I understand some stuff is just bad and not the companies fault

I bought this about 7 months ago. I had an issue with 2 cameras and reached out to Dealer through amazon. Kelly Chan contacted me and shipped out 2 replacements right away. I understand some stuff is just bad and not the companies fault. I had an issues with my DVR locking up and e-mailed Kelly Chan directly and she had a new DVR shipped to me in about 1 week. I have not had any more Issues and this company's customer service is top notch. The system does what I need it to. setting it up for motion detection is a little tricky but their website has videos to help you through it. Kelly Chan is on my A list for customer service. Job well done.

The hardware has great. Very sturdy and reliable

The hardware has great. Very sturdy and reliable. I do not like the software. The motion alarm is way to sensitive.I can turn the sensitivity all the way down and only have one little square active on the screen away from everything and it can still go off constantly. Still looking for a new update. Update: They released a firmware update and I was excited hoping the motion detection was fixed. Somehow while flashing the new program something glitched and I was stuck on the zosi screen, this is where they blew me away. I contacted support and after they ran me through the normal hoops, the easy stuff that usually fixes 90% of the problems, they immediately apologized and offered to send a replacement, I didn't even have to mention it. That amazes me, usually to get a warranty replacement you have to spend weeks or months proving that you're not an idiot and didn't poor a beer in it or something. Even though I have to go for a little bit without my system I am eagerly awaiting my replacement and very grateful for Zosi!!

Good systems! Worth buying!

Ok. Packaging was nice. The bullet cameras have a metal housing which looks and feels durable. The white blended in nicely with my house (which is also white). The setup was relatively easy. Took a little long to figure out the remote viewing but wasn't too hard. The day quality is really good, Super clear I did have a little issue with some of the dome cameras but Zosi customer service contacted me and was very accommodating . I was able to keep the camera system and they fixed the issue. Definitely worth buying and if you have any issues, Customer service is great (Responsive and accommodating).

Faulty playback (updated)

I have this issue with my system: when trying to.playback on my TV it presents several gaps. Eg I want to see a footage from yesterday night (Oct 13th). When playing back from the TV there is a gap from Oct 10th until the morning of October 14th! When I playback from my mobile the footage is there, but due to picture quality, I want to see on TV, i.e. the footage exists, it just does not show on TV... Any suggestion? ------------------------------ UPDATE: Wow, I am really happy with Zosi customer service! They promptly helped me in solving the issue, so I am upgrading my review from 3 to 5 stars! My issue occurs when I am playing back and starts rewinding. It simply does not detect some footages. It is somehow a problem, however I can override it by following the steps suggested by Zosi customer service, which makes me sufficiently happy to give it 5 stars. Thanks Emma / Zosi!

Works great

Good surveillance camera system for the home. We use some indoors and some outside and they work better than I expected. The night vision is absolutely impressive and the picture is very clear. We have one in our toddler's room so we can check on him throughout the night. In pitch dark, we can see him fine, even his facial expressions. The only thing I can really complain about is that the app for viewing the system from your phone, has a bit of a delay and sometimes gets stuck on an old feed, but the live feed is fine.

Super Easy System to Set-up & Great Video

What can I say about this brand. Super easy to set up and love the video feeds from the cameras. Make sure you get a hard drive to save the videos. The app is also super easy to use, much better then the other brands. You can save a ton of money over any big box store brands and get a much better product. This is about the 3rd system I have installed and the two other times for for friends which were much more difficult to set up. A lot of what you get is in the system software and zosi is on top of their game. Perfer to go the hard wire way as to not get hacked. WiFi is way to easy to get hacked.love this system and their brand.

This is my 12th security camera install. I have always liked the Zosi brand so when my home needed a upgrade I went with Zosi. To be honest I ordered 2 of the 8 channel 720P DVR + 8 camera setups, just for the 16 cameras. It was just as cheap to order the complete set as opposed to ordering just the cameras separate. I will keep the 2 DVRs for a future jobs. I was disappointed when I opened the box for the dome cameras and saw they where "PLASTIC" housings. I almost sent back both systems right there. Zosi in the past has always used aluminum housings on their dome cameras. Plastic will eventually fade and become brittle with UV exposure. I was also disappointed that two of the bullet cameras had stripped screws as I will be contacting the seller directly to get remedied (Seller has been known to have great customer service) I am sure they will work with me to fix the problem. I was pleased with the quality of the 720P vs my old 800 and 1000 TVL cameras. The setup was easy as expected, plug and play and you are done. I was originally worried as I run my cameras through OdiySurveil baluns (See pic) as it makes it easier to run 2 network cables then 8 separate Siamese's (I would highly recommend for any security install, you still need power but easier then "home running" each camera feed) Overall I would order the products again. Thanks Zozi!!!!! ******************UPDATE*********************** Zosi customer service is outstanding, I had 2 bullet cameras that must have been a bad batch and Zosi was quick to remedy the problem and sent me 4 new 1080P cameras to replace the 720P. I have been a life long Zosi fan and this outstanding customer service seals the deal for all my future security camera install needs. Thanks Zosi for being so understanding and just plain awesome!

Amazing deal.

Very pleased. After purchasing many brands, I can say that I am very happy that Zosi delivered a quality product. The price is unbelievable, because the camera housing is rock solid and the mounting positions are infinite using their brackets. I purchased a brand Elec and the limited views and cheap materials caused a few cameras to break. These were sturdy, easy to screw into the house siding/walls, and deliver a crisp picture thru the dvr into my tv where I hooked it up. I prefer the bullet style because they are easier to mount and seem to have a wider viewing angle. This dvr is simple to use and work instantly with a hard drive that I bought separately and stuck inside with the 2 easy connections (which are pre installed in this unit). Even the wires connecting the cameras to the dvr are of a higher quality than my previous tries with brands. I am so happy to have finally discovered an affordable brand that did not let me down, and I feel very secure with 8 cameras continuously recording my house inside and out. The photos speak for themselves.
