Quality is wonderful, I love the versatility of the available bassinet/napper. The bassinet and napper are super soft and cozy. This was one of my “must have” items on my registry and I’m excited to use it. Every baby needs a safe place to sleep, play, and change diapers, this playard does all of that and more. However, putting this thing together was a pain! My husband was at work and I was too excited to leave it in the box until he got home, so I embarked on this journey by myself. Big mistake. The instructions are worthless (I mean, read them for the safety notes and all of that), but do yourself a favor and find the video on YouTube of the couple putting this thing together and follow their instructions instead. The printed instructions didn’t mention inserting a very key part of the bassinet and I ended up having to take the thing apart and fixing it later. It took me almost two hours to figure everything out, and I’m usually very handy and build things regularly with no problems. Once I found the video, it took hardly any time at all. I don’t know what the rules are for posting links to videos on reviews, but the video is titled, “Graco Pack N’ Play Nearby Napper: How to Assemble” and it’s posted by YouTuber Katherine Hart. Read the instructions for the safety information, watch the video for actually assembling it. :)

Best pack n play EVER!!! It's perfect for my needs. Since I have to share my bedroom with my baby for a little while, (small apartment) this was a very practical option. After reading the reviews, everyone said it was complicated to put together - it was not that serious. The most complicated part was the seat/bassinet though. The instructions weren't completely clear, but I figured it out! The tubes have to go in the bottom holes beneath the threaded straps not above. (See pics) The other end seems to be alternated. Took me a few minutes to figure that out, so It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. It would have been shorter if the instructions were clearer. Overall, I love the product and would highly recommend if you live in a small space like myself. Can't wait till my baby gets here so we can use it!

We've had this since our baby was born. She was very small so the bassinet was useful for a minute, then once she gained a little weight, we couldn't use it anymore as the sides have give (as mentioned in other reviews) and wasn't really safe for her to sleep in. The flip-side of the bassinet, the seat/rocker was quite useful though, so the lack of bassinet wasn't that big of a deal. We used the changing table is great, sturdy and easy to wipe up, and we used it until a week ago when we finally needed the full length of the pack n play for her naps. Now just using it as a standard pack n play for sleeping, and quite happy with it. It's easy to transport, easy to fold up.

Love all of the features of this pack and play! Assembly Assembly was a little difficult for me, because I could not find the instructions and had to figure it out without them (my own fault!). A week later I was explaining the features to my 7 year old daughter, and found the instructions in a pocket on the back of the pad. I was so excited to get it put together that I somehow missed seeing them there! Changing Station I love that this model includes braces to make the changing station more sturdy. The one I had for my daughter 8 years ago did not have these, and worried me because the changing area would lean under her weight. Bassinet/Rocker The bassinet/rocker does have a slight movement from side-to-side, but at this point it does not bother me much. We will see how it does when my little man arrives in March! Mobile The noise from the mobile does not bother me, we'll see if it bothers little man when he comes. The one thing that does bother me is that the mobile is not very secure and has A LOT of movement when using the rocker feature. I plan to just remove the mobile when using the rocker feature.

I can't express how much I love this. I had an unexpected c section and I'm glad i bought this for my living room. The changing table was super helpful. The storage on the side makes it easy to change her. The baby naps inside of the vibrating bassinet and loves it. I haven't placed her in it while in the play yard. I drag it all around the house. If I'm cooking I'll have her in the kitchen. If I need to shower I put the bassinet inside of the bathroom with the door open. The play yard is being used to store extra diapers and other baby stuff. If you have extra space for this you should get it.

I will start off by saying, make sure you set it up when your feeling patient & not in a rush lol I’m not normally a fan of pack n plays but after researching I found the Nearby Napper & was quite impressed so when it arrived I was eager to set it up after a long day at work. The hardest & most frustrating part is the Napper/Bassinet part itself & I just couldn’t figure it out so I gave myself a couple of days & attempted it again with a more level head & it was surprisingly easy. I’m still pregnant so we won’t be using it for a few more months but I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t faulty or damaged & everything looks good. It has some weight to it so it’s quite sturdy, the material on the Napper & Bassinet are really nice & soft and the color combo is great. I didn’t realize how many batteries it needed so I’ll get to that part next but even without the music/vibration/light I’d still recommend it.

Super happy with this pack n play. Even though I have a fully decorated and functional nursery set up for our newborn, he sleeps in this next to my bed. This thing is super handy! I love having a bassinet and changing area that fits in my bedroom without sucking up too much extra space. The napper part is a nice bonus for when my son wants to sit up more, and his favorite distraction right now is the stars on the mobile. Just like anything, it's not perfect, the mobile is a bit loud, but I think the baby actually likes the white noise, and as others have mentioned the bassinet does lean just a little bit with baby in it, but I haven't found it to actually be a safety issue and my baby has slept in it for a month now. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

Love this pack n play. I returned an auto rock n play to buy this because of the flat sleep area for the baby and the added plus that is is portable and reversible. The napper part was hard to put together but I eventually got it. I can't wait to use it.

Everything is a breeze, until you get to the newborn napped. Here’s the big issue: there are two foam covered “tubes” that are not listed as a part. The instructions were originally made with the tubes being already inserted, BUT they are not. You have to insert these tubes through/under the side with a seat, then attach them to the rotator (these tubes will be attached to the “tabbed” side of the head end, of that helps). It’s an issue of them changing the packing method after the instructions were written. Major fail. Other than that, when we bought this one playpen, this is the ONLY sids compliant portable napping system with a play pen. This is a huge point of contention for us, as we have a close friend who lost their child due to not following SIDS guidelines. Graco just announced a $300 (Day2dream, not Day2night) playpen that is also going to be compliant, but it involves toting multiple pieces, vs this system which allows you to easily carry baby AND the rocker/ bassinet. I’ve not seen a single other system that has mesh walls or a flat suraface for an infant to nap in, other than this one. Huge win in my book, even if it took me an hour to figure out.
