Great bundle!

Love my cameo! This bundle is definitely a great deal. Just to buy the cameo3 itself is 269$ but in this bundle it came with oracal 651 vinyl( best vinyl to buy) sketch pens cutting mat and a couple extra freebies. Plus theres alot of tutorial information that came with it too. Perfect for beginners!

Love it!

I'm new to this craft, so I don't know a lot about it. This is the first Silhouette product I've purchased and so far it works great. The software was easy to install and after watching a couple of YouTube videos, I successfully completed a few designs. The bundle is nice, because it had everything I needed to get started.

Excellent Cutter

This is my first cutter. After reading cutter reviews, I decided on cameo 3. Appears very well made. Easy to learn how to use it. Does a great job of cutting. The design store has excellent options at a solid price. In process of buying a Heat Press to fully utilize the Cameo3 capabilities. The software is very good. The ability to work an not need internet connection, was the major factor for my choice.

In love!

Love it!! The extras really helped me to start off! Was worth it to buy this package, even though the little bit of silhouette brand vinyl is horrible and won't be used again. The oracal is amazing, as is the transfer tape and other acessories I got! The gift code for the design store is so nice, I've made countless things so far and still have $20ish left on my card! It's worked great for my personal needs so far and I can't wait to continue learning with it!

But I love it.

So Excited!!!

I just received this yesterday, it's my first die cutting machine. I couldn't be more excited!!! I just finished my first project, cutting vinyl that came along with the machine. The tutorial provided by the seller made getting started very simple and my vinyl cut came out perfectly (I cut a TARDIS). This machine is going to save me so much work as I'm a math teacher and I'll be able to quickly cut nets and other geometric shapes for my class along with being able to decorate and make stickers!!! Thanks to the seller for the tutorials, I think without them getting started could be overwhelming.

There's a real learning curve here...

It took me forever to get really good consistent cuts from this. My biggest issue was that the cuts would be right in one corner, but by the time it got to the bottom of the page, they'd be way off. Turns out, by default, it doesn't print the registration marks on your printout. Go to Page Setup, and it's the tab on the far right. Print with reg marks, and be sure they aren't on top of any of your graphic. Once I figured that out, it got much better. It also responds to light (uses a light sensor for registration) so if you have a lamp on one side (like I did), the cuts will be WAAAAY off to that side. If you're printing on regular sticker paper and want a kiss cut, try setting the depth to 5 instead of the 12-14 it defaults to. If you're printing something with an intricate pattern, lower the speed. Once you get the hang of it, this machine is awesome. But man it takes some time to get used to!

I’m very happy with my choice

Seller Review: I chose the creative bundle knowing I mostly wanted to use the Silhouette for adhesive vinyl and HTV. I’m very happy with my choice!! It came with good quality vinyls and a nice variety of colors. Everything that came in the bundle I have used or will use. I did have a missing item but contacted the seller and they assured me they would mail another ASAP. I did not need to purchase anything in addition- the bundle has everything I needed to get started! Silhouette Review: This is my first cutting machine and overall I’m very happy. The software is simple to use and there are very clear tutorials online for more specific questions. There’s also a lot of websites catering to free fonts and design files and I have not had to purchase any files so far! The software is akin to very basic photoshop and I’ve been using it for even non-silhouette uses because I can print designs at exact sizes and create designs easily. Though I have not used the cricut machines- comparing it to my friend’s cricut I prefer the silhouette for being user friendly- and comparing the prices for the design stores-silhouette seems cheaper. I was concerned about the wireless feature of the silhouette cameo 3, however there is a wire and does not have to be used wirelessly. Overall: The silhouette cameo 3 is worth it! Even if you only use it to make teacher gifts and Christmas cards once a year it will pay for itself.

I absolutely love this machine

I absolutely love this machine. It is a great kit, it has everything you need to get started and it's a good deal. I love making signs and there is so much more you can do with this.

So far so good

Only thing I can complain about is that I didn't realize they sell different bundles. I would have bought vinyl for shirts. But so far so good. Like many other people have said you have to kinda guide yourself on how to use the machine. YouTube and the internet are great for it :) love it! Also Michaels doesn't take coupons for silhouette vinyl. Keep that in mind when buying this, but Etsy has a great vinyl shop.
