This is a costume hat for sure but made well! I'm an adult and it's a lil roomy on my head. Perfect for creating that gay cowboy vibe ;•)

Holds its shape extremely well and is comfortable for a 3-year-old to wear constantly.

It was an instant hit for the child I bought it for. So far, it's held its shape really well even though it's own by a 3-year-old. It is soft, holds up to the most demanding playtime conditions, and is very comfortable. He loves being a cowboy!

I'm no cowgirl...but this is a cute hat, for the few occasions I need to dress "country". Unless someone came up and took it off and looked at it closely..it looks like the good felt hats that would cost lots more; but, I wouldn't buy those others, for wearing a time or two a yr. Cute.

Great for a costume!

Ignore what the others say - this is a good quality hat if you need something for a party or costume. If you're planning on long term wear, I would suggest you invest a little more cash. If anything, it's a little large for my average size noggin - I wear a ladies M/L hat. No fraying, no problems, just what I ordered.
