Before I bought this product, I read all the reviews. Based on that, I bought it and read the instructions carefully because it seems to me that the people with the bad reviews did not read them. Product arrived in perfect condition, and works great, as advertised. I love this oven! I have not found anything that I can complain about after using it daily since we've had it.

I agree with some of the other reviewers that this oven does run ‘hot’. This is my first air fryer and I’m over the moon about its abilities! The crispiness far exceeded my expectations. I’m including a picture of air fried tofu sticks. I can tell you this much, I will never be without an air fryer again!

I went back and forth about buying this because of the reviews. I am so glad I bought it. The air fry portion is wonderful to have. Times listed for items seem pretty accurate. I don't just set the timer and walk away tho. Sometimes it needs adjustment. Nothing has burned or not worked yet. Having all the functions right there in one appliance is super convenient.

Seriously that's all the review needs to be... Just buy it. Those reviews complaining about burning food are not following the instructions. Put the rack in the correct location, remove the lower tray if necessary. Use the proper temp settings. So.e stuff you may need to experiment with to dial in. We literally cook chicken nuggets for the kids at 400, airfry in like 6 minutes. That leads me to the next thing. The first line is 10 minutes not the actual "10" if you put it on "10" you are actually doing 15 minutes and, well, probably why you burned your food. This is hands down one of the best kitchen products I own, we have used it almost nightly since we got it.

Really love it so far but it is early yet As far as people complaining about the temperature of cabinets and counter tops. I made fries today. Ran the fryer at 400 for 30 minutes and used IR gun to measure temps. Counter top was 107. Barely warm to the touch and the bottom of the upper cabinet just above the fryer was 120. This is NOT an issue.

I never leave reviews. I'm been a huge proponent of the convection toaster oven for a long time but just got my first air fryer. Game changer. Just had my first air fried meal, and it was unbelievably crispy and very quickly cooked. I'm 23/25th through a bottle of wine right now, but I can assure you, the crsipiness was in fact the jam everyone here says it is. It is smaller than the dimensions listed, which is a plus. Highly recommend the wine and the fryer! #godblessautocorrect

I had reservations about buying this unit because of the venomous 1-star reviews. After using this unit for a few weeks I have to assume that there were either a large number of defective products sent out (quite unusual for Cuisinart), or that some people have unrealistic expectations of a toaster oven/air fryer. Disclaimer: I've always had toaster ovens as a kitchen accessory and have had to learn each one of their quirks. This one has fewer than many I've owned. That said, it cooks fast. Very fast. Where with my previous one you had to bump the temp about 25 degrees more than you thought needed and could walk away from it, this one cooks in much less than the time expected and you need to watch it carefully. That should change as we learn how it performs. It seems best to fade back a bit from the recommended times and temps in their manual and recipe book. This thing is powerful. My favorite dish so far is chicken wing drumettes. I've always cooked my famous buffalo wings in a peanut oil deep-fryer, then dip them in sauce and dry them for a bit in the oven. Set this at 400 on air-fry, cook for 10 minutes, flip them over and cook for 10 more and they honestly look like I just pulled them out of my fryer. My wife swears they are even better. Traitor! Garlic toast and English muffins seem to crisp up faster and retain inside moistness better than any toaster oven I've ever used. Frozen french fries and shrimp are a breeze. Tonight she did some fresh zucchini wedges that I was sure were going to be boring and they turned out awesome. Long story short, we love it so far and look forward to experimenting with it for years to come. We've had great luck with Cuisinart appliances over the years and in the few times we had problems with them, their customer service people have bent over backwards to help us and always treated us fairly. Love it and if it blew up tomorrow, I'd buy it again.

I have had this oven for more than a month and it performs very well in all functions. Air frying is easy and it cuts the cooking time almost in half for pork chops, burgers, steaks and fish fillets. After you have conquered the learning curve, your results will be more than satisfactory . When you first start using the air fry feature, you must get a feel how long it will take to air fry steaks, chops, fillets, fries and deserts. My first try was air frying catfish fillets. The fillets were not of a consistent thickness, so the edges were overcooked and the center of the fillets were just right. The fillets were not crispy on the bottom either. It would be best if the fillets were cut up in sections and then fried separately - Lesson learned. The next meal was seasoned pork chops and I set the timer for 12 minutes, but flipped them over halfway into the cooking cycle. The result was - golden brown outsides and juicy and tender inside. Same result with burgers and strip steaks. I like that the oven has a light so you can watch your meal cook and know when it is time to flip your meats or fries. The oven shut-off when opening the door is also a handy safety feature. The only con is that the basket and tray are not dishwasher safe (per the manual) I spray Pam on the basket and cover the tray with aluminum foil to minimize clean-up time. I will use this oven often and I highly recommend.

The first one I got was dead on arrival. But the second one works perfect, I've been using it for the past few weeks and I'm very pleased. I borrowed an air fryer (not this model) to try out and had to get one. This model has everything. It's a toaster, oven, broiler, convection oven and my favorite feature an air fryer. It works great, looks good. The book has recipes. It will take a few tries to learn how to use all it's functions with various foods. I make air fryed chicken in it, take a picture and show my co-workers at work lol. I'm very pleased with it and I would recommend it. My first usage was toasting an English muffin with a dab of honey and had a big grin afterwards. Buy it, you won't regret it. As for the video that says there is no temperature control...weeeell I can see that happening and I don't doubt it. I haven't double checked it. However after using it for the past few weeks I've learned how to adjust it so that doesn't happen. Air frying crispy bacon I used 350 degrees at 5 minutes. I have found that using less time then recommended seems to work well with various foods.

I am writing this review mainly to give distinct measurements for those like me who found at least six different measurements on the Internet. Across the front it is 15 3/4" + 1" extrusion for the hand grips which can be removed if you really needed to do so. However, I do not recommend doing so. Height is a total of 14" including the one inch feet. The feet and side hand grips are one piece and removable with screws. I do not recommend removing them as it most likely would void the warranty and potentially would be a fire hazard. I will post a photo. Depth front to back includes cord keeper and pizza bump out. Neither of which are removable. It is 14" + 2 inches for the handle for a total of 16". The air fryer basket measures 11 1/4" x 10". My Copper Chef crisper will fit but dits at a slight angle. I am hoping the handles can be removed and it will fit perfectly. I love the light but will not turn on unless the oven is actively running. So far I have only used the toaster function. I found it to work perfectly toasting top and bottom evenly. The instruction for operation are concise and clear. I found the recipe section limited. Will update as I learn more.
