I have tried dozens of products or dozens of years and this has by far worked the best. It desensitizes, but doesn’t take away from the pleasure or the moment. It also has allowed m to get out of my own head which also makes for a better experience.

Works for me

Works as advertised. A helpful tip is that you should spray it on (I do 3-4), then spread it around with your fingertips for even application rather than letting it "air dry". The numbing effect is not noticeable on your fingers since the skin there is much thicker, but you should rinse them off. There is a mild numbing sensation in the first 5 minutes that I suppose could be uncomfortable to a small minority, but it's mild and doesn't last long. I wait at least 5 minutes and my partner has never commented on any negative numbing sensations on her end. Have yet to try any oral activity with this product. For me, the numbing effects last about 15+ minutes and ultimately has no effect in being able to "finish", but it's proven to be very successful in creating a reasonable delay which eases overall anxiety and having to pause regularly to calm things down. Some might not like the loss of sensation, but for me there was an overabundance it seemed, so I'm happy to trade off some pleasurable feeling for much greater control over the experience for both my partner and I.

A must but if you are quick. Helps delay. Works very well just don’t over do it just takes a lil. If to much applied. May not feel your self for a couple hrs lol. Trust me.

Anyone that said this product isn't amazing either didn't use it correctly or immune to the active ingredient. I used to rely on booze to get a good smash session in and then I'd have to deal with keeping it up and such. Now I can be fully in the moment with my girl for more than a few minutes without using the ol Stop-n-go, suck-her-little-toe method. Well worth the money! I used 2-4 sprays and let it dry for 20-30 minutes which seemed to be perfect. I will post a video soon for application procedures, hahaha
