Helped my 4-year old IMMENSLEY!!!

We purchased the Priva Waterproof Sheet Protectors for our 4 year old who is attempting to sleep through naps and overnight without pull-ups. I rate these a perfect 5/5 for overall quality, ability to work (they hold a lot), and size (see attached picture of protector on a full size bed). To give some context, we told my daughter these were special bed protectors (we bought two) which would help to "remind" her not to go to the bathroom during naps and at night. They truly help her in this sense, and although she's had an accident from time to time, it's easy to clean, and happens far less often since purchasing these protectors. For those contemplating, I would definitely purchase again. These would work well for adult or child incontinence. I rate a perfect 5/5. Thank you for reading and rating my post!

Great for protecting bed from pet pee!!

I bought these because one of our sneaky cats suddenly decided to start peeing on my queen size waterbed after i turned the heater on. the mattress is incased inside a pricey pillow-top cover that cost more than the mattress itself and is only cleanable by taking it to the costly cleaners.. i originally tried two different waterproof mattress cover that worked but, they made the fresh pee smell up my room every time and they were horrible and basically impossible to wash in machine due to their size and the spin cycle would not drain like a gallon plus of water still trapped in these covers and the pee smell still lingered.. I started looking around for something better and came upon these (okay the purple in pic actually caught my eye first, glad it did) , i ordered four of the 34 by 76 and use three long side across the top of my bed/comforter and throw a sheet on them so they don't get hairy.. I take the one across the top of my bed off at night and leave the other two on bed all the time since cat has peed on bed while i was sleeping once.. This has been perfect and since they are three pieces instead of one, i was able to wash one peed-on sheet in machine with plenty of room in machine left for sheet to actually get washed fully and along with the nature's miracle laundry boost stuff, there is no pee smell or stain whatsoever afterwards and the spin cycle gets out 99% of the water as well.. Also, i had no clue the cat peed on sheet because these seem to actually hold in the urine smell, it was not until next morning as i was putting sheet back on top of my bed, that i realized it got peed on....needless to say i was very happy with the no smell bonus thats for sure!! Sorry so long of a review aka story, its just that i am so thrilled with these and so happy to never have to worry about my bed getting ruined again..

100% leak proof!

This does the job for my toddler who wets through his sheets at night. An entire night's worth of "liquid" never seeps through. It makes changing the sheets a breeze compared to an entire waterproof fitted sheet. It has held up in the wash for months with no sign of deterioration. I also like that you can subscribe to this product and receive it at a lower price!

Comfortable and Versatile Extra Mattress Protection

We have a couple of these. We place them on top of children's mattresses, under the fitted sheet for unexpected accidents. They add a bit of thickness but not too much. When we were going through potty training, I've layered them 2x: water proof sheet, regular fitted sheet, water proof sheet, regular fitted sheet. So night time accidents or midnight barf/sickness is easy to clean up without disturbing the kids too much. I just remove one layer each of a fitted sheet and water proof sheet and the child can sleep on the remaining fitted sheet and water proof sheet (and sleep without me worrying about another accident!). I also pack them when we travel so we don't damage hotel/friends bed mattresses. They are soft cotton on top, not plastic-y so we've also use them without a sheet covering them too. I didn't like previous ones that we tried because plastic makes noise and often becomes hot or uncomfortable to sleep on/under. I like that these are versatile - I can position them on different ends of the mattresses, depending on the size of the mattress and which child is using them. I wash them in cold water and tumble dry or air dry, they've held up well and have not pilled or begun to fall apart.

Durable, Easy to Wash, Variety of Sizes--a Real Game-Changer for this Clean-Freak!

I love these pads--I have multiples in various sizes. I use them as puppy pads instead of disposable pads on my wood laminate floors and they hold up incredibly well, protecting my floors beautifully. I have an elderly dog that needs something in the house when I can't get her outside. They hold a lot of liquid and do not hold a scent. These pads get washed daily with bleach and hot water. I've had mine for several years and have not had to replace them--I know I've washed them over 100 times so far, and they are still going strong! They have not frayed, the backing is like-new and the quilting is still soft with no pilling. Very heavy-duty material! I've only had one hold a stain--one of my cats vomited on it and that left a stain, but everything else has washed out and they look like new. I also use them under my couch covers, to protect my furniture from spills, muddy paws, food and drink and any potential "accidents" from my dogs and cats. Since these come in a variety of sizes, I was able to find pads that fit the length of my couch, so they tuck in around the cushions and then I put the slipcover on the couch and you don't even know they are there. They are one of the best purchases I've made and they are worth every penny. I am a clean-freak and they've saved me so much house-keeping work-- I highly recommend them!

Really Nice Mattress Protectors

These are really nicely-made pads. I bought them to use while our dog recovered from back surgery. Because our boy was having neurological issues, he had bouts of incontinence for a couple of months, and these came in handy. They’re sturdy but soft against his coat/skin and didn’t make him hot. The side flaps are a nice addition as well. These mattress protectors are not inexpensive, but they are well worth the money. Before ordering these, I bought a couple of baby mattress pads from my local Walmart. They were less expensive but much smaller, and the quality doesn’t even compare. They were a horrible, pilled mess after one wash, on gentle cycle. These pads, however, have held up nicely, and I’d definitely buy them again.

Time to Buy Again!

On 12/28/16 (according to the top of the page lol) I purchased 2 of these because frankly I am tired of the water bill being sky high and having to change the sheets in the middle of the night! Having 2 means that we can alternate and can switch to the dry one and wash the messed up one in the AM. Juat not having to wait for it to dry has been worth every penny! We've washed it every day and sometimes 2-3x a day. It hasn't messed up the mattress not even once! Yes my dog had an accident too and it held it from ruining the mattress. Not only pee but food and drinks have spilled as well. The only thing it didn't keep out was marker and that's because it was left uncapped all night. It's prevented other pens from getting through though and continues as of 3/27/17 to work just fine. So why am I rebuying? We have a guest bed an my nephews are coming to visit so I'm buying 2 more. Only this time I'm going to buy a bigger size. Sorry for the delay in posting but I don't like doing reviews when I first buy something because of course it's going to work right. You will find these will still be working several months and several washes later too. So glad to have found these!

34"x52" on twin bed

I took an image for visual reference. We have a potty trained 3 year old that has random midnight accidents. I decided to try this product out after we bought a waterproof mattress pad that disintegrated after just a few washes. I want something durable as it will be washed often. So far I love this pad!

It works!

I purchased this back in 2017 and I’m finally writing a review after putting it to the test last night! I used this for my son who was leaking on his diapers overnight when he was a baby. I’ve machine washed it and we stopped using it for a while. Now that we are training on not using pull-ups at night, I brought this out again to use just in case he has an accident. That accident happened last night. My son peed on the bed and I am so thankful that I had put this on our bed and avoided the headache of changing sheets in the middle of the night! I was skeptical and didn’t think it would work but it did! His urine didn’t leak into my mattress and stayed on the pad. However, my son woke me up right away as soon as he felt that he’s wet so i was able to get the pad out right away. Ultimately, I am very happy that this worked for us!

I am using these for my whelping box. My puppies are almost 3 weeks old now and they pee and pooh a lot! i have to change them five times a day to keep up with the puppies. At first, I hung them to dry because I was worried about the vinyl backing. But now I have to change them so often that I have to dry them in the dryer. So far, they are holding up nicely. I use Resolve to clean the spots that would otherwise stain. They look like new. i Haven't tried bleaching them; I haven't needed to. I know these are not made to handle so much soil and constant washing, but they are holding up!
