Highly recommended.

Simple and strong. Just used these to build a frame to adapt an air conditioner for vertical windows to a casement window. Took some doing, but these babies helped keep the frame from moving around (also screwed pieces of wood INTO existing window screw anchors and placing wood pieces that let gravity do some of the bracing work). Much cheaper than local stores too. Highly recommended.
