Amazing mini steamer

went on vacation and bought this mini steamer. It is the most amazing thing I have ever bought! It took out all the wrinkles on my tee shirts and my shorts. I am so impressed with it I am buying 2 more (one for each of my daughter in laws) The clothes were not wet when I finished and there was no dripping water as I was steaming. Cannot go wrong purchasing this product!!!!!!!!

A great product with great customer service!

I purchased this clothing steamer for an upcoming trip. This steamer is advertised as "No water spitting" and "No wet trails" and that is what caught my attention. A different brand that we purchased many years ago used to leave all kinds of water spots and lines. This Bizond steamer works as advertised! No spots or lines. It works really well in removing the wrinkles that sometimes appear on clothes being removed from the dryer. I found that many times the "wrinkle resistant" and "no iron" shirts would have enough wrinkles on them that they really needed to be ironed for a touch up. I found using the Bizond steamer to be a quick fix in removing them. I don't want to imply that the end result looks exactly like an ironed shirt, but it does such a great job that they are now wearable with little effort. It is advertised having a 2 year 100% warranty. You can't beat that! Customer service is great too! I had an issue with the original product. The original purchased steamer worked great, but for some reason the steamer would not stop producing steam even when it was in the "No Steam" position. I contacted customer service and within a few days I had another steamer and the switch worked fine on this one.

No more ironing boards in the hotels.

As a consultant, I travel a lot and always have problems with my shirts. I don't like irons in the rooms, most of them just don't look clean. Sometimes, there is no iron at all, or iron is there and it looks fine, but an iron board looks like it has never been cleaned. Then I learned this trick: steaming clothes in the shower: you need to hang a shirt, turn on the hot water (or take shower) and close the door. 15 minutes later - no wrinkles. The drawback to this trick is that when you put the shirt on, you don't feel comfortable in it (at least the next few minutes), it feels kind of wet. Besides, you don't always have 15 minutes to work out on this solution. A friend of mine told me about an existence of such a product, apparently, he was using it for quite some time. Skeptical first, I made a quick research and purchased this steamer. It worked exactly the way it was advertised. It's a quick solution, requiring a minimum effort and leaving no mess behind. It is small (there are larger versions for households) and easily fits a suitcase. Frequent travelers will appreciate it.

good portable steamer

in a nutshell, it's a portable steamer. i don't need anything heavy duty; just need 1 hand to hold the shirt with hanger and the other motions the steamer through the wrinkles. it's the design which proves its value and daily convenience for me each morning. and when i travel, easily tags along. no mess, no fuss. just the right amount of steam to get the wrinkles out of my shirts without a watery mess. won't kill my clothes' life expectancy like an iron. worth noting.. when my unit broke within the warranty, they quickly replaced it. on my old broken unit, that design looks slightly, very subtle slight change to the recent unit replaced. the colored areas look slightly lighter turquoise, the reservoir is much easier to attach/detach which is good functional improvement, and the brush attachment connect tab is a hairline 1mm wider. one thing i would improve the design is when the unit is still connected to the power, while the unit is off, the heating element is actually warm but however should stay off. sometimes i forget to unplug completely, so i think this prematurely shortens the unit's life. if it's off and plugged in, design should keep the circuit off.

This is a great unit, but beware of the "off" switch!

This steamer is great! Very portable, steams in all directions. Heats up quickly. But there's one catch: The "Off/Steam" switch does *not* control the heater! It only controls the pump that sends water into the heating element. So if you turn it "off" after using it, realize that the steamer will remain on, using electricity and damaging the components of the unit.

Awesome Product, Awesome Customer Service

This steamer is just what I needed, compact, easy set up, so easy to use and does the job well. I had an issue with it in the beginning during first use where it shut off within seconds of use...but don't panic, these units have a built in automatic shut off feature that shuts it down when the unit gets too hot as safety precaution. After the initial shut off, the unit has been performing as expected and I am pleased with it. The manufacturer will make contact once the unit has been delivered to ensure you are satisfied with their product and as soon as I mentioned the issue I encountered, they got involved and did not stop until I was satisfied. Needless to say, I am very happy with the product and amazed and pleased with their customer service as well. Will definitely recommend!

Great portability and very effective functionality at a great price point

I purchased this a few weeks ago specifically to use for my on- location wedding. I've never owned a steamer or used one before, but knew it would be the most practical and stress- free option for my wedding day. I looked at several different models on Amazon, read tons of reviews, watched a bunch of videos on YouTube and finally decided on the Bizond. The most important requirements for me were: small and light to pack in my luggage, quick to heat up, easy to use, no dripping water, at a good price. 3 weeks on, I am extremely happy with the product. It heats up lightning quick and is really easy to use. I have ended up using the brush attachment for most of my applications, though without, it works just as well. We used it to steam my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, groom's outfit, and even T-shirts, jeans, basically everything we packed that got crinkly. I personally am not a fan of regular ironing as it is really fussy, but post wedding, this steamer has proven to be a godsend for regular day to day garment too. I've even used it on dryclean only heavy winter coats just to give them some freshness. I would recommend this item.

After buying this wonderful steamer I absolutely forgot about my previous iron. It is a good quality product that is easy to use. Another important plus is its mobility. It is compact, so you can take it with you if you are travelling and it will not take much space, thus you will have perfectly steamed clothes with Bizond steamer. I tried it with many different types of fabrics, like jeans, coats, shirts, etc. and it works great on all of them! It works in horizontal and vertical positions with no leakage and it is safe to use. Also, it goes with a nice case to keep it. I highly recommend this product.

Finally the right steamer

update 6/2019: I still love this but 2 things to note. It spat discolored water on my needless to say, solid white top and the seller said i should use distilled water so I no longer use tap as mentioned below. Also, at least with this one, be sure to unplug it even when not in use as it gets very hot. I think i'll contact the seller to see if that's normal...doesn't seem right. Original review: I've bought 3-4 steamers on Amazon and they just stopped working after a couple of months. This one heats up VERY quickly. It makes a thumping noise which is odd but i think it's the pump. I like that you can use tap water and that you don't have to use distilled. Can use this one upright or sideways like an iron. Obviously with care, can be used as a facial steamer. (Mind the velcro strip that keeps the cord tied up. It'll grab any available material.) Note: the first one of these that i bought stopped working after a short while but they replaced with a new one and it's been fantastic.

This thing is really awesome!

I travel all over the world for work and outside the US a lot of places don't have irons or boards. I didn't want to travel with tiny iron that gets to one temp (room temp or clothing ruining hot) so I was really out of ideas. That is, until, I found this little beauty. It takes out more than enough wrinkles in my suit jackets, pants and shirts to be presentable. You aren't going to get the perfect flat crisp looks of an iron, but this is pretty darn close. And it's easier. Just hang and it up and move the steamer across the clothing. I've seen no leaks and water drops anywhere yet. It does need refilled often, maybe once every few minutes, but it isn't that bad for what you get. And it fits inside a carry on well without taking up much space or weight. But do remember that you need a converter and adapter when traveling outside the US.
