This is the second one I purchased. We use it to travel. My sons moved out of state and this is great to load up stuff to bring on the plane (checked bag was cheaper than shipping costs). We use it in our suitcase and then can purchase souvenirs to bring home. Another use is when traveling over seas for missions trips, I can fill it with items to give away and then only have to fold it up to avoid additional checked bag back home. This bag is very sturdy and just enough zippered pockets to keep a few items separated. There is a side pocket that would be great for wet clothes for a quick beach visit on road trips. Color options are plentiful, can match your luggage or choose a fun color! Removable strap good if walking long distance at airport and still keep hands free.

Just used this for a weekend trip, it's big, and strong, and quite the looker. You all think I am talking about a man. You are wrong. I am talking about THE BEST duffle bag I have ever owned. It easily held all my clothes, my pillow, a twin size blanket, my shoes and had room too spare. And when I got home and put things away, I folded it down to about the size of a piece of paper and about an inch thick. Will definitely be purchasing another for a gift.

Took this on a few camping trips and a long oversees business trip through multiple countries. The bag has been durable so far -- there are no noticeable wear and tear in the fabric which was my main concern at the beginning. It's gone through the checked baggage, it's gone on board as a carry-on (60 L is the perfect size by the way), and it's been tossed around in the car and at camp. When I'm not using it, it packs down so well and takes up very little space in my closet. It's a little floppy since there is no rigid structure to the bag but this is necessary for the previously mentioned feature. Overall, best $20 I've spent in a long while. I expect to keep using this bag often and for a long time.

Super spacious. This bag has 4 extra compartments. 2 in the front , one on the side and one on the inside for personal items . This bag also comes with a strap that goes over the shoulders if it gets too heavy. I was able to fit shoes clothes, underwear and socks for 2 people . The bag must have weighed 10 pounds with the clothes and did not break

Slipped this bag into my luggage. Filled it up completely to the brim while on my three-week tour and shopping sprees in Bali and Thailand. At first I wondered if I packed it too tight, too full and with too heavy product. But I was pleasantly pleased to find it fully in tact on the luggage carousel in the U.S. Before I purchased I saw some reviews that said they had problems with open seams. Perhaps check them before you leave. Let’s face it, these things are made with automation and sometimes seams are off. This could happen to even more expensive bags. For less than $30, it does what it was born to do.

I had thoughts of this bag blowing out during our trip to Tanzania, Africa...I really didn't want to experience one of a travelers worst fears: your bag in a plastic bin, blown apart with your underthings exposed to all the people waiting at baggage claim...BUT, this bag performed like a CHAMP! We had weight (33 lbs max) and bag construction (soft duffel only) restrictions for our trip and the bag suggested by the tour company was $120+. Since we already had bags we liked I didn't want to spend $250 on 2 bags we'd never use again. I trusted the Amazon reviews and rankings of these bags and crossed my fingers they'd make it through the trip at least. They DID make it through the trip, and it was 20,000+ ROUGH air mile RT, 8 safari lodge road trips AND two puddle jumper flights. Some folks asked about the weight these would hold - we had ours packed to around 22 lbs each (I packed A LOT, more than enough for a 14 day trip). The one thing I did do for extra piece of mind was to use a luggage strap around each bag just to take a little pressure off the zipper and to act as a "girdle.". Don't freak out when you open these up and realize you can almost see through the material - they're tuffer then they look for sure. I originally ordered the larger size, but returned it - it was too big for what we needed, but someone on our trip had the larger model and they were happy with it. I'm going to pack these bags in our regular luggage now to use as a carry on or extra bag when we travel - they deserve a well-earned vacation from being used as checked baggage, but I wouldn't hesitate to haul them out again for an international trip.

Love that this thing folds up small and zips closed. And that it is a pretty big duffel and has the kind of loop thing that makes it stay on top of wheeled luggage. We just moved from California to Norway and I had two big rolling bags and one of these on top of each. I had these crammed full of clothes and electronics, they were just a little short of the checked baggage weight limit, and they held up great! Now they are folded and zipped up to store them until we need them again. Edit : Have used them again for a trip back to the US. Took them folded up in our carry ons and packed them full for the return flight. They are still holding up just fine.

I bought this bag to use for a beach vacation! I was able to fit, 3 pairs of boat shoes, 1 pair of flip flops, 4 t-shirts, 4 tank tops, 1 polo, 4 pairs of shorts, 1 pair of jeans, 4 pairs of swim trunks, 1 hoodie, 5 pairs of socks, 5 pairs of underwear, 1 beach button up, and a decent sized toiletry bag. This bag even has room to spare. I thought with the amount I packed in it that it would be unreasonable huge but honestly it's perfect in the trunk of a car. The zippers glide smoothly and folding it down and back up is easy as easy can be. The only downside is when nothing is in it, it has no structure. But that's to be expected with a foldable duffle bag. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway bag without breaking the bank.

I've stopped checking a bag while flying because I hate waiting at the carousel, I like to have all my stuff with me, and no baggage fees! Plus it means I have to pack deliberately instead of bringing a million outfits and shoes like I used to (and which I never would never wear but had to check a bag.) I wanted a light-weight bag instead of my usual roller suitcase carry on for a 9-day trip to Europe. Visiting 3 countries in 9 days meant a few planes, trains and automobiles along the way, with more than one cobblestone road. I don't use cross body straps, so I used the handles to carry on my shoulder while we were walking. I also used this backpack as my personal item on the plane and for walking around: Womens & Girls PU Leather Backpack Purse Fashion Casual Shoulder Bag (Black-1) Love this bag as well! It is classic black and the straps are comfortable. I packed a lot in to this puppy. I used the Amazon Basics packing cubes (2 large & 2 med.) It was perfect to keep everything organized in my bag, and I didn't have to pull everything out or rummage through to find what I needed. I rolled all clothing items; broke it down like this: 1 Lg - 3 pair pants/2 leggings/ strapless bra (molded cups so I put in the big cube); 1 Lg - 7 tops/2 dresses; 1 Sm - bras, socks, belts, (1) necklace; and last Sm - toiletries and dual voltage straightener. I also brought one pair of Tom's shoes, flip flops and fit in my makeup bag--there was still more room to bring back souvenirs and some clothes I bought in Paris. This bag has 3 generous outside zipper pockets, and a large outside zipper compartment that you can use for shoes/dirty items, but I didn't. I just put my shoes in a plastic grocery bag inside the main compartment. There's one inside zip pocket. The bottom was dusty and dirty from all the travel so I threw it in the washing machine when I got back, and low heat in the dryer for 20 minutes. Totally clean now! I will use this bag again and again. My boyfriend's nice canvas duffel bag broke the first day of the trip and he bought a new canvas one for $70 which subsequently broke too! I was happy as a clam with my bag that was easy to carry even with a fair amount of stuff in it, and the fabric is forgiving if you need to cram a lot in it. The value for the price is outstanding!
