Great little TV!

Yes it can be ran on a 12 volt, and it is a great little tv! I purchased the 15.6" and put it on my boat. The volume is just fine while in television antenna mode, but you will need a set of speakers for running dvd movies. The volume is low for the movies, but easy fix. You can take this tv camping and it is very low amps. The picture is great and the color is great.

Nice picture quality

Ordered this small tv for my kitchen to connect to the fire stick. Very happy with the picture, size and overall quality of the tv. The DVD player works great. The sound is good... not great though. I did end up buying a separate speaker for better sound quality. Kind of expected that since smaller tv's normally don't have great sound quality. I'm happy with this product, would recommend.

A PERFECT SOLUTION!

This precioius little TV/DVD player will be very helpful when my dear little 5-year old niece spends the summer with her paternal grandmother. Unfortunately, although her grandmother is so very sweet, she speaks no English, nor does anyone in the household or the neighborhood. So, being able to take this divinely light-weight and beautifully clear TV so she can enjoy familiar and new English DVD's while she is there will be priceless. I was very impressed with the packaging, the directions, and every aspect of this TV. I'd never heard of Pyle, but I will buy again!

Great Color!

We bought this for our RV. It is a little TV with a lot of punch. We are really pleased with it. The color is great and we were able to pick up a lot of channnels with the atenna that came with it. We are very pleased.

Very Nice Small TV for our Camper!

It's just a real nice looking TV and it has a very nice picture. Like with all these small TV's your going to want to get at least a 30W sound bar for it or two 15 watt external speakers. External Speakers or sound bar plays through the headphone jack on the TV. Very Satisfied!

found it difficult to locate one with good, solid reviews

I wanted a small TV for my exercise room and, for some reason, found it difficult to locate one with good, solid reviews. I came across the Pyle and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised by its picture quality. Easy setup, too.

Went Through a Lot of TVs Online

I needed a small, light weight TV with DVD attached for my 14 ft Travel Trailer (less cords with a combo and less space). Read tons of reviews on so many small TVs and Combo units. Finally came across the Pyle 15" TV-DVD Combo with a 4 star rating. TV is 15 long by 10 High and about 1.5 in thick. Like all of the LED/LCD TV's the picture must face you to be seen at its best. The sound is stereo with surround but to me it sounds very tinny (I added external speakers and sounds great now). The picture quality is very good. One main point of difficulty was that the connection for the cable/antenna is right above one of the speakers...so, you need an "L" shaped connector (they did supply an antenna with the "L" shaped connector, but it won't help with cable connections: easy fix...buy a "L" shaped cord). The TV was well packaged and arrived in good condition. It did not play my Blu-Ray discs, only my DVDs. Also, you need to be aware that you load the Disc "shiny" side facing you, or it will eject it. I do not know what the future will be (durability) so I did not give it 5 stars for that. 2 stars for the sound (because you might need to address that) and 5 for everything else. I am very pleased with this purchase and the Seller did an excellent job of getting me the product quickly and on time. I originally got an under-the-counter TV mounting arm, but in a small trailer (needing the TV to face you to see it well), I opted for a wall mounting unit with tons more flexibility than a under-the-counter unit (able to move in multiple directions and up and down).

Good TV for the price and use it was bought for.

So far working perfectly and has a remarkably good/sharp picture for a TV this size. Great for using in the dressing room with a "male to male" audio/visual cable from the direct TV receiver so I can watch the morning news and weather while getting ready for work.

Using TV to distract me while on the treadmill.

Just set up the 15" TV and so far it is better than expected. I am not really technically inclined but I was able to connect via an HDMI splitter cable connection to my primary TV so I can work out and still be distracted while working out. Sound and picture are better than decent and I am using to view my recorded TV shows while I walk my 6 miles on my treadmill.
