Great headphone holder. Can hold 2 pairs.
This is just what I needed. Holds 2 headphones depending of the thickness of the headpiece. Easy to install. Holding up great so far. Also, the edge is sort of rounded so it is semi-safe for kids. My 2 year old bumped into it and it didn't hurt her. Not saying its completely safe, but it's safer than some of the sharper edge holders on Amazon.

Sturdy, As Advertised
This holder is fantastic, very sturdy and exactly what I wanted. I use it to hold my headset on my desk. It doesn't budge, and feels very strong. The price and speed of shipping were great. The clamp moves slowly so it is easy to reposition, and its curved foot means that it can be positioned on round objects also. I can see using this periodically for wreaths or other decorations around the holidays, since it is such an affordable and strong hanger. Great buy.

Amazing how useful for the price.
If have eight headsets and always find it a pain in the rear to keep them out of the way but still available for use. I took a chance on this hook because it was cheap and had good reviews. It was a good choice. I have a small tall thin shelf that these fit right into. Each shelf has room for two. I can hang all eight and still get to the stuff stored on the shelf. I found that most desks and tables have a ridge you cannot get the clamp around. So only get this if you intend to use it with shelving. I'll keep looking for one that would work for those but I doubt I will find anything. After a month of use, I don't see the slightest damage to the headband, a small worry I had. Nother has fallen off, despite four cats who would like to play with them. Easy to install, remove or just move. If you really worry about stress on the headband, get use two at once.

Fantastic
I use it on one of those wood desk with folding legs that have about a 1and 1/2 inch metal lip around the whole thing about 1/2 of an inch in and it works perfect Only negative for me and not the product (since my desk isnt really meant for it) is i have to screw it in very tightly at an angle where its almost threaded incorrectly once it secures and i dont know the long term effects it will have on the item (again not the perfect desk for it but it works 100%)

Exactly what I needed
I really like this very simple, but incredibly sturdy headphone hanger. I wanted something that I could position on any edge of the desk, be it front, left, or right. This fit the bill perfectly. It is crafted from metal, and is very solid. I was worried that my desk edge might be too think, but this headset holder opens up plenty wide to accommodate almost any desk edge height, as long as there is an edge of some sort. I can screw the clamp tight enough, and with the rubber protection pieces, there is no damage to the desk, while maintaining a solid grip. I am very pleased with this product, as it keeps my headphones off the desk when not needed, but safely suspended within an arms reach. If you do not want a stand taking up valuable desk real estate, and are looking for a hook to hang your headphones on the front or side of your desk, I definitely recommend you give this item a try. For what it is, it might be a bit over-priced, but it seems it will probably last a lifetime. Well worth it.

Safe on soft wood and with people, too
I looked for a device to hold my Logitech USB Headset H390 with Noise Cancelling Mic. I didn't want to hang a hook under my desk or to add more clutter to my desktop. I was concerned about how the metal bracket and pad at the end of the screw would affect the softwood veneer, but I've had absolutely no problems. It is short enough so that it doesn't protrude to the point of getting in my way. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, coworker, or professional peer.

Excellent product; just what I was looking for!!
This was just what I was looking for! A cheap, high quality holder for my Beats over ear headphones... This holder is high quality metal, very well built with no seams or jagged edges. It has a very simple threaded screw with a circular piece at the top to disperse the pressure evenly onto the bottom of the desk so that it always stays steady. The inside of the top part of the clamp that is on top of the desk has a nice, thick foam protective piece to keep the top of the desk safe and also helps keep it in place from sliding.

Boyfriend loves it
I ordered this for my boyfriend who plays videogames. He has headphones that constantly fall off the table because the wires get wrapped around his chair’s arm rest. These headphones have a clip by the way which he attaches to his leather desk pad but it still manages to get pulled. This literally happens every day.. This finally came in the mail and so I gave it to him. He used it right away and so far so good. No headphones falling or being in the way on the computer table. He was even able to use the built-in clip that the headphone’s wiring has onto this headset holder and none of it hasn’t gotten in the way.

The design on this is almost perfect, but worth it as is.
This is ultimately a hunk of metal and a bolt. It's sturdy. Enough said. I'll get the cons out of the way before giving reasons why you should get this instead of the other one you're likely looking at, the BrainWavz Hengja. - The hanger bit is not curved to contour headphone headbands. Not a big deal but it would be nice. If I could I'd take off a tenth of a star for this. - The threads are not particularly smooth. A tiny amount of the millennium worth of silicone grease I got a decade ago for three dollars fixed this. I'd probably take off another tenth of a star for this too. Why you should get this instead of the other one: - The silicone/rubber (I can't tell) padding on both ends (reviews indicate some old stock might not have this. RETURN if there is no silicone/rubber on both clamp ends). This does two things: Prevents damage to clamped surface, and reduces the amount of clamping force needed to keep it immobile. With the Henja, you have to torque the sucker down to get it to stay put. With this one, you barely have continue tightening beyond initial contact. - This will clamp onto surfaces anywhere from 0 to 38mm. The Henja has a minimum surface thickness of about 21mm before you run out of thread and it undoes itself, anything thinner than 21mm and you need to use shims. Not the case with this hanger. - This has a supersize thumbscrew with no need for a finicky wrench or screw driver. - The lip keeps stuff from falling off. The design on this is almost perfect, but the product is worth it as is. Make the hanger a bit wider, give it a curve, and make the threads higher quality and it would be perfect.

Solid headphone mount, simple, quality construction.
The arm on this holder sticks out a good amount (~4.5 inches), which is exactly what I was looking for to hold my VR headset securely. On a thicker desk, the threaded clamp will stick out several inches below the holder, so maybe not a great idea for the middle of a desk where your legs might catch it. The rubber on the clamp-end is very nice.
