It's a value because I no longer get red faced drinking red wine

These work! I have used the filter with expensive red wine and $8 bottle of red wine and it absolutely filters it really well. No red cheeks or red nose, and no after effects from the wine. I am impressed. It's definitely worth it to filter a whole bottle with one filter, a better value than the wands that are available, AND if we don't drink the whole bottle (which is rare) I just funnel it back in the wine bottle and vacuum cork it. The taste of the wine is not changed at all.

These things are life-changing! I know that sounds dramatic but seriously they make SUCH a huge difference. My husband and our friends had me convinced that it was all "placebo" and that my lack of headaches was just in my head. Well let me tell you, my Ullo wasn't clean one night so I just drank a couple of glasses of wine without filtering them and I was MISERABLE the next day. You would have thought I tore up the town the night before the way my head hurt. Now I'll just skip the wine if my Ullo isn't clean which is a biiiiig deal for me! Totally recommend these and the filtration device!

It really works!

Üllo saved my ability to drink wines, especially red wine. Before Üllo I could only drink a sip or two before allergies to sulfites and tannins would kick in. Now I can Üllo any bottle I buy and enjoy a glass or even two. Woot!

I think it works!

Okay, look. I'm not a scientist, but I will tell you this...I would regularly get hangovers with wine...even just with 2 glasses before bed. I've been using this thing for 4 months now and I have NOT had a single hangover...that includes times when I drink a bottle in a night (whoops).

No more headaches

We enjoy wine, almost every night, but hate the headaches and hangover. Maybe bc I’m older now, those effects linger longer. I did not have any headaches since using this filter. I might still wake up randomly from drinking wine but no nausea or headache. Tested Ullo to make sure it didn’t alter the taste of wine. Poured one glass straight from bottle, one with filter but no air, and last with filter with air. 1&2 were the same so no taste alteration. 3 tasted great as the wine and aroma opened up. I give Ullo 5 thumbs up. Down side is the cost and that the filter pad only filters one bottle. Champagne loses its bubbliness going thru the filter.

This really really works

First I didn't believe the wine was causing her headache's. She use to always drink a bottle of wine on the weekend and not have any problems then all of the sudden she getting headaches after just having one glass of Wine. They would last for 3 to 4 days and sometimes cause her to lose work. Then I saw this Ullo product and side what the hell bought the kit and she used the filters and the next day no headaches. This is a 3rd reorder because this product really worked for her. What else can I say.

Can't drink my wine without it

My hubbie got me the whole set after I had a few hangovers from drinking my wine. I was surprised that it actually worked. No more headaches or hangovers, and now I notice if I'm at a restaurant or someone's house and I drink wine that hasn't been filtered. I ALWAYS get a headache, it's awful. But at home, I cannot drink my Cabernet without it! Totally worth the price. It doesn't work on some wines, though. When we have guests and they use it for their sweeter wines, like Moscato, I notice it doesn't work as well. It'll just sit there and drip so slowly you'll go mad. I assume the sugar is what's clogging the filter. I haven't tried it on Port, white wines, zin, or cheap wines (you know- the kind on the bottom shelf), so I can't say if they filter those well or stop hangovers. But if you're a Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir drinker, this is for you.

At Last!

Finally! I can drink REAL wine again! Never again will I have to scour the wine shops for decent sulfite-free wines. I’ve been using my Ullo filter for over six months now and have not had a single reaction. My family is thrilled that I am able to drink wine again because when Mama’s happy, everyone’s happy!

Helps headaches; replacement filters are cheaper

I got these filters and the Ullo to help me not get migraines from wine. I hadn’t drank wine in years due to it triggering migraine attacks. I heard about these and thought I’d give it a try. It has worked wonders!! I can enjoy wine again! And I like this filter better than others I tried because ordering the replacement filters is much more economical in the end. I would highly recommend to anyone who gets migraines or even just headaches from wine. This is the way to go.

They really do work!

These really do work! We've done "blind tests" with our friends anf they are blown away at the difference in taste with these filters. My husband has severe issues with some wines that are heavy with tannins or sulfites. If we're drinking a cheaper daily wine, he'll use a filter and it keeps his sinuses from getting pissy. Highly recommend!
