Nifty compact yet strong
Arrived promptly. I set it up easily. It seems strong and stable. Easy to relocate. Watch the closing process. Not a problem but just need to be careful. I am not using it fully extended as where I am using it is not high. I go from a hatch down into a cellar and find it stable and i just bunch the unused steps at the top where they are no problem.

Its fine
Went around looking one of these ladders. Home Depot wanted about 200 for these guys. I weigh about 210 and fully extended it. Was at about a 75° and went up it. Wiggled a little, but normally does that shake with a ladder. Reached what i needed to.

Works great
Great ladder in use it almost daily. The steps do it slippery if your shoes are wet though. I plan on getting some grip tape from a skate shop to add on to easy step.

Great price among 12.5" telescopic ladders
My initial reaction after looking at telescopic ladders on here is that they all look so much alike it's hard to justify one vs the other. I stumbled across this one and I'm glad I did. After comparing several of the most popular telescopic ladders, the $69.99 price is WELL below any other of the 12.5" telescopic ladders on here, I couldn't find another under $100 at the time of purchase. The bag that's included is high quality & thick, with the ladder weighing only 24 pounds, I'm sure there won't be an issue with the bag lasting. After looking into ladder differences, the only significant difference between telescopic ladders seems to be that the more expensive ones are rated to support more weight, this one is rated for 250 pounds, which is plenty for me, I'm 210 and used it at full extension with no problems. The main thing to point out is that In my middle picture where I've got the yellow arrows pointing to is hard plastic & is NOT rubber, which doesn't seem very obvious in the product's photos but I'd definitely suggest wrapping something soft on the top step if you're planning on leaning the ladder against anything delicate like interior paint. The green arrows in the middle image are pointing to where the latches are that you flip to retract the ladder, very simple. In my first image I uploaded you'll see the different gaps & their measurements, the step that you're lowering stays at a medium gap as you lower them so you never have to worry about your fingers pinching. The ladder is 40" when everything is completely retracted.

Heavy duty but light weight!
Review from boyfriend's opinion: Great light weight, portable ladder! Makes it handy to keep in my truck at all times. Goes up to 12.5 ft. easily, but you're also able to adjust the height for smaller jobs. There are locks under each step that click into place. When you're ready to let the ladder down, you press and hold the lock under each step. There is a 250lb weight limit with this ladder. He's 5'8, 175lbs and there is a slight bend when he goes higher up the ladder. He said it makes him nervous. (hope you're able to see the slight curve in the photos). It feels pretty heavy duty considering the 250lb limit. But he did he will not use this as his main ladder but will always keep it in the truck for quick fixes on the job. In the photos, he has the ladder against a two story home.

Excellent quality. Price is a steal!
Very sturdy ladder. Surprised at the quality. Weight is substantially more than expected, but still manageable. Steps move easily and lock in securely. Comes with a velcro strap to keep folded and a heavy duty cover for storage.

I way 210 lbs and it very sturdy as I go up and don the ladder
Arrived just as described! I bought this to use for my Travel Trailer to access the roof...it is very well made and very safe. I way 210 lbs and it very sturdy as I go up and don the ladder. It opens very easy and closes just as easy. Great deal for 1/3rd the price of what you will find at Campers World or comparable stores.
