It would be nice if it had some bigger holes to accept nut ...
This worked well to store the bits I use the most. It would be nice if it had some bigger holes to accept nut drivers big end down. It holds the bits very well and looks well made. The magnetic base is a double edged sword. It held well where I stuck it, but would have also attracted grinding dust in my small work area. It sits in the large drawer of my tool box where my most used items go, so the grinding dust isn't a problem. For years, I did construction and had a divider box of bits in my truck and move that box to my tool cart when I changed work. This beats those other boxes for short bits.

I'm very pleased with this organizer
I have a collection of bits that I've had for 30 years or so that originally came in a plastic folding case, about 6"x9"x1.5". The plastic case deteriorated over time, and finally became unusable. This organizer had room for all the bits with some empty spaces left over. It takes up less space than the original, and holds the bits in a highly visible manner. I keep the organizer loose in a DeWalt driver bag, and the magnetization holds the bits securely. It has not only solved my storage problem, but in a much more convenient way than the original storage case. I'm very pleased with this organizer.

Better than awesome - and a really great company
Better than awesome - and a really great company. The follow up is incredible and they are so nice. I am slowly switching all of my holders and organizers to Olsa. Great products, and more and more people ask me where I am getting these - Simple, research what is BETTER - I did.

Very good for organizing and holding hex bits.
The best bit-holder I own. I have just about every bit you can think of, and I like to leave many of the more common ones accessible near my every day drill (in my work-shop) and also in a drawer of the Bosch Boxx system. I'm using one of the Boxx carrying toolboxesto store a small Bosch impact driver and a separate Bosch drill + all the bits you would normally encounter when doing a repair or whatever. Both these drivers/drills take hex bits. I tried using a few "clamshell" storage boxes -- like the kind sold as a complete set (bit holders, bits, extenders, etc.), but hate them. First, I can't see what's in the clamshell when closed, and secondly, sometimes its difficult to replace a bit or remove a bit. I purchased a few "bullet" containers at a flea market (do a google search on "plastic bullet holder") for this purpose, thinking I found "the" solution. The problem is that the bits fall out of these when I carry the Boxx. (I'm sure to find some use for these ... maybe small artist paintbrushes, dental tools... whatever). So, this Olsa organizer is just about perfect. Hex bits fit snuggly (but not too tight) in the holes, and there is a magnet that holds the bits a little more--preventing them from falling out. One for my "tool Boxx" and the other for my workshop. My only qualm is that I wish it didn't have the larger hole in the center. I would have preferred the entire organizer having just the hex bit holes. I understand what it's for, but maybe (if it's ever redesigned), put this large hole on one of the ends. The problem is that I can't organize a set of more than 6 bits in a single row. E.g., I have a set of 8 "hex" drivers and can't put them all in a single row by size without skipping over the large hole. Also would have preferred rows that don't stagger. I understand that you get a little more clearance between holes on the diagonal, but lining up several sets of bits in a regular square matrix would be better for me. This is just being nit-picky. This is a very useful storage accessory and solved my problem.

It has been working great for me so far and was just what I ...
This organizer is exactly as advertised. It has been working great for me so far and was just what I needed. I use a big tool bag a ton as I'm always at the junkyard or at friend's places working on vehicles and this helped clean up my bag a TON. Love that the base is magnetic so it keeps all those little bits held in great, especially compared to the crappy plastic holders that usually come with those bits that tend to break or get lost easily along with your bits. Can't speak of the longevity of the product just yet as I just started using it but it seems to be built to be durable so lets hope that is the case!

Works well, would buy again.
Reasonably strong magnet in back, holds well to metal pegboard. Bits stay put, but are not held as firmly as I'd hoped. That said, I haven't had any issue with the longer bits falling out (mounted it vertically). I've been happy with it overall.

The blue also matches my soldering iron station pretty well.
Works perfectly to hold Hakko T18 sized soldering iron tips. The magnet is quite strong. I can hold the tips upside down and they will not fall out. The blue also matches my soldering iron station pretty well.

Why didn't I buy these earlier ?
Instead of a friction fit to hold your bits in place, a simple magnet does two jobs, keeping bits in place, and keeping the organizer in place, brilliant. Like many people, when cordless screwdrivers were popular, everyone bought these kits, so I have a pile of the bits, and can never find the ones I want. Now I have a holder for philips, flats, torx/robertson/allen/etc so you can find what you need quickly.

Great bit holder, would definitely recommend
I hate those rubber blocks that retain the bits by friction, because the bits can be difficult to remove, and next to impossible to remove with one hand. This holder retains the bits with a magnet. The magnet is strong enough to easily keep the bits in place when the holder is turned upside-down, but not so strong as to make one-handed removal of the bits difficult. This holder will probably not work if you are looking for something to carry bits in a tool bag, but it is great if you have a flat surface to set it on, especially if that surface is iron or steel, because this bit holder has a magnetic bottom. You could probably even stick it on a vertical metal surface, and it would still do a good job of retaining the bits.

Olsa tool fits bill
I like it because it is magnetic. Wish it had more slots.
