Great gift. Cooked the egg baby waffle perfectly. Non-stick and easy to clean. I put batter on one side, cooked for 45 seconds, flipped over without any spill and cooked for another 45 seconds. Once opened, I wait for a few more seconds and removed the waffle with a plastic spatula.

My son loves this waffle maker. He is 8 years old and it is easy for him to use. This cooks the waffles quickly and evenly. We are excited to look up the recipe for the Chinese egg waffle and try it this weekend. We have been using this waffle maker for not only waffles but omelets and cinnamon rolls as well. Waffles in a matter of minutes

Got this because we watched a video from Japan and they were eating waffle filled with icecream and looked tasty! This wafle maker is just like the one we saw and so easy to use. It comes with a recipe but we just used aunt jemima pancake mix and they came out great! Just spray waffle machine with anything or butter it up make a few waffles in a matter of minutes!

This waffle iron makes funny looking waffles or mini poffertjes for me. The cooking surface is really nice and non-stick. The instructions say to spray it down but I add oil to the batter so I don’t and everything came off really easily. I like that is has feet on both sides so you can flip it if desired. All around neat waffle maker works well.

Eggcellent waffle maker

This egg waffle machine exceeded my expectations. It formed crisp, tender bubbles as described. Other reviews complain about the machine being difficult to clean. I find it as difficult as any typical waffle maker (I had a Braun). The trick to using this egg waffle is more technique than machine: 1. Get a good recipe. The one included is too complicated. The one I like and use has flour, Jello vanilla pudding, sugar, eggs, and evaporated milk. 2. The batter has to be the right consistency - not too thick. Pour evenly in the holes, sweep across row by row. I use a bowl that has a pour spout. 3. When the machine is hot, use oil spray can to spray the molds. Pour batter. Close lid firmly and immediatly flip. 4. Don't peek too early. When the waffle is done and you haven't over poured, it should start to fall out of the molds naturally. Use a plastic spatula to remove. 5. Let the waffle cool off a minute. Don't cover while it cools or it will get soggy. The first waffle will be the ugliest and most uneven brown color. It should still taste good. If you follow these instructions, you should get a good waffles each time.

Waffle Balls are a Fun Treat

This waffle maker is a great, novelty waffle maker that you can use to make delicious waffle balls. It took a couple of rounds to figure out how to get the waffle batter properly dispersed, and we wound up using a cup with a spout to pour the batter. The waffle balls that we made with this machine turned out to be slightly dangerous because they were so good that we could not resist the temptation to keep eating more and more of them...and more. They are so good and bite sized! Also, they make great little pieces to throw across the table into your family's mouths. Back to the machine, though. The cord is a good length for cooking on a countertop or island. Be sure to read the instructions and notice that you will want to turn the machine over during the process. In all, this waffle maker provided us a scrumptious meal , gave us entertainment, was easy to use, and is definitely worth the buy.

Easy to use & clean!

This waffle maker is very easy to use & comes with instructions that are easy to understand and follow. I used store bought pancake batter that only required me to add a few ingredients. They ended up tasting delicious with a light crispy outside & soft inside! My kids were so excited! I highly recommend this waffle maker!

Best waffle maker ever!

I can't praise this waffle maker enough! It's simple to use, easy to clean, and takes up very little storage space. We love breakfast waffles, but this machine also makes Yorkshire Pudding batter into an amazing side dish for beef and gravy! And there's no smoking oil pans to prep before baking and no hot kitchen!

Great value and easy to use!

This a very good device to replace the big heavy cast-iron mold. A little draw back from cleaning the device, I believe water can get into the device, obviously it is not water proof. you have to wash it with caution. Also it is non stick material, if you have concern about the non-stick material and health, please consider the cast-iron mold. I make HongKong waffle only once in awhile for leisure, so I am ok with that. Come with a waffle cook book! Very nice!
