It's worht a try
I had the engine light on and took it to AutoZone for a free scan, they said it was the catalytic converter. I took it to the mechanic and he said the cost to fix it was $2000 because he had to change the whole converter, although he didn't go into details why. I thought it was worth to give these products a try. I tried CatClean first and the light went off for a while but came back on. I then tried OxiCat and so far the light hasn't turned back on. I've seen mixed reviews, I guess it sometimes works and it sometimes doesn't, depending on how bad the conditions in your car are, but in general, it's worth a try before paying the $2000.

It worked for me
Our car had the service engine soon light on. The code showed "Catalyst system efficiency below threshold".Since the car was up for inspection, I gave Oxicat chance. Low and behold, after the 2 bottle, the light was off and we passed inspection.

Dang! It worked!
I've always been skeptical of cures in a can. But I bought a Smart car with 88k and a brightly-glowing CEL light. Here's what I did: --Put Seafoam in oil and fuel. Ran through an entire tank of gas. --Added OXICAT to the next tank of fuel. --Changed oil, filter, trans fluid, and air filter. While still running on the second tank of gas (with OXICAT added) my wife reported that the CEL had gone out. Shortly after, the car passed the Massachusetts vehicle inspection. Was it the OXICAT or the new air filter? Who knows? But I'm going to use this on my other rigs with catalytic converters.

Saved me in a pinch!
Had the catalytic converter on the passenger side of my 2010 Escape fail. Tried 4 different cleaners, swapped O2 sensors, nothing worked. Two days after having it replaced the engine light came on for the drivers' side cat. No way could I afford TWO catalytic converters in a month, but I needed the car to pass emissions test. Ran a can of Oxicat through about 3 hours of highway driving at 65 MPH and all was good. Passed emissions and all is good!

a did not have to purchase an oxygen sensor or cat.
absolutely healthy additive for my Lincoln Navigator, i was getting a engine code P0296 and the engine light was displayed even after I would reset my system, it would come back a week or two later. on the plus side my engine has smoothed out. I brought another can and for safety reasons put that can in the tank also... please trust me this is a excellent product and I strongly recommend you buy 2 cans and use both within 2 tank fulls... Jimmy Wilkins.. five star product.

1 can worked
I'm so glad I found this product 2 months ago but finally used it today for the first time, in my 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS. The check engine light, VCS, and abs lights we're all Lit, so I added this can and I topped it off with premium fuel. I went for a drive and got on the highway and then came back - maybe 20 to 30 minute drive. On the way back, there was a cloud of white smoke following the vehicle as I believe the process was "cleaning".... The lights did not go off during the drive and I was disappointed..... However I did make a point to turn off the ignition when I parked and upon turning on the car again those problem lights were all off -. I'm so thankful since it was basically an oxygen sensor that was dirty..... Now I can pass my E-Check and get the car registered- just in the nick of time! Thank you!

I used CataClean followed by Oxicat
CataClean shut my CEL off for ~1/2 tank after use. Long enough for a normal person to get their inspection done on their car. I'm not normal, so eventually mine came back on . I followed that treatment up with a can of Oxicat. My CEL has been off for at least two tanks of gas. I'm driving a 2007 Prius Touring at (the time) had ~348,500 miles on it. It has an engine known to poison the catalytic converter due to engine oil burning via the PCV valve and "cylinder washing" due to the Atkinson cycle that it runs on. Don't know if you can credit the length of time my CEL stayed off due to the Oxicat alone as my engine was "pre-cleaned" by the CataClean, but the combination of the two kept my CEL off for a while.

Judging by the smell of my exhaust, this stuff works.
Every once in a while I get a “catalyst inefficiency” code on my truck. I replaced all oxygen sensors and the code still shows up once or twice a year. I had a 1000 mile trip planned so I bought two can’s of this stuff. My truck has a 26 gallon gas tank so I added two cans to a full tank the night before we left. In the morning we took off for our trip and at our first fuel stop (1/4 tank left) I could smell the exhaust, it was different smelling. I can’t explain it, but I think this stuff might actually work. The trick is though that you must run the expressway and get the catalytic convertor to full operating temp and keep it there in order for his stuff to work.

This stuff just works...
Within an hour of adding the solution to Gas Tank, black bubbling oooze was dripping out of my exhaust pipe. Then check engine light went out. Hasn't been back since. Good stuff, saved me thousands...

Check engine light went off after using this. Saved us from a costly catalytic converter replacement, thanks!
