GREAT PRODUCT AND PRICE!!

This lockbox is an excellent product. Budget was important for my office, and this item was the best priced. Because of that, though, I was worried about the quality. I was pleasantly surprised at the heftiness of the product, the durability, and the design. What a great find! And at such an incredibly reasonable price, compared to other similar items! The box was so easy to program (I had been dreading that), and the keys fit neatly inside (33 keys for me). It came with batteries, labels, key rings, everything you need. The new box looks cool and professional in our office. This is one of the best products I have ever ordered through Amazon.

Great Solution for Keys!

After moving we realized the number of keys we had to track and manage doubled. Between house doors, cars, tractors, and barns, we realized throwing them all into a drawer wasn't going to work. My husband found this great solution. The cabinet seems to be well built and is small enough that it can be mounted in a variety of places. You do have to mount it or secure it because the center of gravity on the safe will cause it to fall over if you aren't careful. My only call out is the keypad and knob. They work fine but don't seem to be as stout as the rest of the safe. But, with that said, I haven't experienced any issues with the lock and the numbers are large enough I don't have to worry about pressing the wrong numbers. For the price and quality, I certainly think this is a great buy.

Works Well, Very Happy With It

Great product! It arrived quickly, I like having both the key and keypad, it stores a generous number of keys (I use every other hanger since sets usually include at least three keys + key ring/fob), it was easy to hang (once I figured out where the studs were in the wall - I used two screws + two of the four included expansion bolts as it is not wide enough to screw into studs at standard 16 inch center distances). It has enough space to put a few more small things things into it that I'd rather have locked versus loose in a drawer.

Quality throughout

The cabinet arrived quickly and was well packed. The unit is of quality steel construction, and the combo lock is easy to program......just remember to do so with the DOOR OPEN, in case of system failure; although it does come with alternate-entry keys. Interestingly enough, the key lock is a round barrel, seven-pin tumbler.....nice quality. One piece of advice, though: use the box as the template, drill one hole, attach and level. Life is easier, that way. Would recommend.

Great Customer Service and an Excellent Product!

Ordered and received in a timely manner. First time we put the key in the lock it got stuck and would not come out and the door would not open. An email to customer service resulted in a call back within an hour. Naomi Smith was fantastic! With just a copy of the receipt and a picture of the key stuck in the lock, a replacement unit was sent out the same day! So easy to deal with, no hassles, immediate response.......Naomi and AdirOffice Corp sure know what customer service is all about in this day when it seems like no one wants to help any more. I'll certainly look at the products AdirOffice has and always order from them! Now, to the cabinet......it's extremely sturdy, heavy duty, and exactly what we needed! Highly recommend.

Heavy duty and awesome

Got this to store the keys for my entire household. Holds a lot of keys, has an easy return slot, and was super easy to set up the pin code. Comes with a key in case the battery dies, or you forget your pin. The instructions for mounting the cabinet to the wall or to a countertop were provided and were quite useful. The case included all the hardware for mounting the device. I've had this set up for several months and have tried to pry it off the wall on several occasions just to see how stable it is, and it has not budged once. Great buy for a decent price, I'd recommend it to anyone.

the combination lock is easy to set

Before I bought this key locker, it was time-consuming to locate and identify my many keys. I had found it necessary to install locks to deter a person who had access to my property. This key locker has simplified my life. It is very solid, the combination lock is easy to set, keys work fine, and there is ample room for my keys inside. The key tags are a nice touch, too.

Great, secure key storage cabinet at a good price

The cabinet was received a day or two earlier than expected - VERY welcome! It was exactly as advertised, changing the combination is easy and quick, the additional feature of having an "emergency" key to open is a big plus. This cabinet is very well made and heavy duty - it works perfectly for our needs.

Great value!

I needed a locking box to install in our dock shed, for boat and jet ski keys, etc. Initally bought another one that was too small and kind of cheap. This box is exactly what I was looking for. It fit in the available space perfectly, has plenty of room, is very well made and easy to program and use. Also, the price was very, very reasonable.

great setup, easy to configure

Very happy with this, for barely more than a normal master lockbox style keybox that won't even fit a single car key, i can fit 40, it includes key tags, mounts right to the wall (or counter if you prefer, and is very sturdy. Only annoyance is that it is a little tough to pull open and has a dinky handle (probably on purpose), but otherwise, no complaints!
