Buy them of potty training a dog!
We have a thirteen week old puppy and got these when he was around ten weeks, their awesome! It took him about 5 days to really get the system down but now he knows everytime he needs to go to the bathroom he goes to the door hits the bells with his paw and we immediately come to let him out. These made the potty training process so much easier, and now our puppy hasn’t had an accident in the house in weeks!

We love them!!
We love them!! We are training our foster dog and all the puppies we foster to use them. In 1 week they are already using them. It is great to hear them ring and let them out, rather than clean up piddles on the rug! I will be recommending them as our foster puppies get adopted.

Unbelievable, my 11 week old puppy rings this bell to tell us she needs to go out to potty

Highly Recommended
I highly recommend these! My puppy was potty trained much quicker than my other dog was when he was a puppy. You'll get the occasional wrong order of: pee by the door, ring the bell, expect the treat. However, they'll figure it out pretty quickly!!

Originally we purchased the Pebble Smart door bell but it didn't work out so we decided to try the bells. These bells worked perfectly for us although we couldn't hear them throughout our 3 story home. We got around this by putting a set of bells on every level. Our puppy (Labradoodle) had no problem learning to use them, he just rings the bells on whatever floor I'm on. The strap is adjustable and it unsnaps so you can wrap it around a glass sliding door handle. All in all we are very pleased and would recommend these training bells. A tip: to help our puppy learn that these bells are "Potty" bells and not "Play" bells we attached some bells to a 2 x 4 and stuck it in his potty area. Every time he went outside to potty we would also have him ring them. It only took about 2 days before he understood the bells were only for potty time.

These work! They really really work!!!!
Wow! It works! I wasn't sure it could be this easy but after one week of being consistent and showing my 9 week old puppy these bells everytime she goes out to potty, she has it down! It is a dream come true. It took some determination and consistency. I had to guide her paw and say go potty everytime she went out then give her a treat and pets when she is successful. Also when she had an accident i would pick her up and bring her outside the same door with the bells. She gets it now. Every time she needs to go she just hits the bell with the snoot and waits to go out. I think she might be abusing it a little to get treats but thats okay because it is a good form of communication between us and has made my wife and i's life much easier. I highly recommend these to anyone with a puppy that needs to be potty trained. These work!

Worked great!
These worked great and seem solidly built. We adopted our 4 month old puppy a week ago and it feels like she's close to potty trained because of these. We started by enticing her with a treat to ring the bells when we were about to take her out while saying "Outside?". After a couple of days she started doing that without the treat while we were standing at the door. Now she's started ringing them when she wants to go out. I was a little worried that she'd be ringing them all the time because she wanted to play outside, but so far that hasn't been an issue, we're pretty strict about separating when we're going outside to play from when we're going out for a potty break.

Great upgrade from my homemade ones
We have a one-year-old boxer puppy. We picked him up last year on Memorial Day weekend, and trained him to ring the bells at the back door to go out. I had made my own little jingle bells and put them on a hook, and he was trained within about a month. We love this idea, I got it from my sister who has two dogs and is a dog groomer… She knows her stuff! I didn’t even realize this product existed for sale until I came across it here on Amazon. I decided to get them on a whim as they were cheap and the ones we’ve been using are getting a little rusty because they were not made for that purpose (they are crafting both). Also these are louder than the crafting bells, Which is good because he has a soft nudge when he brings them.

Great product
Sense being a puppy my dog has used bells to go in and out. We bought these to replace the cheep ribbon ones that were falling apart. These are very durable and the quality is fantastic. I wish there was a way to hang them a little higher, I have a large dog, so having them so low isn't necessary. We've just tied a knot at the top to shorten it, not ideal, but not an issue either. Their a perfect height for smaller dogs and puppies.

Almost works too good!!
Now my dog wants to be outside ALL the time!! Our dearly departed buddy Dex never needed anything to tell us he needed to go out. He came over, barked once, and we went out. But our new Boston Terrier puppy Buster was just sitting by the door in silence til he peed! We felt horrible, he kept not getting treats, we needed a solution! So we got him a doorbell to let us know “hey! Mom and Dad, I need to go out!” It took less than 48 hours of bell ringing to get the jist. We actually took off the top set and put it on an old leash and put it on the outside so he could tell us when to come in. He just sits outside and sunbathes in his glorious faux grass dog yard. He rings the bells when he wants to potty, he rings the bells to sunbathe, he rings them to just make us get exercise haha! Best invention ever!
