Upward file organization

This was the perfect way to create organization in the desk space of a file folder. I labeled each of the 5 trays (receipts / orders / weekly / Bills / Mail ) & it eliminated all of the "shuffling" I was doing to find the right document. These trays are slightly angled so pages don't hang over the edge. The bottom shelf is flat so I store my stapler & tape dispenser to save desk space. The holder sits where on the "long" side is the width and the "short" side is the depth. I can put my lap top in front of it while on the desk, allowing a more flexible work area. Shipped flat-packed, but super simple to assemble. Arrived damage free.

Quick delivery and even I could put it together

I am not known for my visual ability, to say the least. I shudder to think what would happen if I had to put together a bicycle; I'd probably end up with a skate board and loads of parts left over. So I really appreciated the clear directions - one side showing what items I should have received, the other step by step. The shelving unit is exactly as described and slants just enough. If I were to complain about anything, I wish there was an option to purchase some kind of tabs for it - maybe metal, with removable inserts? That would really be great. But otherwise, very fast delivery, good packing, and no complaints.

Great organizer for crafting

This is a great buy for all it does in a small space. It is not bulky and surprisingly holds a lot of paperwork for my genealogy & crafting hobbies. Racks are roomy and at an angle. On the top rack, I use 3 cute, matching red cherries coffee mugs laying on its side, (handles up) for pencils, pens, scissors, pliers and paint brushes. There's ample room for a stapler, letters, calculator, etc. on the bottom. Aloha !!

Perfect for homeschooling parents.

I bought this to help organize my kids' class work as I homeschool. While I have 4 kids, I only teach the older 2 right now. This allows me to have an inbox for all papers needing to be checked and a box for finished papers for all 4 kids when they are ready. Having so many papers handed to me while working at my desk was utter chaos until I set this up. I will likely buy another to set on the table with outgoing work when I add my son into the mix as well. It's very sturdy and this surprised me. It's very easy to assemble and has rubber feet so it won't slide around on you. The only negative is that it doesn't sit 100% flat. It will rock a little but its so small you may not even notice. I attempted to switch out the feet but that didn't fix it. Things like that usually annoy me but this hasn't bothered me at all. Mine is in a cubby on my desk so it's harder to see.

Sturdy and keeps my most important (active/current) papers organized.

I had papers all over the place because I have a good number of places in my office and home where they could be kept. I generally have two to five current high priority items that would drive me crazy if I couldn't remember exactly where I put them (including some my wife may be handling). Now I know where to look. Saves me time and space. I have a small office and the desk is minimal; so the book cases and cabinets are easy targets for paperwork that you think... "sure I'll remember where this is". Worth every penny.

I had to post a review because I was nervous since so many people said this was hard to put together. I put it together in approximately 10 minute or less. Common sense and a couple of screws. (it must be all men that wrote the directions were limited and it was hard to put together..lol). I'm a women using my husbands account btw. He would have freaked out trying to put it together. It takes up less space on my desk and is very sturdy. I didn't buy to put on the wall so not sure how well that would work; seems like it's better suited to sit on a desk or table.

Better than I thought it would be, very functional.

Before I bought this, I wasn't sure about it because I didn't like the mesh design, but the functionality has won me over. This paper organizer is great. I was amazed by how strong it was once I finished putting the whole thing together. It holds all my extra legal pads, colored paper, white paper, binder sheets, and there's even a space for my tape & scissors. I keep all my mailing supplies under the bottom shelf.

Great product

Couldn't be more pleased - met and surpassed all my expectations. This is a wonderful desk-organizing tool to keep my systems organized and clutter managed very efficiently without having to spend a lot of time and effort. Seems solidly designed, sturdy, and well manufactured. All parts were included, with even a few extra connecting screws "just in case." That's great customer service. Bottom shelf is extremely useful both because it's flat and it has that little bit of extra space to it. Recommended. well-packed and shipped in parts. Any boob can put it together in 10 minutes -- even ME !!!

Yes to Desktop Organization!

Out of the thousands of options on Amazon for a desktop letter organizer, I chose this one because of the simple, space saving, clean design. The piece comes flat shipped (assembly required), but all the parts were inventoried and the instructions were clear and easy. It only took 5-10 minutes to put it together and it's more sturdy than I thought it would be. This is perfect for my needs (organizing documents & papers) and has a pretty small footprint. I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to save space and get organized.
