Great mirror at a great price.

An excellent blind spot mirror. Unlike the round adjustable, chrome over plastic ones that come scratched out of the package, the Utopicar glass mirror reflects very clear and sharp images. I chose the fixed mounting as I use a fill service car wash and didn't know how the adjustable mount would hold up. I used a piece of scotch tape to hold the mirror in different locations on the car mirror while sitting in the drivers seat to locate the best mounting location. . Once the mounting tape touches the mirror's surface, you will not get a second chance at adjustments.

great! Very easy to install

Real glass mirrors, great! Very easy to install, I tried both installation methods on my two cars, one with adjustable base, one with direct attachment. Both worked fine. They really improved blind spot views on both sides of the car. Not only make it safer to change lanes,but also for better view of road when backing up.

Safety first!

Recently I had neck surgery and realised I could no longer quickly check that blind spot on my car before changing lanes, so I installed this product and immediately wondered why I hadn't done it before! This is a great addition to any vehicle, "they all have a blind spot" it will greatly improve your safety on the road. I was so pleased I purchased an additional set which I installed on my wifes car.

I am quite happy with the purchase

I just bought and installed the oval blind spot mirrors on my Honda CR-V. I am quite happy with the purchase. I chose to install the mirrors as adjustable rather than in the fixed configuration. It was a quick and easy procedure. I note that the oval shape gives me a greater view of what is behind me than the more conventional round 2 inch mirrors that my company vehicle is equipped with. The directions to place the blind spot mirrors in the top outter portion of the rear view mirrors also allows a better field of view as opposed to installing them in the lower corner of the side mirrors. And that makes a difference. I do like to have the option of installation as adjustable or fixed. And again, I am quite happy with the purchase.

One of the best investments I've made for my truck.

They're Still On! Excellent Field of Vision

The elliptical shape allows a very wide angle. The shape doesn't take up much of the existing mirror. Best of all, the sticky pads have held on through hot, cold, automatic car washes, highway speeds. I did not use the little pivot mounts. This seems to be an unnecessary gimmick. Why would you want to have to keep adjusting these mirrors? Take your time and place them right the first time. (I suggest: angled in the top left corner of the factory mirror.)

For perfect installation on the passenger side, try this: before you strip off the adhesive-protection paper, sit in the driver's seat and have someone else move the mirror around on the passenger side until it's in just the right position, then attach.

I was super pleased with this product

I was super pleased with this product. It arrived quickly, and the quality is great. It's such an important little item for your vehicle - to help save from common mistakes while driving (not seeing another vehicle in your blind spot). I highly recommend everyone consider getting this very inexpensive item to help to potentially save lives.

Offers the best wide angle view of the blind spot.

On my last car, i used the round shaped mirrors and found them to be helpful overall. However, there were times when I did not see a car in the blind spot. I have been using these oblong shaped mirrors for the past 6 months and found them to be invaluable in that I have a much better view of the blind spot and they have raised my confidence level considerably when switching lanes. I do not recall a single time when I switched lanes after looking at the my side mirrors and these stick on mirrors when I did not see a car in the blind spot. They have not loosened during these months of use and maintain their positioning. However, I do not take my car through automatic car washes, so I cannot attest to their ability to remain in the correct positioning after the car wash. I refer these to the automatic alert system that come with some cars as I can actually see the car next to me. You may need assistance in adhering them initially to be in the ideal position. I highly recommend this product.
