Practical solution.

I bought this to store personal valuables. It's intent is to keep honest people honest. We have housekeepers, service people, friend of friends, etc. visiting our house. The lock is easy to use. I actually have gotten more rotation of my dress-up jewelry because it is no longer stored in my husband's gun safe. I have my own little spot for my personal stuff. I would recommend it to all you ladies looking for a secure storage solution with easy access.

Perfect Gift For Teen!

I have been working with a 14 y/o who is too young to open their own bank account. He has since saved up a good chunk of money working with me and has no safe place to keep it at home other than on his person in his wallet. I decided to purchase this to help him from carrying all of his cash with him at all times and encouraged him to use it as a savings account. Upon opening his safe he was ecstatic that he has a safe place to store his possessions and no other siblings can get to them. My main goal was accomplished for this safe and its a constant reminder that investing in something to protect your valuables is not a bad idea. My personal opinion upon setting the box up was that it is not heavy duty. The door has no padding between the box and the door so when it closes it clanks. I fixed this with a felt padding (no biggie). The metal is quite thin but durable. The handle is plastic and feels cheap, has a lot of play when locked but does its job. I have a feeling the handle will be the first to break. The beeping is quite loud so everyone will know you are going to open your safe soon as you start clicking around. Overall I'm happy with my purchase because it will serve its intended purpose. It may not be the strongest box out there but for the price I could not help myself. I'm sure a crowbar will open this with a bit of time but it will cause resistance and a struggle to a thief.

It's A Darned Good Little Safe

Definitely worth the money. I expected it to be a little bigger and if it wasn't for the fact that I already know about safes, I wouldn't have made heads or tails of the instructions. I'm using my safe for sensitive medications. I live in an apartment complex where the maintenance guys and the property manager are able to enter the units whenever they want, plus there are unit inspections biyearly and HUD inspections yearly. The way I see it is better safe than sorry.

Incredible for the price!

It's not fireproof or water proof that I can tell or read but it does the exact job I need it to. It's small enough to conceal and can be bolted to either wood or concrete or both. I got mine today and mounted to to both the concrete back and wood dresser it's installed under along with a few other small security addition I added. I normally don't review products this quickly because I haven't tried it long enough to know for sure, but in this case I already have it permanently mounted so unless there is a catastrophic failure my opinion will not change. I love the simplicity of it and it looks nice. It's the perfect size for my needs and I will get a fireproof and waterproof bag to put inside the safe to protect the few items that need it. Still cheaper then the next closest option. I am blown away with what I got for this price. It's not going to keep anyone determined enough out but most criminals are lazy and won't bother provided they get that far.

This safe did everything I was hoping for its great for money and documents and it comes with bolts to put in the floor it comes with 2 keys and batteries for the tuch pad the tuch pad is water resistant so no trouble there and it's just small anof to fit eny were you won't

Secure safe

Mounted this safe in my RV, I was able to secure it very well in a hidden spot. Seems to have a solid secure bolting system to keep the door locked. The keypad has been easy to use. It is a nice size for a handgun and some cash or jewelry. Not fire proof but doesn’t claim to be. Would definitely slow someone down, if they could find it.

Simple security for house guest

I like that its small and simple. This is being used primarily for guest who don't want to have to carry things of value around during travel.

Nice safe that works as described

Product was delivered in perfect condition. Instructions for initial setup were easy to follow. I plan on using this lock box for valuables and keeping my credit cards and random money out of the reach of little fingers. So far the safe seems fairly solid, locking mechanism works well, and it doesn't look like it would be easy to crack. Happy with the product thus far.

Very easy to use and set up It comes with two spare keys and it also has the batteries included which was nice you didn’t have to buy anything separate and just was overall a easy three-step set up and you’re good to go

Size and security.

So far so good! Materials and locking seems like it’ll do the job. I don’t understand the reviews on here! You are purchasing a safe that’s under $40! What do you expect! It mentions that it’s not fireproof and if you think it’s small then you should pay attention to the dimensions! For under $40 it’s good for me! Locks work well with the key and the keypad. My only concern is with it being small and light it can be taken if someone really wanted it. But I recommend bolting it to the wall on a stud AND a hidden location. Other than that it is a good safe. Can’t complain for under. Just what I needed.
