An Excellent USA Made Accessory For Your Hitch Receiver

I really dislike purchasing foreign made flags or patriotic memorabilia, so I was really glad that the seller (ePartStore) confirmed that this trailer hitch cover is MADE IN THE USA! I purchased the Red/Silver/Blue version and it looks very sharp on my black SUV. The aluminum emblem is chrome finished with an enamel fill for the colors and is mounted on an all metal powder coated mount. The mount is 1/16 inch thick, weighs about a pound and is very sturdy. The mount has three fitting options for a 5/8 receiver pin at 1.5", 2" and 2.5" from the back of the metal plate. A foam gasket is included to reduce rattling. I thought this emblem, with a 3” height x 3.5” width, would be small, but the striking colors make it conspicuous while the size keeps it subtle. To ensure that this emblem stays on your truck, I would advise getting a keyed receiver lock. This

Awesome Flare

Fantastic additions to my 2015 F150. I really like it because 1: its Murica, of course and 2: it's pretty subtle and not too shiny. Great product, thanks! Oh, and I decided I need to get a lock hitch pin for this, because, unfortunately, I can see people trying to snag this off.

And the flag was still there and the rockets red glare... ....

We just love the look and feel of this product. Easy to install. We bought the lock separately to make sure no one takes it. My husband is very thrilled for his birthday gift. He’s a M a r I n e and what a way to show off his love for his country.

Looks great!

I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because I didn’t really like the thin plated top (most likely glued on). Other than that, it looks great on my truck. Doesn’t come with a pin, but you can buy that at any Auto Parts Store, Walmart, etc. I like the fact that it was made in the USA. Update: changed it from 4 to a 5 because after going to several retail stores, all hitch covers had a thin plate glued to it.

Great addition

I have been looking for a hitch cover for awhile and when I saw this, it looked perfect. Just everything else I buy off Amazon, reviews are very important. I was looking for a flag that is made of all metal and this was it. Looks great on the truck as you can see by the puctures.

Understated and solid

I have a matte black on grey vehicle and wanted something understated and solid for my hitch cover - while showing my support for an important cause. I love the subtle look of this cover. It feels solid and has some heft to it - not cheaply made or with thin materials. It seems like it will hold up for a long time and it looks great. Be sure to get a locking pin for it, if you don't have one already.

It's a nice little touch on the back of the truck that is tastefully done. This installed super easy to install but you will need a hitch pin to hold this in place. Make sure you have a pin before starting. I purchased one from amazon, that was only $2.79, but you could always get a bolt, some washers, and a nut too. ****That is If you aren't planing on using the hitch often or at all.***

Great solid design, material and workmanship

I would buy this again, no doubt. Bought the blackout flag and looks great. Well manufactured, not cheap in any way. Make sure you get a lock to go with it, otherwise I would think it would go missing quickly.

Strong, Sturdy, American

I bought this for my girlfriend’s dad for his birthday as he didn’t have a trailer mount cover for his trailer hitch. This item doesn’t come with a cotterpin and holding pin. I ended up adding a $7 Curt pin in my cart and it was all okay after that. The curt pin had the dipped rubber ends on the cotter pin and the holding pin itself and it looks great! The background for the starts and the “white lines” on the flag are a nice wet black look as the starts and “red stripes” are a matte black. Looks good and isn’t too flashy.
