I've bought this for 3 years now and eat it 90% of the time for my breakfast. I'm diabetic and this is great. Not a lot to it per package because the contents would fit into a shot glass. Put milk on it....cook it for 53 seconds...add two eggs with it/2 saugage and I'm set. Love it!

I've recently gotten back into oatmeal as a substitute for cold cereal in the morning. It makes a great afternoon snack too. I wish the packages were about twice their present size though - I always use two at a time. Try combining one sugar and one no-sugar pack for a single large portion of low sugar oatmeal.

This is a great variety pack of single instant oatmeal packets , these are good for a quick breakfast and are good for you. I have always ordered the Low Sugar variety pack as my husband is watching his glucose intake and these taste no different than the regular as a man he eats one plain one mixed with a flavored one for breakfast. He states they taste great , you can also use these along with a can of original Quaker oats by making one serving of original and mixing with one packet of the flavored from this variety pack for a heartier breakfast. Included are Apple cinnamon , Maple & Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Plain (original ) flavors. They are lower sugar and also lower in sodium that any other cereals that I can find that my husband will eat that he likes. I have also bought these Variety boxes for my Churches food pantry , they are great for any food pantry or organization. The price is fair and the product is good for your health !

I recently switched to these "low sugar" oats and they are wonderful! They taste just like the normal sugar version but I feel much better about consuming the lower sugar quantities. My roommate and I eat this every morning for breakfast and love it.

I’m always super hungry in the morning and this is great. I kinda love carbs but try to keep levels low but these feel healthy. I mix them with berries as well and it’s super yummy. I eat 4-5 packets in the morning but that’s not the norm for most people. I use milk not water. My preferred way; Handful of frozen berries in the microwave for one minute Crush the berries with the back of a spoon Add 4-5 (depending on hunger) packets of oatmeal Add 2% milk Mix with spoon, turns purply color Microwave for 1.5mins Leave in microwave for 3-5mins (I prefer to let the oats soak and fluff up) Stir and eat.

These are surprisingly good! They make a quick, satisfying snack that still has a bit of sweetness, but is generally just very flavorful. The individual bags double as a measuring cup for water if you like. I add a bit of of honey to the plain ones, but the cinnamon spice and apple ones are very flavorful on their own. To all of them I add just a splash of milk after cooking, along with a sprinkle of ground flaxseed.

Lower sugar is good idea. I did miss the sugar at first, but I got over it about on fourth bowl. I definitely liked well enou to eat entire box in two weeks! I've never seen lower sugar oatmeal in a store so I'm happy that I can buy through Amazon. They also have great variety of flavors not often found.

My standard breakfast item. The Maple Brown Sugar flavor of Quaker Oaks lower sugar line is the best! Tons of flavor. I can’t tell it’s missing any sweetness. This big box was a great deal and I wished Amazon would keep them available at a good price. I add some walnut pieces to mine. I also sometimes eat my two packet meal for lunch or dinner too. It’s just yummy and holds me from hunger a long time.

We eat A LOT of oatmeal in my house, especially me & my two youngest kiddos (3 yrs old & 6 yrs old). I've tried to cut some of our sugar intake, so this is one product I started with. When Quaker is on sale locally, I try to stock up, but I can't find the lower sugar version in all of the stores around here. Even when I am able to get the lower sugar on sale, this economy size is still a better buy. This is perfect! No more running out waiting for sales. This is perfect!

My whole family loves oatmeal, and everyone agrees this is better than almost all market-branded options. I like this lower-sugar version for the obvious reason - less sugar is better, and they're able to do it without sacrificing taste.
