I have a lot of cabinets in my kitchen so I bought two 6pc set thinking because these are so short that they would not really be bright enough. I thought that the price would reflect the quality, ya know, you get what you pay for, boy was I ever wrong. Quality is superb. These lights are super super bright and the dimmer works great. I ended up only using 9 of the 12 lights because the coverage area was so vast and bright. The cost of similar lights from the big box stores would have cost me 300$. I can’t express enough how awesome these lights are. DO NOT HESITATE to buy these. You WILL NOT be disappointed. And to top it off you have 3 different mounting options with plenty of hardware. I will be getting more someday for other areas on my house. I totally love these lights. These lights get 10 stars, not 5

Excellent product. I searched all over reading reviews trying to find an ideal product for my situation. I have a cabinet over the microwave and stove, cabinet to the left, and three cabinets to the right. I wanted a clean install but wasn't sure how to run lights to either side of the microwave cabinet or if a splitter was needed. I plugged the power supply in above the microwave. Turns out the power supply cord is plenty long enough to be run inside the left cabinet and out the bottom where it connects to the dimmer switch and first light. I thought initially I would need a splitter installed off the power supply but turns out I did not. First light is hooked up to the dimmer switch then using two extension cables included plus an additional extension cable I ran them back up that left cabinet, over through the microwave cabinet, and then down the next cabinet and out to the next light, and so on for that side. All wires are concealed and its a clean install with the included clips. Drilled a pilot hole then a 1/2 inch hole to run cables through the cabinets. I attached the lights using the included brackets. It can be difficult working underneath the cabinet so I used a piece of tape to hold the bracket in the place, drilled through for a pilot hole, screwed into place, then removed the tape. Powers on and is controlled by the dimmer at the bottom of the left cabinet. Simply reach under at the edge and easily operate. Pictures attached. Warm white was chosen to match the light of the microwave and it all blends in seamlessly. Id advise you plug in the lights and lay out on the counter how you think it will install prior to drilling holes. You can then chose the best position for the lights to eliminate shadows and get good coverage. They are not installed in the middle of each as I first thought. And they look the best installed at the front edge. The kit might look complicated but it all goes together quite easily and logically.

Excellent one! Very bright and adjustable, sit neatly and we have all we need to install, one recommendation to the seller it to add 12 ft connector so we can wire it over the other side of the cabinets (provided connectors are not sufficient) and one splitter along with the kit.

I don't know if I've ever given a rave review before but this product deserves it. I've installed a couple different under cabinet lighting options in the houses I've owned over the years. I bought the 6 bar kit and it has far exceeded any implementation I've done in the past. The light bars that come with this kit have diffusers so your don't see multiple lights shining down. It looks like a solid bar of light rather than a bunch of LEDs. It comes with the power supply and additional extension cables. If you need more of either they are found on Amazon. The connections are made via a plug. No crimping, no splicing and no soldering. It comes with adhesive wire management clips to hold wires to cabinets. It comes with clips that can either be screwed to the cabinet or self adhesive to hold the light bars. I screwed them down. They used a single screw to hold so they do swivel enough if things don't line up exactly. It was definitely the neatest and easiest install I've done and would recommend then to anyone. Everything felt well thought out and was included in the kit. Everything was packaged very neat and secure. I couldn't find any kit that could touch this especially at the price point. I didn't use the inline dimmer since I was connections to a zwave outlet and I wanted full brightness all the time. The only additions I purchased separately for this kit was a zwave outlet (connected to Smartthings hub) and a splitter to split power two ways (left side and right side). Litever makes this addition to purchase separately. I purchased two Smartthings motion sensors to work with my hub to turn the lights on when motion was sensed on the countertops. I also purchased a Smartthings button that I used as a manual override to turn lights on and stay on instead of auto on and off using motion sensors. Most cabinets have a little trim or lip underneath which would hide the light bars and wiring. Mine currently doesn't but I still think they look great. I wouldn't do this with any other kit and would definitely purchase again. Hopefully they last a long time and I won't need to do that. When/if one bar needs to be replaced you just unplug, unclip from bracket and replace. It's that'll easy! If you've been wanting under cabinet lighting don't wait any longer.

UPDATE 2: so my original 2 star review can be read below...but after receiving excellent customer service i have given them 5 stars. they sent me 2 replacement dimmers for the bad dimmer i got with the kit, and the problem was fixed in seconds. so to recap all the good points: brightness: 5 stars light color: 5 stars ease of installation: 5 stars customer service: 5 stars these lights are a great way to brighten up your kitchen. I liked them so much i also bought the 6 light set for my basement. ORIGINAL REVIEW: light is good, color is good, installation was a breeze. i would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the HORRIBLE high-pitched noise the dimmer switch makes. the noise is so bad I cant even use it. i am now forced to plug and un-plug when i want light rather than use the included switch. i will probably just hard-wire then to another switch at some point, but i am very disappointed with the extra work i will have to do simply because the included switch was so awful. better luck next time Litever. UPDATE: I just received an e-mail from the company in which they said they have sent me not just one, but TWO new dimmers to try to fix the problem. they should be here soon, and if they fix the problem I will update again.

