Really works for closets

This is the 3rd time I ordered and figured it’s about time to post a review. I now know when it’s time to reorder as without this my bedroom closet get very moldy and smelly. Doesn’t help that my closet is where I also keep my shoes (gym shoes). Definitely keeps my closet smelling fresh and clean as does my bedroom since the smell isn’t lingering out there. Not to mention the convenience of the hanger. I will keep repurchasing for life. Thank you.

Love this product

Love this product. My kitchen trash & recycling bin are in a "drawer." I put a Contact hook on the back side of the cabinet, inside the drawer, and hang one of these bags there. Totally eliminates odors and moisture. Great solution to what can be a stinky place. :)

I was certainly skeptical, but for the price, I figured I’d give it a shot! Living in Florida, it’s humid 80% of the year and my closets were smelling musty. I placed one in my sons closet and one in mine, I noticed a huge difference in the air and the smell was gone. Just replaced them as they filled up quickly, in a months time. Definitely helped...

GREAT PRODUCTS!!!

Because the weather has been so humid I put the Arm & Hammer hanging product (1st picture) in my closet a few weeks ago. I am amazed at how much moisture has accumulated. I also use the canister type on the floor of the closet. The pink line I marked on the right side of the canister (2nd picture) is the amount of moisture that has accumulated with 4 months of use. I highly recommend these products!

It works well

I have a serious water problem in my basement that has created a mold problem upstairs. I placed these in the downstairs closets and have had good results. Within 3 weeks, the bags are full of water.

Bought for smelly gecko

I read acouple reviews saying that others used this as a way to eliminate order and I thought I would give it a try. I have a gecko that smells really bad even if I have the cage cleaned daily. I decided to hang this on the back side of his terrarium for awhile to see if it improved the smell of my room. After about two months I'm very surprised that it's been keeping the odor under control and I can never smell a thing from that tank. Unless I'm hovering over it to do something. For awhile I wondered when it would start working or collect water but after two weeks I forgot about it and once I remembered it the bag had some water. It's been about two months and the whole thing is almost done with the bag full of water. I will need to switch soon to the second bag that comes with this box. For the price I thought it was a little much but if I'm going to make it four months on one box I feel better about it. Keep in mind it took about two to three weeks for me to finally notice that my room no longer smelled. I think I was use to it and that's why it took awhile but if your impatient I would advise that you give it a solid week or two. It worked perfectly for me and I'm pretty sure this isn't exactly how you're suppose to use these. If you need some clarification on how this works, There's basically crystal hard rocks of the baking soda in the top section that dissolve into water and that water drips down into the bottom bag. Once the crystals are all dissolved into water you pitch it.

Eliminate unsightly mold in closed in areas especially on outside walls

I first found Arm and Hammer in 2017. I did not know what it would do. My closet is on an outside wall so there is always moisture in there which then gets mildew on the walls. I hung this product in the closet last year and forgot about it. This year when I cleaned my closet I wondered what this bag of water was. It apparently came from the moisture in the closet. AND I did not have any mildew on the walls. Arm and Hammer Moisture Absorber works better than bleach and it more eco friendly.

Perfect for my gym locker

This product is great at removing moisture. I hung it in my gym locker and within a few days it had already started collecting liquid in the bottom reservoir. Many of the one star reviews state that the product doesn't remove odor. Odor is a chicken-egg thing. If you remove the moisture which feeds the bacteria or mold causing the odor, your odor problem is likely mitigated, but if you've got a real funk that's already developed, I doubt this product will deodorize unless you thoroughly clean the items or area first.

Extremely happy with this product!!!

My bedroom felt really moist to the point my bedding felt almost damp. I couldn't believe how quickly this drew moisture out. I chose this product over others because I did not want anything scented. Very pleased, highly recommended.

Miraculous results on toughest odors and problem areas

This works wonders! I had a bedroom that smelled so musty and moldy that it took my breath away, even after several rounds of thorough cleaning and disinfecting. This completely eliminated the odor within a few days!! I have had success in every area I have tried this product in where nothing else had worked. It not only removes the moldy smell, but the area actually smells fresh!
