I've had one of these for about 20 years and ...

I've had one of these for about 20 years and it was time to get another. Not that the one I had died or anything, it's built hell for stout. It's just that I felt the need for a backup and another as a gift for a buddy.

Works as intended and advertised. Oops. A little premature.

Bought this because the company's SS tie gun is worn out. This one works exactly as it should. 2 weeks later...the teeth that pull the band seem to have worn out after no more than 700 or 800 bands. The company's gun had lasted through over 10 years and thousands of bands. I have returned this one and will look for a better one. I guess you get what you pay for after all.

Great for plastic ties

It works just like expected. Great for plastic ties. I also have some stainless steel zip ties and this didn't really work for those but fantastic and easy for regular plastic ones.

Works great

This tool worked as expected. Being able to adjust the tension is a plus. The only thing I found that needs changed is to put some instructions in the package someone that has no clue how these things work might appreciate it, I have similar tools for plastic ties do it wasn't a problem for me to figure it out. I would recommend this tool to anyone who going to use stainless steel ties.

Saves times, saves sore fingers!

I just had to tighten hundreds of zip ties and so I bought this tool to lighten the load on my fingers. It was well worth the money!! You place the partially tightened tie in the front and pull the trigger, then it finishes tightening the zip tie and cuts the excess off. So worth having this tool! It saves your fingers and ensures that the zip ties are all as tight as they can be before cutting the end off. If you have zip ties to tighten I would recommend this tool!

Outstanding

This is a great product, that actually ties and cuts the nylon straps. I have had 3 other brands from other sources and only 1 of them worked after I Modified it. But this one worked right out of the package.

Fastastic

Using it all days all the time. Made strong, thick steel, tightens and cuts at same time, blue handle is metal as is whole tool. It's saves me lots of time during manufacturing.

The best hand Saver.

I absolutely love this product it's so easy to use I don't have to grab a pliers to pull the tie don't have to grab a snippers to cut the tie this does it all. I saw some of the negative reviews and I don't think these people are using it properly I'm very happy with mine so far.

If you use cable ties on a regular basis this is a must tool

I used to do a lot of cable work building control panels. We had one of these in the tool kit at work. This tool makes clean cuts no more scraping you hands up on sharp edges or kicking a wire in your bundle with diags.
