I have always done the mop-and-bucket thing. What a drag. Carrying the bucket, wetting and ringing out the mop, and when you're done you have to wait forever for the floor to dry. Not only that, but the floor still isn't CLEAN. I needed a change. So I started to research steam mops. I chose this one because it has it all. When I got it, I couldn't wait to try it out! So I got right to work. I can honestly say that my floors have never been cleaner. It took a lot less time, and a lot less work. I loved how quick and easy it was to clean the cabinet doors and the floor boards. With big dogs, it's not easy keeping up with muddy paw prints everywhere. This is going to make my life so much easier! Plug it in and in 30 seconds I will be able to quickly wipe away all traces of mud. I do wish it came with more pads. I will be getting some of those. You can even steam your clothes! They thought of everything!

I absolutely love this steamer. It's fairly light weight, and very easy to use. It only takes about 30 seconds to start producing steam, and it lasts a long time. The cleaning pads work very well on my tile floor

I love my Shark Steam Mop

I love my Shark Steam Mop. It's easy to use and doesn't require a lot of set up or clean up after in order to use it. I have only used it on vinyl flooring but my daughter has the same one and uses it on hardwood and it works just as well on that too.

My husband thanks you for making a product that has ended my tanturm fits about cleaning stupid sticky & gross things.

I can't say enough about this steam mop. The last steam mop that I purchased was the very first one that ever come out like 10 years ago. If I had known that they advanced this much I would have purchased this a lot sooner! I chose this one because of the ability to detach from the stick and also the additional small attachment that has the scrubbing scour side and a cloth side. The entire purchase of this mop was worth it just for that attachment!!!! I'm not even exaggerating! I can't wait until they come out with additional covers for that attachment because waiting for it to get out of the washer and dryer is torture because as you are waiting you are thinking about all of the things you are going to use that attachment for next. As soon as I use it again I will add some photos of before and after so you can see what I am talking about. Just for starters I was going to do just the fronts of my kitchen cabinet doors. This job used to take an entire afternoon with hot water, rags, toothbrushes and ended with a very crabby, soar middle aged lady and after all that there would still be that sticky oil greese and dust tar somewhere I had missed. NOT ANY MORE!!!! 30 minutes with that attachment and I had done the inside and outside of every cabinet door, the fronts, sides, and top of every appliance (even that 3 inch space on top of your microwave that you are afraid to touch because you will not be able to unstick your hand) done. Not just done but LIKE NEW done. I didn't know what to do, I thought I was dreaming so a poured a glass of wine to celebrate when my husband walked in and said that he realized that it was a Saturday and all but wasn't 8:45am pushing it for a glass of wine? Nope! Not considering normally it would be mid-afternoon at the earliest the old way of cleaning those stupid things, so I was just that far ahead of schedule.

Finally some SUPER clean floors!!

I had a Shark a really long time ago. I gave up on getting another one because it kept getting clogged. Someone recently told me that you should only use distilled water in it and that will prevent any clogs. Brilliant!! So, I decided to give it another shot and I went ahead and bought this one. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but it’s even better than my old one!! I’m so glad I decided to try it out again. Especially with our new tile floors! Works like a charm! The only thing I would change is making the cord longer.

Love all shark products. My other shark steam mop died after 5 hrs. So I had to get a new one. I love the versatility with the handheld steamer. I got this yesterday and went crazy. I used the steamer to clean my screens, counter top glass shower door and even the inside door of my dishwasher. Getting ready for winter. I went to sharks site and ordered extra pads and grout tool. I usually steam my floors then use my shark duo to clean and polish. Easy as 1-2-3 to put together and bam ready to get it done. It’s a win win on this product.

Love it!

Bought this as a replacement for a 7 year old Haan steam mop. Love the Shark! It heats up fast, works great on my stone and wood floors. I also like the hand held pieces too. I didn't have any on my Haan mop. Very satisfied!

Love it!

I was so sad when my other Shark steam mop died ): So glad I found this model! It is easy to use and my kitchen floor feels and looks great when I am done cleaning it. I do recommend you purchase extra cleaning pads if you have a lot of tile.

Never ironing again!

I bought this to make cleaning my tile floors easier, but what I didn't expect was how easy the handheld attachments would be to use! Its great for mopping and I love it dearly but the true gem of this is the clothing/curtain steaming attachments. My husband's business attire is the WORST to iron and I hate doing it. Never again. His suit jacket took me TWO MINUTES to steam (no joke!). It was so fast and easy!! I looooooove it!
