High quality plastic/rubber? Strong and tough. I bought this set for my grandson. He plays with them and chews on them all the time. Holding up very well. It's a plus to have the figures of the Holy Family, as objects of his play time.

Tiny nativity scene

I knew it was small, but for very young children, the pieces could be swallowed. I bought it so my granddaughter could have an angel since she always wanted to hold my Jim Shore angels!

Amazing detail. This is perfect for adults as well as children. No worry that the pieces will break. They are made of a high quality 'flexible' material. Really remarkable. This is miniature. Wish there was a stable to go with it. Ten stars. Five isn't enough.
