Great Quality, Great Price

It is great quality. My house is on a hill and my front porch receives a lot of wind. My last pole bracket was literally broken in half by the wind. We have installed this bracket along with a metal pole with spinning attachments to prevent flag wrapping. We are very happy with it!

Great Product!

After having trouble finding a decent flag pole mount anywhere, I came across this. I was looking for a heavy duty mount that would extend the flag at 90 degrees from the mounting plane. Since this one is adjustable 180 degrees it works perfectly. I can't say much of the anchors that came with the kit because I mounted into wood, but the screws are holding nicely. The mount itself is quite stout and has no trouble holding our 1" diameter by 5' length pole with a 3' x 5' flag. The teeth and wingnut have no trouble holding the mount at the right angle and the set screw seems to hold the pole tight in the mount. I would definitely recommend this product.

No Rockets Red Glare, But...

This is my third attempt to put up a flag on my front porch. It gets pretty windy here in Fond du Lac Wisconsin. In fact the city is surrounded by those massive wind turbines. The last two flag pole mounts snapped in half, but as I write this we are under a Severe Storm Warning and we just had a major cell blow through with sideways rain and hail. I just poked my head out the front door to check if the flag was still there, and just like the song we all know and love, it was. UPDATE 23mph winds today and 35mph gusts, and the mount is still holding its own. I have a heavier style flag on it too, not cotton, but individually sewn stripes and stars with thick fabric, and it is taking the wind with no problems. I almost think the pole will bend before the mount fails.

Sturdy and Reliable

I like the style of your mount over the previous one I had. Yours tightens better for angle adjustment and there isn't as much "play" after tightening. You see, my old one, which was the same material as yours, actually snapped in half due to the high winds during the "Bomb Cyclone/Blizzard" we had here in Colorado a few weeks ago. And it was directly related to the amount of play because you could only tighten it so much. I think yours will last where the other one didn't. Hopefully we won't have those same weather conditions for a long long time!!

Well Made! Great Price!

This flag pole bracket is very well made. Came packaged very neatly with all the hardware invluded to install. Loved the heavy duty feel of the bracket as well as the powder coat finish. Having the adjustable feature is a plus. I fly a flag, at my house, almost everyday and when I decided to replace my bracket and flag pole, I wanted something heavy to stand up to the Midwest weather. This bracket so far is doing great.

Love This Bracket!

This flag pole holder bracket arrived, looking just like the photo on Amazon.com. It installed very easily (I even affixed it to a steel carport support using a drill bit for metal) and it screwed right in. I like the fact that I can easily remove the flag pole holder from the bracket by just unscrewing by hand. The adjustable pole positions hold well and are easily changed. Since the flag is not lighted, I take it down at sunset and put it out on 'flag' days. The unit is well made and I expect to have it for a longtime. Love this bracket! The only suggestion I would have for the Seller is to give the size of the included screws so that a proper size drill bit could be used, and the proper size not guessed at.

Excellent quality!

Flag pole bracket arrived as scheduled. It is heavy duty and looks of excellent quality. It mounted easily and displays my flag the way I want it. I like the fact of it's no questions warranty because I have had brackets break in the past. If you have had brackets break because of wind, I recommend that you display a somewhat smaller flag that would have less wind resistance. I definitely believe this bracket is going to last a long time.

Excellent holder. MUST apply Loctite red to the wing ...

Excellent holder. MUST apply Loctite red to the wing nut and pole tension crew to keep it from coming loose and snapping the bracket. After I put loctite on mine, no more issues with the pole or bracket wiggling loose after a week or 2. A good foundation to mount is necessary if you plan to display your flag year round. You would be surprised how much force is applied to the bracket during med and high winds. Mine is mounted on double 2 x 4's with 3 1/2" screws and I've had to retighten all 4 screws twice. After tightened the second time I didn't have to do it again.

I bought this flag mount on January the 10th of 2018. In less than 10 months it broke. I came home this morning after a storm had passed through and saw my flag and broken mount lying on the porch. Nothing had hit it or anything and no branches were around it. It had just sheared off the mount from some wind. The product looks and feels strong as a tank in your hands, but apparently the weld or whatever bond holds the bracket part to the mount part is poorly made. UPDATE*** The seller replaced my broken mount with a new one. The new mount seems to have been updated to address the breaking issue. As you can see in the photo, the rear side has been beefed up with cross braces to help with the stresses the mount sees. Not sure if I just got an older version originally or it has been updated since I bought mine a year ago. This one looks like it should last longer. I want to say the seller contacted me promptly to offer a replacement, and stand behind their products.

Now this is a flag bracket!

Bought this to replace the cheap bracket that came with a flag kit and bent down in the first breeze. This is sturdy and has multiple "teeth" (see photo) that hold the bracket firmly in position-- no chance of bending this time! Very pleased.
