Nice easy to use product
Nice easy to use product. Shipped complete and quickly. Information I did not know, on this unit you can cock the loading bar and place the tape into the opening really easily. I have been working around the loading spring for years on other similar units.

Easy to load, easy to use (no crazy spring-loaded "safety" features), comes with instructions and extra parts. Easy to find high-vis yellow. Good product.

GREAT Tape gun. I now have 4 of these.
We ship on average 20 boxes a day and use at least a full roll of to tape per day, sometimes 2 or 3. I've been through many, many tape guns and have a pretty good idea what is good and bad. And I will say this tape gun is great. In fact I bought the 3 inch one as well, and after having them for one day, I immediately doubled my order, so now we'll have two of each. Here is what makes it great. It is held together with rivets instead of bolts/screws/nuts. So the frame will always stay solid. There's equal support on left right side of the tape roll, rather than on just one side as is typical. So if you drop it one or two or 50 times, the frame won't bend, causing the tape roll to be cockeyed, making the tape crinkle on one edge as it rolls out. Also the tape doesn't get stuck nearly as ofter on the flapper piece due to the design. I haven't fully gotten the hang of it, but already, in one day, I know I won't be buying the old type of tape gun again. I might add, it is not yet faster to change tape after putting probably 4 rolls through them, but it takes time to get the hang of a fast roll change, and even if it took 3 times as long, who cares?! I waste far more time fiddling with other issues with tape getting caught up, etc, so this is a no brainer.

Awesome tape gun!
Used this to pack up our apartment and my only regret is not having two of them while packing. You NEED this tape gun.

Best Guns for a warehouse or home
I've searched high and low and tried about 20 different tape guns. Looking for a balance of quality and pricing. These are perfect. Easy to use. quick to load. small profile so less likely to get damaged. Regardless, my crew will somehow manage to break any tape gun, but these have worked out the best for us so far. I also use this at home. So easy and light weight for everyone at home to use.

Great Product
I purchased this tape gun to replace an older one. This is a lightweight tape gun dispenser, and very easy to use. It is also easy to reload. Great Product I highly recommend it.

Very durable and effective tape gun. Tape comes out and is cut smoothly. Extra cutting blade is included.
I basically use a tape gun every work day, so I need one that isn't going to needlessly crinkle or snag tape while I'm trying to finish up a package and move on to the next one. My long-time tape gun recently broke on me, so I was looking for a replacement. The tensioner wheel/bolt is where my old one failed (after years and years of moderate use, mind you), so I liked the look of the PROSUN fast reload tape gun, which doesn't have the tensioner wheel in favor of a less complicated two-roller design where the tape is basically held in place with a spring-loaded tensioner bar that holds the tape roll down. Loading the tape actually seems a bit less easy than in the more traditional designs, as it's a bit difficult to feed the tape through the front of the unit, but that's literally the only even slightly negative thing I have to say about the gun. Once it's loaded, the tape comes off smoothly and I've been having no issues with it getting caught, crinkled or cut that I can blame on the tape gun (just a bad roll of tape). The design is very durable and should hold-up better over time compared to traditional designs, since it's reinforced on both sides of the tape. I've dropped it a few times (which is just going to happen to tape guns) and so far it's none-the-worse for wear. Ultimately, I like the tape gun a lot. It works well and seems to be very durable. The price is very good, and I just like the simpler two-roller design a whole lot better. The tape gun also comes with an extra cutting blade, which is something you will need...eventually.
