Quality and durability at a fantastic price
I've wanted a cart like this for a long time for work and convenience of having tools right where I'm working. Worth every penny. I was concerned about stability being "snap together" but it is rock solid. I was very impressed by the high quality caster wheels, great sid urethane rubber construction. Absolutely a no brainer and worth easily twice as much as I paid.

Quality heavy duty cart
In the past I have used the Rubbermaid brand carts which are excellent but quite spendy. This car is every bit as sturdy was simple to put together and the wheels are quite large and roll very well. I have no complaints whatsoever. For my purposes this card is the perfect size for some people it might be just a little bit short and height. It stands about four or five in shorter than the three shelf Rubbermaid. But that is nitpicking, and I especially like the molded in handles on either end and the fact that the car top and bottom or a waterproof basin so if you spill something it doesn't go everywhere.

Sturdy and quiet!
It's the perfect cart to carry my C-Pap machine, cleaning apparatus and a couple of jugs of distilled water that's needed to operate my breathing machine. I've got a downstairs neighbor that's complained about rolling noises before but I expect no problems at all from this because it really is very quiet. This purchase will go down as one of the best value purchases I've made from Amazon.com so far.

Follow the video instructions. Great quality and well designed!
Deserves 5 stars. The cart is high quality, sturdy and well designed. The caster have great locks on them which holds the cart, even on a slight grade. Took less than 10 minutes to completely assemble it. Here are a couple of assembly tips: 1. Watch the video and follow those instructions. (A rubber mallet goes a long way.) 2. When you mount the caster, make sure to line up the hexagon base of the caster as you line it up within the pod. Give the caster a light tap with a rubber mallet. This will allow the caster bolt to come through and get full thread on the locking nut with the washer. If available, use a 11/16 socket/rachet combo. 3. Give light taps on the rest of the assembly. If you're on the fence about buying it, go for it. Just know that the video instructions are integral for proper assembly.

Be sure to watch the assembly video!!
My initial experience with assembly was similar to what some other reviewers mentioned... i.e., spotty instructions, seemingly ill filling parts, extra pieces of plastic all of which seemed to make the assembly confusing. I contacted the seller and they pointed out that they had posted an assembly video in the details section of the product. After watching it the assembly went off without a hitch, addressed the seemingly spare parts (nuts and washers), and even the plastic remnants in the holes for the casters. The video filled in all the gaps with the assembly, a picture is definitely worth a thousand words... The assembled cart is very sturdy, more than enough for my needs and I like that there isn't a handle that extends beyond the footprint of the cart, that way it easily fits in the space that I have. The cart is well worth the money and quality looks like it should be good enough to last for quite some time. Two thumbs up!!

Great utility cart!
I recently purchased 2 of these carts. I'll be using them to shuttle power tools around my wood shop. Assembly is relatively straightforward. However, I recommend using the plastic tool that comes with the cart to start the nuts onto the caster stems. Then use a deep well 17 mm socket with extension on a 3/8 ratchet. Also use a rubber mallet with a piece of 2×4 to assemble the friction fit parts. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble both carts.

Love this Cart
Its as advertised. Simple picture instructions. Was very easy to build. Very sturdy and all the parts fit perfectly. Took about half hour to put togeather using only a rubber mallet and a supplied tool to attach the wheels. Cant go wrong with this cart worth double the asking price.

Really nice for the money.
Sturdy, nice large wheels easily moves around in garage and driveway. I am impressed for the money. Yes it was a little difficult to assemble, parts fit very tight you will need a rubber hammer.

Really Good Cart
The three-shelf cart is taller than expected. For me and my shop, that's a bonus although I could see it as a problem if you're not paying attention to the dimensions. As far as assembly goes, you need a rubber mallet. The pieces (legs and caster holders) fit together by means of compression. It's a nice tight compression fit. The pieces won't fall apart so you won't be able to push the pieces together by hand either. A rap or two with the mallet does the trick. Don't be afraid of it but don't swing the mallet like it's a sledge hammer either. I used a few squirts of lubrication (silicone spray or WD-40) to ease them together a bit more. Once it's together (took me about twenty minutes), you'll see how well it's made. Sturdy and functional. Originally, I wanted a steel cart because of the weight bearing. Plastic can flex too much or be brittle. However, I'm glad that I "settled" for this cart. I'll take it over steel every day - no rust, lightweight for movement yet strong and sturdy. What's not to like? Can't think of anything.

Using for my small gas grill
Using this for my small gas grill. Works perfectly for my use!! I had this set up on a different table last year that did not hold up to the weather and was not portable. My grill (Cuisinart) can get HOT, over 800 degrees. I do know that it was NEVER hot on the bottom of the grill under the grill legs so I decided to give this a try. Last year I had it on top of a plastic cutting board so the metal grill legs did not scratch the stainless steel top (that rusted out anyway).......and it never caused a problem. I needed to be able to move this in and out of the patio easily and also into the garage quickly during hurricane season. Grill tank fits perfectly and the grill too with the perfect cooking height. I used this the other day and had it over 8oo for about 15 mins to burn off after cooking. I felt the plastic trays all over and it was not hot at all. Easy to assemble and the price was great.
