Just upgraded both my low beams and high beams on my 2009 Dodge Avenger R/T, and love the product! Very clean, bright, white beams. Easy to install and connect (takes 5 minutes tops per light). Tips: 1. I have a Dodge and the lights would intermittently all flicker. The customer service was AMAZINGLY responsive and fast. They sent me a two pairs of capacitors first, and after that didn't work, they quickly sent me two pairs of resistors. (Intuitive how to connect because the plugs only allow for one possibility) 2. When installing, look at the position of the 3 flanges or wings on the original bulbs. Line up the new LED bulb's flanges similarly using the tiny hex wrench (also just be gentle with that by the way), that way when you install the LED into the housing the LED is oriented exactly vertical with the light being directed left and right. Worst case, you just have to take the LED out of the housing out and make small adjustments. Pros: 1. Super bright, clean white 2. Easy installation 3. Very responsive customer service 4. Don't hear the fans at all while the engine is running. Cons: 1. The instructions said Dodge/Chrysler sometimes requires the adapters, which my car did (so wasn't surprised). The customer service responded to all of my queries extremely quickly and provided me the components to solve it! 2. The lights are pretty bright, and once while still doing the intermittent flickering a person thought I was road-rage flashing my high beams at him!! XD haha... Will post some pictures to follow. Unfortunately did not take a "before" pic!

GLOWTECK H4 6000K LED Headlight Conversion Kit

I ordered these for my '04 CRV and as soon as I installed them in the OEM headlights I was not disappointed. I personally cannot stand incandescent lighting , it's archaic technology and the light it produces is not bright enough. Swap out your incandescent lights for a set of these and welcome a more useful white light for your night driving. The kit comes with two headlights, two ballasts, two zip ties, two double sided mounting tape, one set of instructions, one online registry card and as an added bonus you get some 6000K 194 wedge bulbs. Pretty sweet, right? Installation is a breeze as well. If you could change your old bulbs then you can install these. I'm a mechanic and I 100% believe that if you can read the instructions and can follow those directions you can install these yourself, even if you're not that mechanically inclined Common sense is all it takes. As it can be seen in the included pictures that these are pretty bright. My car is parked on a 15 degree incline facing the street and across the street is a 20 degree incline, but you can see how lit up everything is. Our recyclables get picked up tomorrow morning so I had a good target to include to show how much everything is bathed in light. What I didn't expect was one of my cats to show up and pose for a few shots, but he's cool enough to include because it helps separate the high beams shot from the low as he is missing from the high beams photo. You can also see I took a shot from the drivers perspective, one from the Honda logo perspective as well as from the street so you can see how bright they are, I didn't forget the 194 wedge bulbs, they are the two inner lights on the headlights, and they too are bright bulbs. The amber outers are actually 6000K LED 7443 bulbs and are sold separately. They headlights are fully adjusted in the photos as to not be blinding, but my CRV sits higher than a regular car and you can plainly see that they do have a lot of brightness glare. I was looking at HID kits for my upgrades before I found these because you usually go with what you know. I did some looking around using Google-Fu and found that the automotive LED headlight technology has improved in the recent years, so I decided to try something new. Since I've seen these particular lights on quite a few automotive LED headlights top 10 lists as well as individual reviews on Youtube I decided to take a chance. So far I don't think it was a wrong one.

Just installed these on my 2005 Honda Pilot

I want to first preface this review with the fact that I just received these lights yesterday and also just completed the installation this afternoon; I haven't even driven with them at night yet. First impressions are very good. The product seems rock solid and delivery was quick by Amazon. I replaced my 4 year old OPT7's because they had dark spots and I was looking for something brighter. I did a side by side comparison with one OPT7 installed and a Glowteck installed. The Glowteck's are noticeably brighter and had a different light pattern. I had trimmed the rubber boot (which incidentally is not a big deal) when I installed my OPT7's, so, I saved a step there. Anyone reading this review should take heed that these lights need to breath because they dissipate heat. Either trim the rubber boot around your existing lights or leave it off if this applies to your installation. I did not modify the adjustable light pattern. I installed them as shipped. I also highly recommend tying down any loose wires. I will post a follow up to this review in a week or two. (Don -- Cindy's husband). Updated Aug 8th, 2018: I wanted to upload an image on the drivers side light with the Glowteck LED light in place. Notice that the boot is trimmed exposing that back of the light enclosure. I actually cut the center of the boot out to make sure the housing had proper cooling. I did have an opportunity to try these out at night. I found the patten to be dead on! You really won't need the high beams. Updated August 22nd. I've had several opportunities to try these out on the open road. These lights are more than adequate and seem to throw a nice pattern with absolutely no dark spots or misdirected light. Readers should be forewarned that you will probably get some folks flashing at you. I simply flash back. Nice job Glowtech! We'll see how these lights stand the test of time. I'd like to know when you folks come out with 16,000lm lights. Just a brief update to let you know these lights continue to work without incident (5/31/19). Nice!!

