Great way to free up standard ports

Used to link Ubiquiti Unifi SW8-150 and SW-24 @ 1Gbps as these switches only have SFP not SFP+. Simply plugged in and it auto negotiated the link accordingly. I had read that others have had issues with auto negotiation failing and needing to manually set the link speed, but I think Ubiquiti may have pushed a fix in an update somewhere to fix this issue. I am running 3.8.6.6650 firmware on both switches.
