The Best Brand On Amazon! But Lately, I've noticed a difference!
I've used incontinence underwear for 10-15 years now, since a spinal injury left me with functional loss. Of all the brands I've found Tena products simply work for me the best. I use them in combination with the Tena Incontinence Pads, to extend there useful life. Especially Overnight (#7) for both. I'm a side sleeper, & the full length plastic wings prevent leaking, nearly 100%. I do use washable underpads in case of accidents. I use a Tena Maximum (#6) during the day, when sitting up, also with the Tena (#7) Incontinence Pads for dependable protection. My needs are for Moderate to Heavy protection both bladder & bowel, & Tena works well for me. So I do recommend them highly. They might well be helpful for those with an external appliance too, you need to experiment to find solutions that suit. I certainly wish they had been about when I was young, before menopause. They would have been security for those extreme flow days. Again I recommend the Tena Brand highly, the size range is great, The absorbency range is great, & by combining the Pads & underwear they are even more security. MaryAnn Coy-Schuerger. Update 10/16/2020 - Lately I have noticed a change in this product. First, this product was formerly manufactured in Mexico, it has been for many years. Last month I noticed the packaging now indicates it is manufactured here in the USA. Normally this would be a good thing. It brings paying jobs home to Americans. During the Spring and Early Summer, with Covid 19 raging supplies were short, it was dicey even getting them. Local stores had no stock of anything, while Amazon was hit or miss, with extended shipping delays due to Covid 19 priorities. The closure of the Mexican border probably caused this. I finally decided to try Subscribe and Save hoping it would smooth the flow. It's better, one month can be early, the next late, but I buy an extra case to cover that. Then last month, one box was the the old Mexican Tena, and the other the US made Tena. Both use the same packing bags and no notice of a change in the construction is mentioned. But side by side the Mexican Tena had some absorbent padding throughout the lower panty front and back. The American made has only the pad in the crotch that extends a short distance up front and back. Even before this was insufficient to get me through the night, or contain a sudden large incontinence. So I have been adding an Overnight pad to provide enough protection. I wear this arrangement 24/7, with changes, for good protection. The American made Tena, even with a pad, no longer gets me through the night, and now, when I go out, I must carry changes even on short trips. With Covid 19, it's harder to find accessible bathrooms, too! I have to change 2-3 times at night, around every 3 hours. During the day sometimes more frequently, less than 2 hours. I understand that the product costs more to manufacture in the US, cost of materials is higher, labor costs higher, plus hazard pay for essential workers, having to set up and equip new factories is expensive, since machinery is imported and overseas freight was restricted. But changing the product is unacceptable, especially without saying a word! I would have accepted a price increase, rather than losing protective value!. It remains the best on Amazon, and may be perfectly suitable for those with lesser needs. But I'm disappointed and reduce my rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 stars. MaryAnn Coy-Schuerger.

Great Fit
I bought these for my mom. We have tried several other brands but they did not give us enough coverage across her backside. These are absolutely wonderful at giving complete coverage and fit more like a panty she's probably a size 22W on the bottom.

THE CADILLAC
I’ve tried them all and these BY FAR are the CADILLAC of them all. They are definitely a heavy duty product but soft at the same time. My search is finally over.

Effective incontinence product.
Good fit. Made well. Does a good job of holding urine within the brief instead of letting it leak all over.

Great if you need heavy duty protection
Since my problem requires me to use heavy duty products, l am glad to have found this product. It fits well and holds alot.

The BEST
The Tena products are the most comfortable and absorbent of all personal pads, etc. Not all are readily available in retail and/or Big Box stores. I was pleased that you had several choices available and the delivery time was astonishing.

Disposable Underwear That Works
My wife has Alzheimer's, and I have tried several reusable and disposable products to address her incontinence. I learned about TENA from a relative who had tried different products without success. I am glad to say TENA works. Only once have we encountered any leakage. I believe that occurred when she either put the underwear on backwards or did not have it positioned properly. I will continue to use and recommend it.

Good quality
Very good product. I usually use 2 overnight underwear and a overnight pad for my husband who has Alzheimer’s so he can sleep all night without having to disturb my sleep.

The Best Fit
I've tried Depends and the Amazon brand and the fit was awful. The Tena have the best fit and they cover your backside which the others to don't. Don't waste your money on Depends or the Amazon brand buy the Tena I am a 2X and I bought the XL hope this helps someone.