Recently moved to a new house. Mfg wanted $1100 for undercounter lighting. This system works great for around $50. I can't imagine an easier installation. The quality of the components exceeded my expectations. The color temperature is what I wanted (5000K). I used the double stick tape to mount the lights. Excellent collection of accessories. Small adhesive backed lead holder to dress the leads. I didn't need to use the extension cords. Refrig is to the left in the photo. Plugged the PS into the AC outlet used to power the refrig and then drilled a hole in the cabinet to route the PS lead to the switch. Installation took 30 minutes. Very happy with this kit.

So far so good. These add light right where you need it most. Perfect night/morning lighting as well as work light mid day. Kit came with everything. Will have these in every kitchen I ever have from now on Pics are 1: under cabinet LEDs only, at full power 2: under cabinet LEDs only, at lowest power 3: under cabinet LEDs off, normal kitchen lighting on 4: under cabinet LEDs at full power along with normal kitchen lighting on

My project was under counter lighting in the kitchen. My wife wanted LED lighting with all the features including selection of color temperature. That would have cost over $600. After some searching and discussion, we decided we could buy both the 3000K and the 5000K Litever products to achieve color temp options, and the cost would be about a third of her original choice. I was initially impressed by the physical appearance of the product. The 12" light bars are made of durable aluminum, and the wiring is sturdy with molded connectors that are apparently a standard within the CCTV community. That means additional wiring options are generally available online, but probably won't be needed because extension cables are provided with the kit. The product has a very professional appearance. One thing I liked was that all the components could be plugged together to insure they worked correctly before installation. In less than a minute, I had the light bars connected and was testing the dimmer function. Everything worked as expected. Two things to note. One feature description said that you could either plug the power pack into an existing outlet, or if you wanted to direct wire it, you could cut of the plug from the power cord. This is not necessary since both types of power cords are provided; one that plugs into an outlet, and the other that has stripped wires for a direct connection. Another note is that there are molded plugs supplied with the kit, but no description of their function. After some thought, it became obvious to me that the plugs are terminating plugs. Since the light bars are plugged together end to end, and since they are all made with the same with a connection wire at both ends, the last light bar will have an exposed power connector. The molded plug is there to attach to the last molded connector so that the 12V power is not exposed to external events that might short the power supply. After reviewing my layout plans, I started working on the install. The light bars are held in place by plastic clips that screw into the bottom of the cabinet. All the other cable dressing components use adhesive backed pads to secure wires to the cabinet surface. I decided to mount the power packs to the underside of the cabinet as well, but did not trust the adhesive components to hold so I cut a half inch strip from some aluminum sheeting that I had, and made a band that wrapped around the power pack, and then secured it with 3/8 inch screws (note that the major hardware stores do not carry wood screws shorter than 1/2 inch - the only screws I could find were sheet metal screws, but they work just fine). I also used some standard wire ties, and some wire clamps that screwed into the wood where the bundles of wires seemed heavier than what I thought the adhesive would support. None of this may be needed in your install since a generous supply of clamps is included in the kit. Litever has done a super job of anticipating installation issues and providing needed components. The install was made difficult for me because my 60+ years have reduced my ability to bend over enough to view the underside of the cabinets, and my bifocals forced me to crane my neck to focus. More than once I was trying to find ways to lay on the kitchen cabinet so I could look directly up at the work area to make measurements for hole placement. Other than my physical issues, the install went fairly smoothly. I followed the advise of another individual and purchased a right angle drill attachment to allow drilling in tight spaces. As it turned out, I only needed it for one of the routing holes that I drilled. I was a bit disappointed that I had to drill 1/2 inch holes. This was due to the size of the connectors. In fact, I actually had to make my holes a bit larger since I had to route two cables through the same hole to support both the 3K and the 5K light systems. Once the install was completed, I was impressed with the result. We could select to use only the softer 3K lights, or only the daylight 5K lights, or set the intensities for a combination. I did have a couple of minor issues that concerned me, and this is the best news. I contacted Litever customer support to tell them that I seemed to get a bit of interference with my AM radio. They responded right away to let me know that this was not expected since the power packs go through FCC testing. They even told me that they went out to buy an AM/FM radio to see if they could reproduce the problem. They could not, but I was able to resolve my problem by relocating my radio an additional 6 feet away from the light components. This type of interference seems to be common with dimmable LED lights. My situation was not bad, but it was noticeable. Fortunately, either moving the radio or reorienting its antenna can resolve the problem. The best part of this story is that Litever customer service was exceptionally responsive. It is clear to me that they want you to enjoy their product, and they are willing to help you resolve whatever issue you encounter. I have had additional interactions with the company, and they have always responded quickly and with sincere concern to make you a happy Litever customer.

I almost didn't buy this because of the price, but what I received was amazing. The lights are perfect, bright but dimable and a natural white light, not the dull yellow. There were included several different mounting possibilities (including double sided tape, or screw in brackets and sufficient extension cords to reach across all my cabinets. You can use the dimmer or leave it out of the system entirely. Also included were straps and cable routing straps to keep cables contained. i was totally pleased with the lights, their ease of installation and operation. Definitely a five star system.
