This product REALLY WORKS & really easy to install! I am very pleased with this item! I also didn't buy it and so glad that I changed my mind. It provides a much better and more secure bypass than grounding to the radio's chassis or using a toggle switch. I installed it in only a few minutes and it works perfectly. WHAT AN AWESOME PRODUCT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER!!! Not all products that look the same are actually the same product and/or same quality. This seller's product is excellent quality and easily stored behind the radio with the other connections because it's very thin yet a really well-made, quality device. Additionally, it arrived very quickly and in very securing packaging!

Excellent product. Instructions are clear, simple to install in conjunction with the wiring harness. Does exactly what it says it will do... enables video to play regardless of whether the car is stopped or the parking brake is engaged. This is installed in a Smart ForTwo, so my son is able to watch kid’s movies via USB while we’re driving... keeps him entertained. This one is also a few dollars cheaper than a few others I’ve seen out there, and I can 100% verify that it works!

This little feller was worth every penny. I don't watch video or condone watching video while driving so please don't buy it for that. BUT there are certain controls like for instance if my wife gets in car before me and her phone connects to Bluetooth and I want my phone connected instead, that setting is greyed out while driving and a few other little things like that that ends up being a pain. So this little connecter does the trick. I have a pioneer and simply connecting the ground wire doesn't fix it like it does on some radios. Remember 2 of the wires splice into other wires (like create a Y) don't think to yourself that you should cut the head unit wires and connect these to it your head unit wires. Head unit wires will still connect to the cars wires and 2 of these will just be connected with them. YouTube is a great help just look it up there.

My civic unfortunately only has a single din, space so when I sold my Subaru, I didn't have a car where I could use my double din Pioneer DVD Player X3600. I turned this radio into a garage radio and needed this to help bring the DVD feature to life. I soldered it in and worked on the first try. Very happy with purchase.

I have installed these on every vehicle I have owned. They are super easy and quick to do. With the 4400 they do a double check. One on the parking brake the other on the speed. This bypassed the brake. I still had the moving vehicle notice. So after looking I found that if you update the head unit to the 1.01 version. I did the electronic bypass by pushing an invisible button on the source off screen.. now it works like a dream. I don't know if I need the bypass now that I did the electronic thing, but its hooked up and not getting pulled off... hope this helps! Mine is working great!

Used this on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler X that I put a Poineer AVH2300NEX in. I couldn't find a way to wire in the parking break so that some of the head unit's functionality would work, so I used this bypass, and it works great!

This suited my needs perfectly, was easy as heck to install, as soon as I found out how, and I got my steering wheel controls working again for my new stereo. Now there was only one downside to this, I got the interface but it came with no instructions for what wires to use for any car or truck not even mine or any instructions on how to program it, not even on the website of the manufacturer they didnt even have it listed. However after doing a few hours of searching for them I found a similar interface which was a Pac Audio SWC-RC interface and I found the instructions on their website and it turned out that they worked with this interface too. The other interfaces instructions listed what wires to use and how to program it for my vehicle. So I ended up getting everything hooked up and programmed and it all works great. Instructions were a frustrating set back but all in all the interface works perfectly, I'm very happy with it.

I bought this for my Pioneer AVH-501EX that I was installing in my 2007 Ford Ranger. I checked out a couple installation videos on YouTube and wired it to my harness in just a few minutes. Now I can drive to work and watch an episode or two of Seinfeld on the way. Actually, I will probably never even use the DVD player, but I want to know that I can use it when I want to use it. This works like a charm. It was only a few bucks and solves the "safety issue" regarding engaging the e-brake to watch DVD's while driving.

not much to say here. the quality is good, it installed easily with great instructions provided and i can watch a movie while flying 80mph down the highway........lol. just kidding, i have my head unit driving 2 screens for the second and third row and i put on a movie for passengers then turn the screen on the head unit off so i cant be distracted by the movie. this is great for those who dont want the "man" dictating what they can and cant do while hurtling at dangerous speeds down a packed freeway....lol

Works great with my Pioneer NEX 4200. I can run android auto and play video without touching the handbrake at all. It's small enough to be tucked behind the radio without interfering with the mounting or wires. Excellent purchase. I have one in both my cars (Lancer and Accord).