Easy installation, bright light and good color, full adjustment for level beam patterns, fan is quiet and keeps bulbs cool

Quick note for all do-it-yourself folks out there: please understand that almost all aftermarket automotive run the risk of not fitting exactly the way factory parts do. Please do your research as the socket fitment isn't the only factor to consider with headlights, as most aftermarket lights have varying dimensions. Some cars don't have the room for bigger bulb assemblies, please don't bash the product review because of this. That being said for my 1998 Saturn SL which has plenty of extra room, these lights are performing great. Greatly increased visibility and brightness, and more importantly fully adjustable beam pattern. This is a major issue with most LED bulbs as old reflector housings do not spread the light optimally. With the adjustment I am able to tweak as needed for a nice clean pattern as not to blind other drivers. No complaints to fan noise as some other bulbs seem to have, if you can hear a tiny fan over engine and road noise then you have superhuman powers. The light color is great, a nice bright white, not obnoxious blue or purple. Durable packaging, plug and play setup although again some newer cars may have issues. DO YOUR RESEARCH. The bonus mini bulbs are a nice add on, assuming they fit somewhere else on your car (194 bulb/socket), great for interior or license plate bulbs. Ultimately this product is working great so far and I would recommend it to those interested, it's worth the extra money compared to $30 bulbs if you've had beam pattern adjustment issues.

I purchased these to replace the OEM fog light bulbs in my 2015 Ram 1500. The product appears very sturdy and of high quality. I was able to install them just as you would replace the original bulbs. The only other step is securing the extra cable with provided zip ties and double sided tape. Unfortunately I ran into a problem. The lights would not stay lit. This is explained in the instructions, that a few vehicle will have this problem and require a capacitor or resistor. I contacted customer support By sending them a message through their website. I provided my name, email, phone number and Amazon order number. I received an email the same day asking a few questions about the problem. They quickly found I needed the extra cable and shipped it out ( FREE OF CHARGE) express mail. I received it two days later. The lights work great, they are very bright, but not blinding since they are directed down at the same angle as the original bulbs. I am 100 percent satisfied with the product and would recommend this product to anyone that wants to enhance the look of their vehicle. It really makes it stand out from the original lights. ***Update*** The lights eventually failed after a year and a half of use. They began to get dim and became more of a bluish color without any output. I used these as driving lights during the day as well as at night. I did get a lot of use out of them. I was expecting that they would probably last two years, so I wasn’t surprised when they did fail. I would buy them again, but I plan to sell my vehicle and opted for a cheaper solution.

Absolutely satisfied

I will admit I have always been a loyal customer of HIDs, and very skeptical of the LED systems since I heard about them a few years ago. As a chemistry major, I felt more confident in a bulb where i understood what was going on and why it didn't work when it quit working. I decided to take a chance on these bulbs and I was first very impressed with the packaging. The product package was professional and high quality. The actual product itself was very well built to my surprise as you never really know what you're gonna get when you order online! The connections to factory plugs and within the ballast to bulb were very well designed and gave me confidence in the durability of the product. A two year warranty is provided as well, which is way better than I have ever gotten out of any brand HIDs I've ever bought. I expected bulbs to last around a year, if that, but I am very happy to find that these are rated to last for at least 2, if not longer! The price is very reasonable for such high quality of a product and When I had a few questions about the warranty, the guy's at glowteck were very quick to respond and very helpful. Five stars, id give 6 if I could!

These headlight bulb replacements are terrific. After being very impressed having installed these in my Honda Accord, ordered another pair and just installed in my Toyota RAV4. World of a difference. The front of the car - well night and day difference in vision. Don't expect the world e.g. on some days driving in at night on wet roads is still a bit of a challenge, but so much much better with these lamps. Had them installed at repair shop, depending on car the labour varies. For the Toyota I was charged 30mins, for the Honda 1hr of installation labour - by the same shop who I trust. Love the lights though - Toyota being 10yrs old, I had the yellowed headlamps polished/restored at the same time - totally changed my night driving experience. Have the installer check that the lights are levelled well, i.e. reflect downwards else oncoming traffic will flash you sometimes. Their problem.

Easy instructions and installation! Great Product!

The stock headlights are pretty terrible in my 06 GMC Envoy and ive wanted to change them for years. I tried some of the cheaper ones first and those ended up on ebay in about a week. I then went on to an actually more expensive brand and they were flickering non stop even with their "customer service tech". Those ended up getting returned. Last ditch effort I went with the glowteck kit. I cant believe how happy I am with these! Pros: The user manual actually has GOOD ENGLISH! I know, crazy right? The installation is the same as pretty much any other led kit, no crazy work arounds Installation took about a half hour which I thought was pretty impressive Lights worked with no problems at all first time I turned them on Lights are very bright but not overpowering. I dont feel like im blinding people coming in the opposite direction High beams and low beams both work really well, no contrast in quality 2 year warranty is amazing Cons: It isnt really a con since its with every kit ive seen, but due to heat they recommend not installing the back cover. I just put a small hole in mine and so far so good!

LED HEADLIGHT BULB CONVERSION KIT H4(9003) FOR THE FJ CRUISER

I installed these light on my 2007 FJ CRUISER it was actually easier to install them then replacing the Halogen bulbs that I have replaced several times in the past, with the bulb and the cooling fin being able to be separated from the retaining flange you can install the flange and clip the retaining clips into place with on obstructions at all, then you just slip the light with the cooling fan back into place (having already plugged the wires in) this works behind the battery also without having to move anything. You can then rotate the bulbs to get the road coverage you desire. These lights are super bright and this is just in the day light, hope they last as long as they say because they are a bit pricy.
