, this thing is a solid storage rack. I made it 10' wide by 5' high and fit a ton of wood in there. It worked out so well, I will most likely be building another one.

Buy 4 and make a very sturdy Log Cube
Even better when you purchase 4 and make a cube. Made this in South Australia using Jarrah slats (usually used for decking) screwed together to fit. As Australia is metric system was the best way to cater for the old 4x2 inches which are no longer made here. 2m x 1.8m in size and 0.5 Tonnes of Red Gun easily stacked and managed on my veranda (out of the weather). Had to ship to SIngapore first and carry back with me in my luggage but well worth the effort.

VERY happy with the build quality
Heavy duty, for sure. These brackets will last for many years, no doubt. Well worth the money. I bought to sets of these and put them together with pressure treated 2x4s and bracketed the two units together. VERY happy with the build quality.

This is the best product ever.
Purchased 2 sets of these for my summer home, one for in the shed and the other for outside. Soooooo easy to put together. I had the lumber yard cut my 2x4's, brought them home and within an 1 1/2 hours I had this done and ready to fill with firewood for the coming seasons. If 60 and 83 year old gals can do this anyone can. Best purchase ever and will last longer than we will.

Very sturdy
Nice product that works well. Get your money’s worth and go with 10ft boards - the 6ft I used was just enough for our firepit and sloping land.

Best Firewood Rack I have Used
I bought one and after seeing how well it was made, bought another. Unfortunately, supply did not keep up with demand this fall and they were back ordered with all of the various vendors that sell these on the internet. My second came and I set it up this weekend with pressure treated wood. It is solidly built and I was able to have my most vertical stack of wood yet. I cover the top of the wood with thick rubber stall mates cut down to 24" x 6', much better than tarps and bricks.

Create a custom size firewood rack
Originally purchased 2 sets to load up split firewood for the winter. Heavy duty and well made. Although we have a very wide wood pile, since you use your own pressure treated wood, you can cut to any length you want. Same goes for the height. Most wood rings on the market are hollow metal or too small. I live in the suberbs and this keeps the wood neatly stacked for appearances. Also since it has no legs, the pile is stable for safety. We purchased a third set to stack wood in the yard.

Wood storage could not be easier.
Well pleased and well constructed. Received within two shipping days and already holding my split wood. Used eight foot treating 2x4''x 8' long for base, went right in fittings and screwed them in using stainless steel construction screws and used two eight foot pieces cut to 4' feet high for uprights, used eight stainless steel screws in each upright to secure in place as holes in steel were placed into each support to secure in place. took me under a 30 minutes total to put together after cutting lumber to size and putting into place. Used cement blocks to raise off ground to keep bottom of rack off the ground and allow air to circulate. Took a little longer splitting the wood to stack. Recommend this product. I will be purchasing at least two other sets. for next year. Nothing like being able to make the size of rack you want. Cover with a tarp and weatherproof your wood. Very satisfied with this product. Have home building products cut lumber for you if you do not own a saw.

what a great product if a bit expensive
what a great product if a bit expensive. it is exactly as described on the amazon page. the nail/screw holes for the horizontal 2x4 slots are big enough for a good size screw which is what I used. but the hole might be too large for a small nail head. screws should be used anyway since they are much easier to remove when taking down or changing configuration. the vertical 2x4 slots have screw holes also but the slots are deep enough that you don't really need them. I used treated 2x4s to build my rack. some of them were stored in my garage and were very dry and slip into the slots no problem. some of 2x4s had been outside in the wet and were no doubt somewhat swollen and were a snug fit but slipped in with only a little effort. there are some plastic items similar to these at a much cheaper cost but some times you are better off to spend a little more and get the quality item. I'm very glad I chose these!

Great Storage!
Really easy to put together and stores a great deal of wood. Only suggestion, ensure you "top coat" this item with a protector before using as this will elongate it's life to avoid rust.
