Very quiet nail grinder
This grinder is so quiet, the dogs aren't afraid of it as they are the other grinders. It works well; a little slow as is fine so it takes off just a little at a time. But it is so nice not to have to "fight" and then give up with trimming the dogs' nails.

Happy Customer
I was so happy to receive my URPOWER. Packaging was perfect. When I turned it on I was surprised on how low the sound is. FYI just remember it's not fully charged. So you have to charge it. Once it was fully charged I was able to use it on my dog Nova. She was not even scared and let me do it with no problems. So far I am very happy with this product. Shipping was really fast. Thank you so much. I definitely will recommend to friends.

Big Improvement Over Clippers
Our 15-year-old Jack Russel, Dachshund mix HATES have her nails trimmed. She squeals loudly with every clip, no matter how careful and gentle we are. It got so that we all dreaded having to do it. Her nails still grow so fast, she looks like the dragon lady after three weeks, and cannot walk properly when they are long. With the Pet Nail Grinder, she doesn't mind at all! It's quite quiet and efficient, it doesn't even require two of us to get the job done anymore. PS The other side (wider opening) works great on my husband's toe nails which are as hard as hooves, LOL, and resist traditional clippers. Just thought I'd add that note to show how multi-purpose this machine is.

Absolutely amazing!
This is amazing! My dogs wouldn't let me NEAR their feet with clippers. I introduced them slowly to this device, just touching a few nails to it and then giving them treats. Now they don't mind at all, treats aren't necessary, and I save a LOT of money by not having to take them to a groomer every time they needs their nails trimmed. One of my dogs has long cuticles and his nails grow right before my eyes. This also leaves a nice smooth edge to the nails, so if you have hardwood floors, so scratching. No replacement heads needed...just clean with a wet washcloth. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to deal with pet nail trimming!

Magic Device
So our dog (7lb Chihuahua) HATED getting his nails trimmed... and I mean HATED IT!!! talk about screaming! Crying, growling, and more screaming, he would start screaming the moment he saw the nail clipper. We would take him to the vet, and same thing ! We took him to PetsMart once and I saw through the window how they tied him up, and we saw how his neck looked from the leash being so high up and it looked like my dog was going to get his neck broken so yeah.... never again... needless to say, our nail situation was getting really bad.. So my girlfriend decided to do some searching around to see what we could do. She came across this nail trimmer and we took a chance. We followed some of the advise from other viewers so when we first got the item, we let him see it, she would put in his bed when he was laying down and we would just show it to him.... The next day we did the same thing, only this time we turned it on, the. Ail trimmer makes a slight sound but it's nothing too loud. So initially our dog would run away from it the moment we would turn it on. After a day or so of the same routine, we noticed he wasn't running away from it and the sound didn't scare him anymore, that's when we made our first move. We did ONE nail that night, as that's all he would let us do... the next day we did the same thing and so on... each day we were able to do 1 more nail.... TODAY! We were able to do the rest of his nails with NO HASSLE !!!! He sat on my girlfriends lap and I trimmed away... not saying he was "happy" about it, but he dealt with it... and just like that, no we have beautiful trimmed nails :) If your dog is like ours, PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE is a big part of this process, but it pays off in the end 100% !! It was so satisfaying.. The only issue! Which is not a big deal (at least to us) is the battery life on this thing... ours seems to die pretty quickly, but whatever! We are FINALLY able to trim his nails without feeling like we are torturing our little guy!.... so worth it and we definitely recommend it!!!!

Helps Get over trimming anxiety
My Pom has always been scared and freaks out whenever its time to trim his nails. (I had cut too far once in the past :'( ) Even with his favorite treats, it's obvious he wants nothing to do with it. With this trimmer, he acted the same but towards the end he got settled once he saw that it wasn't hurting him and that it takes far less time. Im sure after a few more successful sessions, he will get over his fear. It's a machine, so there is a low hum to it. Hope this helps those in the same situation!

So far so good!
My dog hightails it out of the room if I pull out the nail clippers and she doesn't put up that much of a fight when I pull this thing out. It is not very aggressive, so it takes some time to get each nail filed down, but that is perfect for my skittish girl. Just make sure not to push the nail down on to the final too hard, or the spinning mechanism will cease all together and until you let up on some of the pressure.

Definitely get for your pets.
I have the pedipet it never quite worked right and now even with new batteries won't keep its momentum when spinning. It lags. So when I started shopping for other options I was surprised to find this nail grinder. I love that it's rechargeable with a standard micro USB. The grinder head is perfectly curved. It makes grinding my dogs nails so much easier and faster. And it is so quiet!!!! We have a German shepherd and a min pin who hated having their nails trimmed and they do not fight me on nail day anymore.

Great tool that gets the job done
I bought this grinder with some trepidation because I wasn't sure how my Irish Setters would respond to it or how well it would work on their nails, which are pretty thick and dark. The dogs are not fond of pedicures, and I usually take them to the vet for the procedure, but that is getting expensive and time-consuming. I decided that I would try to do the pedicures myself at home, where the dogs would be more comfortable. Once their nails started getting long, I started slowly, using a regular dog nail clipper and then doing the finer work with the grinder. Surprisingly, the dogs have been doing well with the procedure, and they have not been at all upset by the grinder! The motor is very quiet and even the grinding itself is virtually soundless (i.e., no dentist drill noise when the grinding wheel touches the nail). The tool does just what it needs to do, grinding down the nail and smoothing out sharp edges, without pain or discomfort to the dogs. Once their nails are down to a good length, I intend to use the grinder more and the nail clipper less, if at all. I am so glad that I decided to give this grinder a try! It's well worth every penny.

Pleasantly Surprised
Just used it on my 70pound Boxer Gracie --The low noise let her tolerate it's use like none I've used before -clipping is fine but this does a better smoother job -you still have to take time and care to shape correctly and watch the quick But so far it's great I would recommend !Plus rechargeable ,great ! Photo of a pleased Gracie no stress no worries
