Love these things

Love these things! I saw a lot of reviews pointing out that the metal rod inside ends up popping out, but from what I can tell that would take a lot of effort to do so. My wife loves them because it's all one piece! No more getting gross between the two pieces! Highly recommended!

I just bought an excellent new OSTER PRO 1200 BLENDER - 2-In-ONE FOOD PROCESSOR on Amazon, Oster Pro 1200 Blender 2-in-1 with Food Processor Attachment and XL Personal Blending Cup and was in search of a high quality set of SPATULAS to clean out the processor and blender bowl. I did an extensive search and research on Amazon and the Internet and came up with this HIGHLY RATED Spatula Set, thanks to Amazon Reviewers and their comments. Research showed the best spatula was ones that were ** made of SILICONE. Also spatulas that ** don't have separate parts/crevices, all ONE PIECE with no seams where bacteria can hide. This set also ** has a stainless rigid inside core for superior strength and rigidity. ** So this Spatula Set won on all counts. This set arrived quickly and I tested them out. The front and side sections were flexible enough to easily wipe along the processor and blender's sides. A Perfect job well done. These are well built and will last a long time over the old set I have now recycled. Nothing bad to say about this Spatula Set. Look no further, this is the BEST Spatula Set I could have found. Great, firm set and easy to clean.

These are just the greatest spatulas I've ever had. They are firm so that you can scrape every bit of food or thick batters from the bowl or container. 1-piece construction couldn't be better in ease of cleaning - no more pulling the spatula head off to clean then waiting for parts to dry before reassembling. The jar spatula is especially well designed and works great at scraping out my old Oster blender. I wish I would have had these many years ago. Worth the price considering how many store-bought, flimsy, short spatulas I've been through. Feel heavy in the hand, but I like that. Handle is nicely tapered so I can put the whole set (and a couple more) in my narrow-mouthed Mason jar to store in my cabinet. This is a great, high-quality set I will definitely purchase again when needed.

Excellent team of tools

In my attached picture, the two on the left (bottom?) are slightly concave making them well suited to stirring and holding liquids when you want to see the viscosity or to just transfer a very small amount to another pot or bowl. The two on the right (top?) are more like scrapers. They work extremely well. These are not as flip-floppy as other silicone stirrer/scrapers I've owned. And, they are not hard and rigid like plastic utensils. They hold up without scraping the finish on my bowls or pots. These are perfect for my needs. Easy on the cookware but sturdy. No seams to catch food. Although they are called spatulas, the picture provided on the Amazon site makes it pretty clear none of these meet the usual spatula definition. When I think of spatula, I think of flat tools for flipping pancakes or burgers. These are not flat in that way.

Great set!

I bought these to replace old spatulas that were in two parts and prone to catching food and liquids between the handle and spatula part where mold and bacteria could grow. I love that these are one piece and I use them several times a day and send them through the dishwasher every night and they perform beautifully. I was going to buy the much more expensive set that was featured in a national testing lab/magazine but a review of this set convinced me to try these and I'm glad I did. They are sturdy but soft enough at the ends to really scrape out a bowl and great for stirring, too. I use the "spoonula" a lot so it was important to me that whatever set I purchased have one of those. I was unsure how much I would really use the jar spatula, but it's perfect for getting everything out of the blender when making thick smoothies or ice cream. My Vitamix came with a silicone spatula but it melted and a little bit of it was chipped away by the sharp blades every time I used it and that hasn't happened with this one. I don't know if it's a higher quality silicone or if the slimmer shape helps it avoid the blades better, but if you use a Vitamix or other blender a lot, it's worth it. Most of my spoons and other kitchen utensils that I keep it with are stainless so the grey color fits in perfectly. I highly recommend this set.

Very good value, nice spatula set

I needed spatulas, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I found this set, and it seemed like it had a useful selection at a low price, so I ordered them. They are, indeed, just what I needed. They're soft but not too soft for what I needed; so far, I've used them to stir, stir fry and blend. If you're looking for a softer set of silicone spatulas in a good variety of shapes, these are worth considering.

Great shapes, perfect amount of flex- just received

I received these a few days ago & I really like the shape of them & have already found several uses- these are great for stirring- I don’t know if they’ll last but they seem like they will. These are not the super soft flexible ones- hear are great for stirring heavy foods like a bowl of pasta etc. (I save the extra flexible ones for whipped cream etc)- but these are soft enough to grab all the sauce when wiping out a bowl. I would reorder these- (if these rip- I will update my review but I don’t expect they will).

Good quality but packaging mixed up.

Spatulas look and feel good, and are in the right sizes and designs for most home kitchens. My set, however, came with two spoon spatulas and is missing the large right-angle spatula, which I would use most frequently. Tried to contact UpGood directly to tell them about the problem, but can't locate them on Google so I hope they read the comments at Amazon and prevent this from happening to others (and will send me the right-angle spatula I really want). February 26 update: when I noted the mixed-up products in UpGood's customer survey, they responded immediately and sent not just one but two of the missing spatulas. They went beyond my expectations of service. I've now used the spatulas for several weeks and they're working out great for me, so I'm increasing my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Incredibly useful and versatile, plus sturdy.

I LOVE this set of spatulas! First, I REFUSE to use the 2 piece spatulas that have the silicone head that fits on the handle because, as far as I am concerned, it allows food to get in between and if you don't clean and sterilize them properly you're opening yourself up to a very ugly upset stomach. These single piece spatulas are incredibly sturdy in the handles and the heads are phenomenal for mixing whatever it is you're cooking, and that long, slender jar spatula? OMG, these are phenomenal for getting the very last bit of everything out of a jar of mayo, canned goods, or marshmallow fluff when you're making fudge. I just love this set and, quite frankly, I would have paid the whole price for the set just to get that fantastic narrow jar spatula, it's THAT good!

This is the only spatula that works and hold up to daily use.

Love these so much that I will probably be ordering another set! Sometimes, I hand wash these spatulas so they are always available for whatever I am cooking. They're surprisingly heavy and so far, they haven't cut, cracked or chipped from the food processor, blender blade or dishwasher. They appear to be one solid piece with a heavy metal/wire core. The heads or handles do not separate as some other spatulas have, so they cannot get water inside them; they do not seem to stain even when cooking tomato or turmeric dishes, they come out of the dishwasher looking perfect; the various shapes are good for different bowls, pots, jars, containers, etc. so there's always one that is perfect for your application; they don't get gummy or sticky from heat or brittle. This is the only spatula that really works and holds up to daily use. They are well worth the money.
