This is an excellent mount for the GoPro. I’m using it with a Hero7 Silver edition. It mounts on my Trek Linc-5 and is very secure. It came with 2 different rubber inserts for different sized bars, but fit my bars without either one being needed. I like that it can be quickly removed if I want to mount it on my other bike. I plan to get another one for my boat.

This was used over the summer on a motorcycle. It held great, and am very happy with how it held up under conditions.

I was shopping for a bike mount for my GoPro and saw very mixed reviews of most generics so I went with the official. A few features I wanted include 1.) 360 Rotation - This offers that and includes a locking mechanism so it won't rotate on its own! 2.) Good Vibration Dampers - The rubber spacers on this are much thicker than other models I've seen. This helps with sound and vibration, plus allows a more universal fit! 3.) Quick Release - This offers a quick release so no need to unscrew! Pros 1.) Durable 2.) Designed by GoPro for GoPro 3.) Price - Not cheap, but not overly expensive either 4.) Very adjustable! Should fit most bikes! Mine fits my thick handled mountain bike. Overall - I have one ride so far with this and it was great. I was able to produce some great footage! Quality is top notch and this should fit most bikes

Worked exactly as advertised for my motorcycle. I attached it to an accessory bar on my bike and it's held firm with no signs of rolling or cracking. I found it easy to use and it felt solid when tightening the clamp down. As far as security, there's nothing to stop someone from cranking it off but as long as the camera isn't attached I don't think that'll happen.

Used to use generic versions but the GoPro mounts are SO much higher quality. Results in much better footage without shaking or camera sliding around.

Just received this today and I have to say the quality is top notch. I know OEM GoPro accessories are pricier than the after market stuff but this, IMHO, is well worth it. Now don't get me wrong, I have a ton of aftermarket accessories that I think are great. But after scouring the web for a good ski pole mount I bit the bullet and went with this one. I wasn't aware that the bucket rotated 360 degrees. Based on the photo I thought I would have to use an adapter in order for me camera to point upright when the mount is attached to my ski pole. This is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering a pole mount whether it be a ski pole or bike handle bar.

Bought this item to use on rental bikes on my trip to Paris. The handlebar mount worked great and kept my GoPro mounted securely through the bump streets of Paris.

Mount does what it advertises and does it well. I don't think the price tag attached is worth it, but that is what you get with GoPro. Pretty cool mount that you can freely flip around, works well on bikes and such so you can record different angles easy without swapping cameras.

I use this with my Hero Session 5 on my bike handlebars. It is quick to install and is very secure. Holds the frame well. I like the ability to rotate the camera to different position without having to remove the mount. This is much better than other handlebar mounts I have used.

I have a Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 which shares the same connection as GO PRO cameras. I was looking for a bicycle mount and found this one from GO PRO. It is a newer model evidently and has one nice feature....you can rotate the camera to many positions other than straight ahead and has click stops to hold it firmly. I will use it on several bikes...road Race bikes, long distance self contained touring bike, mountain bike and a racing tandem. It fits all the handlebars I have, however, I found a thing strip of flexible plastic filled the opening better for a couple of the bars.It also comes with two larger inserts so it can adapt to small tubes like the diagonal tubes from the seat post to the drop outs for some unique perspectives. The connection is standard GO PRO and I like that it uses thumb screws so you don't need a screwdriver or allen key. On my mountain bike it has to be installed with the camera above the bar to clear brake levers, cables, etc. This is Ok although if you ever dump the bike and it flips over it could allow the camera to hit the ground. On my road bikes I can have the camera suspended below the bars which provides more protection although far less chance of dumping your road bike than the mountain bike. The material is standard heavy duty reinforced plastic used in all the GO PRO mounts and is known to be very rugged. Since it is the standard GO PRO "fingers" to hold the camera....you can add other pieces from their options to provide different mounting points. By the way they also have a similar model for large tubes such as roll bars on cars. I bought this through Amazon and I was not given any incentives to give a good review.
