This is the hole punch I was looking for! :) I use an A5, 6-ring filofax planner and have tried several other hole punches that claimed to be designed for A5. While they were all technically adjustable, they were not designed to be able to punch all six holes at one time for the A5 filofax; furhter the adjustment methods were not precise so every time I used them I had to spend at least 10 minutes adjusting them. THIS hole punch is better quality, the punches themselves are adjustable and it can punch all six holes at one time!

Esta perforadora es excelente para mis propositos. Perfora papel para agenda A5 y A6 haciendo unos cambios muy ligeros en la parte inferior de la misma, lo cual es genial, ya que no tengo que comprar 2. Me encanto.

Hi! Beth here. I ordered this punch because I had purchased a different 6-hole punch at the store, only to realize that the holes did not line up with the 6-ring planner I had also purchased (displayed right next to the punch, by the same brand, BTW). So, I went on a search and ended up choosing this punch after reading the reviews. I received it yesterday, and HOORAY!! I am able to adjust the position of the holes so they line up perfectly. I have to say, I think the BEST part about this punch is the little paper guide. The other punch didn't have that either, and I was struggling to get the holes in the same place consistently on the page. Now, it's super easy! I pull the little guide (located by the little 'confetti' tray on one end) out to the A4/A5 position- which is printed on the guide, and my paper edges are nice and straight in my binder. I'm a little OCD, so that's really important to me. I am using 32 pound paper, and was able to punch through 5 sheets without any problems. At 6 pages, I started to see resistance and some jaggedness to the holes. Normal copy paper is only generally 20 pounds, so I think that 6 pages would not be a problem. The punch feels sturdy and well made, and I am sure it will last for quite some time.

This works greeat for my A5 (Carpe Diem) planner. I print custom inserts that I made or got from Etsy and use this punch to put them into my planner. Its a good one!

This is the one for Filofax! Works with A5, Personal, and Pocket sizes. A5 sized sheets are longer than the punch, so you need to pull out the paper guide one click. Only punches about 3 or 4 sheets at a time, so put in some music and have a punching party!

I didn't want to buy this hole punch because I thought it was expensive for something simple and small, but I really needed an A5 hole punch for a planner I wanted to start, so I bought this one. I'm SO glad I did, I really like it and I think it was worth the price. It's a solid, heavy hole punch that is made of smooth metal, it just looks and feels good. The mechanism you use to change the orientation of the hole punches to fit different paper and ring sizes is a sliding thing. There's an Amazon review with a video on this page that I used to figure it out; you just slide the hole punchers over to fit the rings on your binder. They slide over super easily, if they get stuck you can oil them a little bit but mine were smooth and just slid over to the orientation of the rings on my binder. I know some hole punchers require you to use a screw driver to unscrew and move the punches, so I really appreciate these just slide over to where you need them. There is a paper guide at the edge of the hole punches, you pull out the paper guide and it will show markings for A5, A4, etc. sizes of paper. I slid mine out to the A5 tab, and used it to guide my paper into the hole puncher. Worked perfectly. All the pages were punched the same, i did about 4 or 5 pieces of paper at a time. I think this is a great hole puncher that will last a long time and is easy to use, I highly recommend it.

This is the first punch that I found that truly fits an A5 binder with a single punch! No turning pages around or watching YouTube videos to use it. Just move your punch bars to the outside of the punch and pull the paper sizer stopper to the A5 size and punch! It is perfect. I am so happy I came across this punch and took a chance. I will be telling all my planner friends to order!

Does NOT work with Filofax A5 organizer size. Disappointed. I assumed there wouldn't be a difference and now I'm stuck with a useless hole puncher. Other than that it's a standard hole puncher. UPDATE: Just realized it's adjustable. Works perfectly.

I was surprised by the heavy metal construction, just like a quality letter-sized paper punch. The paper guide is made of the same rigid, yet somewhat pliable plastic as the paper hole receptacle. I can see how it could become bent or misshapen if care is not taken to push it in even and straight, but if you're punching A5 paper you wouldn't have it extended all the way out, anyway. I suggest storing it with the guide pushed in so it doesn't become snagged, thereby potentially yanked at an angle. When you slide it out, there are page size markings on the slider and the slider conveniently clicks into place for each marking so you don't have to fiddle with positioning. It says it can punch up to 6 sheets. I had to struggle getting a folded piece of plain copier paper into it at first, but after a few depressions of the unit, the springs loosened up nicely. I tested it with card stock and six sheets of copier paper and it works fine without any hanging chads or ragged edges. The pegs are mounted onto sturdy metal plates, three pegs per plate and the plates slide easily side and click into position. Nice design. That, too, alleviates position guessing. Overall, I am very pleased with this punch and I'm glad I didn't opt for a cheaper one.
