Not exactly what I expected but works great!! Used it for the first time today

Not exactly what I expected but works great!! Used it for the first time today. I'm expecting a baby soon so I used it to dry baby clothes and it was amazing! Super fast drying as long as clothes are spun dry! I got a portable washer to wash my baby clothes and this to dry and it's the perfect match!

Perfection for any College student with limited space.

This Portable electric laundry dryer is the BOMB!! If you do not have a washer and dryer setup in your apartment or Dorm buy yourself one of these Manatee clothes dryers. From my first time using it the setup was very simple and easy. While in operation you cannot hear it running ( a must for picky people like me ) so therefore it will not interfere with watching T.V. listening to music, or talking to people in the same room. The timer can be set up to 12 hours of run time but I have not needed any more drying time that 3 hours.

Dries clothing really well and is very quiet compared to a normal dryer. It's not to big and I did have to take it apart as we're moving and I had no problems taking it apart at all.

Quite impressed

Bought this to use while camping. Used it for the first time last night. Loaded it up with 3 T-shirt’s, 3 pants, 2 bath towels, few wash cloths, a hand towel and undergarments. Most were dry within 2 hours. Bath towel took 3-4, but probably would have dried quicker with fewer items. Seems well made for what it is. Very quiet while running, can barely hear it, kind of like a small fan on low setting. Heats up very well inside but do not feel much if any heat escaping if sitting next to it. Also holds a lot. UPDATE .... BROKE ON ME

Worked great for a few months but then the bottom rod broke and now wont stand up. Gonna cost me $25 to replace.

I love my portable clothes dryer rack

I love my portable clothes dryer rack. It's easy to use and folds up quickly for storing . Best of all it drys my clothes without an enormous electric bill

And I can easily move it from room to room

I have a special use for these: drying yarns. So I'm not hanging clothes in them. The balance is never a problem. And I can easily move it from room to room, even if it's loaded. The timer on these is tricky--once set, the time has to run out. You can turn it off, but the timer doesn't reset. Once you know this, you can easily work with it. Just crank it back up to max the next time you fill it up. I own & use three of these and I would not be able to run my business without them. They work.

Lightweight easy use

For not having a dryer or being able to put one in apartment, this is a great option. It has different timing options. From 1 hr up to 12 hrs. Not sure if this is an energy saver if using for more than one hour. But due to my apartment options and not having to drive to a laundry mat, this is a great option. The top does have to be evenly distributed in weight to prevent it from being a little sideways. Other than that it works great. It gets pretty hot and vents through the top small holes on top of cover bag. Easy to take apart and put under a cabinet. Overall this is a great alternative and works well. But thick cotton clothes due take at least 3 hrs. So it is like putting a slow cooker for a few hours. Overall I love the product.

Works much better than anticipated.

Seriously cuts drying time. Takes 1 1/2- 2 hours to dry my clothes (longer if I really stuff it full of clothes). I also like that the noise isn't distracting, it's a soft white noise that is easy to ignore. Takes up a good bit of space when in use, but breaks down nicely and is easy to store.
