Quality is in-line with the price, it's not real-world protection, but a great toy, far more durable and comfortable than it's "Solo cup" plastic rivals.

Good quality for the money!

Our 27 month old son loves this hat! We got it for a costume, but he wears it every day. It's made of durable plastic (it's been tossed down the stairs a few times) and hasn't broken. It's adjustable, so we can make it fit his head as he grows.

My almost 2 year old loves it!

My almost 2 year old is obsessed with Paw Patrol (Marshall and firefighters) so this was a great gift for him. It was a great price and it is made really well. It has an adjustable strap inside to fit their little (or big) heads. Would definitely recommend! Would make a great gift for any little one!

Looks Good

Little Smaller than the Helmets sold in the late 80's-early 90's . comparable quality a little thinner plastic. Have not found a better replacement for the vintage toy fire helmet.

Toddler proof

I bought this for Halloween for my 2 year old. It's a little big but has an adjustable strap inside the helmet. My toddler is not used to wearing hats so this gets tossed to the ground quite often. It's sturdy enough to handle a toddler so I highly recommend this hat. It's going to last longer than the cardboard box firetruck I made him.

EXCELLENT QUALITY - not at all flimsy!

Even better quality than described. Bought for grandson to wear to Los Angeles City Fire Department Appreciation Day in May. As it turns out, there were many little kids there wearing hats which as it turned out the firefighters were giving away but of course, they were way cheaper quality. Then, as soon as we stepped through the firehouse doors, both trucks and the engine were called to an incident & everyone had to leave. I'm glad I thought ahead and bought this. Great purchase. Good for daily play, too.

Sturdy, adjustable firefighter hat

This is NOT a flimsy, paper-thin, cheaply made kid's toy. It's as thick as a kid's sand/water bucket (hope it makes sense), and the adjuster works fine. Good buy.

Perfect!

Just got this in today and it's perfect, just like the picture. I was worried it would be too small or large for my 3yr old boy, but then I seen that this hat comes with an adjustment strap in the front to customize the fit. The only con I could come up with is that the sticker wasn't stuck on completely, and smoothing it down there was a wrinkle that appeared. I was able to keep smoothing it and get it almost out, although it's still there, my boy won't mind!

Well made and son loves wearing it

My 20 month loves this fire fighter hat! It is adjustable inside to fit a variety of head sizes. The hat is well made as my son has thrown this hat onto the ground many times and it hasn’t broken.

not soda-bottle thin like some I've seen

My son has worn this everywhere, every day for months and it shows no sign of wear. The suspension inside works authentically, and is adjustable. It actually offers a small amount of protection. For a toy it is heavy duty; not soda-bottle thin like some I've seen.
