Fantastic deal and awesome Ukulele!!!

Amazing! I am very happy that I found these guys, and happy I bought this Ukulele! As Ukulele instructor and professional musician, I am very picky about my instruments and sound quality, I was skeptical about buying one from amazon, but I heard good thing about this brand and decided to give it a try. I have had the Ukulele for two months now and I couldn't be more happy. Great sounds quality, beautiful design, holds a tune very well, and comes with a very nice padded case and extra strings and cleaning cloth. It is a great deal, and is packaged very well for shipping. It is light weight and easy to play, I couldn't be more pleased, and I will be recommending to all my students!

The tuning pegs keep it tuned very nicely as well

I play banjo but decided to take up another instrument in addition to it so I bought this. I have to say I am surprised how well it is made for the price. It's put together well and the frets are smooth. The tuning pegs keep it tuned very nicely as well. Though the strings do need the usual tuning, stretching, and tuning again before they keep it. It also has a lovely sound, comparable to more pricey ukuleles.That said now on to the accessories. The bag is nice, not a hard shell but not cheap gig bag either. The strap I personally love the design on, which the instrument is already outfitted for (which is a plus). It also came with extra strings which is awesome; it also came with a chromatic tuner which is nice even though I already have my own tuner. I will improve as fast as I can because I love it.

It's a rare occurrence that anything deserves a perfect 5 🌟 review. I am a tough customer. Things have to be hitting all boxes hard for me to get this pumped! In my somewhat educated opinion the Hricane UK-21 ticks every box for build, product quality, sound and appearance! The gig bag is outstanding quality to start with! Thick dense padding for protection, triple stitching, metal zippers all on water resistant nylon cordura material. This is one bag you won't have to replace when you get it. It also has back pack straps that will adjust to fit a larger adult like myself. The interior is nice brushed nylon with a Velcro attached neck support block. Just a quality piece you can actually GIG with! The accessories pack comes in a velveteen pull string pouch with the 'Cme Hricane' logo screen printed on the front. Inside the pouch are goodies, including a spare set of strings, a really nice thick and larger size cleaning cloth, a service card and a very nice quality Cme Hricane branded capo..metal NOT plastic like a lot of others! So far, pretty impressive! Mind you, I haven't even removed the instrument from the protective foam bag at this point. The uke is absolutely beautiful. The body has mutilayer ABS binding around the top and side junction and the back is also ABS bound in a single layer. Very elegant looking. Neck & frets are straight and smooth and the action is just a bit higher than I like, but an easy fix with some inexpensive luthier files. The instrument is pre-strung with Aquila super nylguts that some regards as the best. I don't care much for these strings and straight away changed them out to D'ADDARIO titaniums. Once the set up was tweaked and new strings installed and preliminary stretch was done, this SOPRANO uke sang like a song bird! Very hard to believe that this is not a solid top instrument. Projection, bass-yes, bass! And wonderful complexity that is usually only found on more expensive solid wood instruments! I am very impressed by the overall experience with this Ukulele! This would (in my opinion) make a fabulous first instrument as well as a 21st! From raw beginner to dare I say pro, this is an amazing little uke! I say get one!

Absolutely LOVE this instrument.

I purchased this ukulele for a class I was taking in college and also for my future career as a music therapist. I wasn't expecting this ukulele to be the one I used for a long time, I originally purchased it until I could purchase a better one. After playing it for over a year now I am blown away with how much I love this instrument. I am very picky about my instrument choices and buying a ukulele off of amazon was NOT my first choice. Though after comparing this ukulele to the ones at multiple music stores (Guitar Center, Sam Ash, and Sweet Water) I found myself preferring this Hricane. The strings are extremely durable and mostly stay in tune, I play this instrument daily and have not yet needed to change the strings. The travel bag that came with it is also good quality. If anything were to happen to this ukulele I would buy another one the same day.

Perfect for a beginner like myself.I've always wanted to play either guitar or uke or some related instrument.The wood is gorgeous. Look-wise is very attractive - 5-stars for looks.Sound quality is good.Of course this isn't a fancy ukulele, but it works just as well as any other uke...

Amazing!!

I do not normally share reviews on Amazon. This particular purchase was so good I have to share. First, I have purchased a total of 9 Ukes on Amazon. Kala, Lanikai, Oscar Schmidt, and a banjolele. This was, by far, the best experience. This Uke is beautiful and I was totally satisfied. It only comes in one color option but it is a really pretty Uke and I'm sure the company will have more options as it expands. The action and the tuning on this Uke are better than any I have ever purchased, especially at this price range. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. After checking the tuning all the way up the frets, I couldn't hear any sour notes and my snark tuner didn't show any sour notes. Amazing!! Even the Lanikai tune-a-Uke doesn't compare. The only concern I had was that the box it came in was rather shabby when it arrived. However inside the shipping box, the Uke is inside another box and its own bag. The bag it comes with is top of the line so it really wasn't a problem. I would buy a baritone and tenor from this company if they sold them. This ha top ratings for a reason.

Good quality

I purchased this product to learn the songs they play in my daughter's music class. I like that the wood feels great and the whole products seems premium. We have enjoyed playing with it and had quality family time. I would recommend this product to others.

Good Quality Construction, Pleasant Tone and Easy to Play! Recommended!

We bought this for our fifteen year old daughter. She has medium sized hands and it's very comfortable to play. Pay attention to those reviews from experienced ukulele musicians since we are new-comers and have no prior experience for comparisons. This is the first string instrument she has owned but she has played the piano for years. The chords are easy to learn, the frets are not rough and are well-spaced and the ukulele has a surprisingly mellow tone for its size. The construction quality is very good and the nylon strings are comfortable to strum. She has already learned how to play one song after two weeks of watching instructional videos online for one hour of practice after school and homework. Since it is easy to carry, she plans to take it on a mission trip to Mexico this summer and play for the orphans down there. She hopes to make a video of that.
